Easy to get a hold of, very helpful, and it's always nice when companies offer coupons, which this company did.

Rob came by one day to provide an estimate and to discuss necessary materials. A few days later, Rob arrived (as scheduled) to perform the work. He completed the job on time and did very high-quality work. He was very careful to advise us on the best type of wood to use and to make sure everything was done correctly. In one case, Rob discovered some flaws in the way the house was originally built and delivered a fix to permanently resolve the issue. Rob was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire Handyman Connection and Rob again.

It was good. Only problem was it took them a long time but they did nice work.

My final project was acceptable for a beat up old family room. The quality of work would not be acceptable in the main part of the house.

They have been very good. I have always had the same handyman, so I only have experience with him. Their prices are a little high, but they always do good work. They have a good record of showing up on time as well.

I would absolutely use them again. They offered a very fair price for the job. It was by the job and not hourly.

The experience was very positive. I called them to repair an existing fan but it needed to be replace. The electrician recommended a brand other than the one I had originally and installed the new fan.

This was the first time I've ever used them but I would call them again. In fact, I will be soon. I thought they were very good.

We asked Mike from Handyman Connection to try and replace the tub drain. He checked it out and tried the easy fix, then said the only other way to fix the drain would be to cut through the walls. We did not want to do that much work at this time so we declined. He did not charge us for anything.

The guy, Rob Middleton, that came out was sub contracted through Handyman Connection. He was excellent and knew what he was doing.

They have a very wide range for doing small and large jobs. They are very good to consult with.

This plumbing job is one of many jobs I've hired Handyman Connection to do for me. Unfortunately, I'm more unhappy with their work than I have been satisfied, which is the reason I am trying Angie's List. On several occasions, such as this plumbing job, I have paid a large amount of money for very little work. In this case, I was charged $90 was for 20 minutes of time and very little effort. In addition, the time it takes between calling the company and getting a serviceman is generally longer than my repair can/should wait. Sadly, I feel they were a better and more responsive company a few years ago when they were new.

They were wonderful. They were able to send Roger Alderfer out that day and he was able to trim off the bottom without having to take down the cabinet. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. I thought the cost was more than fair. I will definitely use Handyman Connection again!

I have a new friend and I only call for him in the future. I had never done any remodeling before and this was a great experience, I feel blessed to have worked with Russ.

The handyman arrived promptly and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I think the $70 minimum for a service call is a tad high. But, the handyman has no control over that. He completed the job within the minimum cost so it didn't cost me anything extra.

Gave me the option of picking out the disposal and other parts myself to save money. Did a great job. They (the technicians) were accurate and knew their work. Knew what I needed, really listened. Cleaned out a couple of sink spouts and didn't charge me any extra. Also helped fix leaking bathtub faucet for minimal charge.

We had a great experience with Handyman Connection and Herb Miller, the tiler. Herb was very professional in the estimation process, bringing photos of his previous work. He had good ideas on how to make the tile work look built-in around the cabinets. The work was made more difficult because of cabinets not being level, but the contractor worked with it and did a wonderful job.

It took 6 weeks of them playing a "guessing game" and over 6 appointments, for me to finally say I had enough. They could not figure out were the leak was coming from and the said they "think" they needed to tear up the tile floor. We said no and decided to part way with them. I will not be using them again, because they were indecisive about everything.

Things went very well. They were very prompt, courteous, and professional. I felt comfortable having this person in my home. The company was very responsive in setting an appointment and in rescheduling. My handyman called when he was about 20 minutes away just to let me know he was on his way.

I called Handyman connection to have a ceiling fan installed. I specifically asked if I was happy with the estimate could the work be completed that day. The person scheduling the appointment on the phone said yes. When the technician showed up at the agreed upon appointment time he said he could only provide the estimate and did not have time to complete the necessary work that day. I had taken time off of work to make the appointment and was not about to take more time off work to have them come back to do the work, so I called another company off of Angie's list and had the ceiling fan installed that same day.

Workman was prompt and worked steadily. Cost was a little high which appears to be normal with this company. Above work price did not include all materials.

They scheduled and canceled about every appointment I had. I have filed a complaint with the state. They have been here 9 times for this one small job. The workmanship was defective. The price was very high. It was my understanding that they would let me know what materials I was to supply. It seemed like every time I had to sign a new contract. The sub contractors they used were not licensed, as far as I know.
