We will speak to the Craftsman involved to make sure it does not happen again. As far as individual estimates, we do go to great lengths on our profile to explain that our normal procedure is to give a package discount to all of our customers. It's much cheaper for the customer to have their work done as a package and allows us to give our best price. Complete breakdowns of individual pricing can be obtained upon request and we are happy to do them so a customer can budget their money but in the end it usually means extra trips to the home requiring extra time and cost more. We apologize if that was misunderstood, but we try to go to great lengths to explain to all Angie's List customers how we operate in our profile. We appreciate your feedback, so we can try to get all of our Angie's List customers to read any company's profile before they call. It is good practice for every consumer to help eliminate surprises.
