They did an excellent job. They were here when they said that they were going to be. They charged what they were going to charge. They do all kinds of services. They were just great.

Dane was on time, price was reasonable, was professional & helped my son wiring in the new stove and hook up.

I thought it was easy to use this company. I just described what I needed to have done and they sent me a man who could do both. He was knowledgeable and pleasant.

The first time I called them they sent a carpenter type individual out and he looked the situation over and gave me a cost estimate-I buy some of the materials, he does the work. The second time, I called for the same guy and he came out and put the security doors up for me. That way I cut down on my installation time.

I told the guy what I was after, to replace a fence. He put in a post that was fine, but the fencing he brought in was like at picket kind of fence and that wasn't the quality we were looking for. Maybe we didn't understand each other, but I wasn't really satisfied.

Dave came when he said he would come, he charged what he said he would charge. He did a very good job, and I was very impressed with him. I would definitely call him again.

They promptly return my phone calls. Also they estimate is close to the actual cost so far. They arrive on time and have been doing a great job. They are very friendly and easy to deal with. They explain everything and go into detail about what they are doing.

I had them work at my house when I first moved in the house, and they said they had trained professionals, and they did a good job. They also have coupons they give out as well so you can save money if you have a really large job.

They showed up on time to do the work. They were very courteous. They cleaned up everything when they were done working. They always cleaned their feet when they came into the house.

I specifically asked for Ray Garner because he'd done two other jobs for us (a sump pump backup and a new outdoor faucet) and had done an excellent job. He called to tell me he was running a little late and arrived to assess the job and call in for an estimate, which was very fair. There were a couple of unanticipated glitches (as there always is) and he figured out just what to do. He completed the job in a timely manner and all three faucets look great and work great. I will definitely have Ray out to do more jobs in the future. I am so glad I discovered Handyman Connection. Maybe I will quit procrastinating on all the little jobs that I need to have done!

I was pleased, they were here on time everyday. They did not leave a mess and I was very satisfied with the job.

It went excellent. He was very friendly. I was comfortable with him being in the house, I didn't feel like I need to stand and watch him. He didn't act like I was an idiot, if I asked a questions he answered for me.

Little bit high in prices, but it was okay. I was doing a bathroom remodel and had wall taken out. I called Handyman connection to move the electrical switch. He was on time and professional. I would certainly recommend him to others.

We had heard about Handyman Connection from a friend so we gave them a call. An appointment was set up for a few days later. Tim arrived exactly when he was scheduled and gave us an estimate which we accepted. We discussed colors and arrived at agreement on the approximate color we wanted. We then selected the exact color at the paint store. The policy of Handyman Connection is labor only; the customer purchases the supplies. The work was scheduled within the next few days, Tim showed up on time and went to work. The job was finished (two coats) in one day and the results were excellent.

It was a pleasant experience. They were attentive and prompt. They did a good job and in less then a day. They gave me an estimate and to me the price was worth it because it was a hard to reach area that I couldn't get to. They showed me that they were insured in case he fell.

The first time they came the job was unsatisfactory. The company followed up and sent a new contractor to fix the problems that the first contractor had caused. They stand behind their work and that's the reason I would use them again. They were eager to fix the problem.

They came out and gave me an estimate for the cost of the labor. I provided the paint. They came out and taped around the porch edges and then painted the porch. They came back after the paint had dried to give it a second coat. They did a beautiful job!

They were great and I would highly recommend them.

Installing the ceiling crystal chandelier where the canned light once was, was more complex than he expected, it took four hours but he still charged the quoted amount $160. Very clean putting drop clothes down and creative resolving problems that arose. Brian Matthysseis a pro.

The initial contact with the customer service person was a little difficult due to their policy of not actually scheduling the repair at the time of the estimate. Since the kitchen faucet spout had broken off Sunday morning, with a sink full of dirty dishes, I needed it repaired quickly. Once we sorted through that problem, the service was excellent. Mike J. called before he came to confirm the appointment. He appeared on time and was very "up front" about what he was going to do and, since our plumbing is old, what problems might occur during the course of the repair and how any additional work would be estimated and handled if any of these problems did occur. Fortunately, everything went well. Mike was tidy and workmanlike. Upon completion of the work he explained the eccentricities of the faucet I had purchased and showed me how to call and register the product for the lifetime guarantee.

Handyman's Policy is to not pay their contractors until the job finished. The contractor asked me to pay before the job was done and not tell Handyman, which gave me cause for concern that he would not return to finish the job. He told me he would be back at 9:00 the next morning to finish, but didn't actually show up until 4:00 in the afternoon.

I had to have them out here 4 times before it was done properly, and I am still not sure if it is exactly as it should be because I have not had anyone else out to check the work.

The service was good. I had them do a few things around the home.

He did a nice job. There were some issues with the door with locking, he came back and fixed it.
