EVERYTHING WENT FINE. THE WORKER HAD A DIFFICULT TIME FINDING THE CORRECT SHUT OFF VALVE. HE TRIED ONE THAT DID NOT WORK AND HAD TO GET ANOTHER ONE. THE REPAIR OF THE DRYWALL PATCH WAS VERY NEAT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

We did not understand when purchasing the big deal that we would need to purchase our own materials. That ended up being too big a barrier for us and we never used the big deal.

They came out pretty quick. The gentleman was polite but I didn't actually use their services because the water heater couldn't be repaired - it had to be replaced. The estimate they gave didn't include the materials; it was just for the labor.

. Zach was punctual and very pleasant and patient. He quickly knew what the problems were and even made a trip to Lowes to purchase what he would need for repairs. Definitely knows his craft. I was very pleased with his professionalism and his work. Lots of service calls now are $75 so the charge was reasonable to me.

Brent from Handyman Connection repaired a fence that was damaged on my rental property. He was on time and very courteous. He analyzed the problem, offered suggestions, in which I agreed, and completed the job in a very professional manner.

I had a horrible experience and I had to have another company come out and redo the job for $5000. The service was inefficient, it was leaking constantly, when the other company came in, they said he should have never put that kind of flooring in the shower. They had to take it out, gut it and start all over again. They were supposed to take 2 weeks, and they took 3 or 4 months to complete the service. It was leaking, and he kept on recaulking and that wasn't the problem. I would never use them again. I am sure not all the people they have are bad, but the one I had was incompetent. The price was good, but I had to go and get all the tile and everything myself.

George from Handyman Connection did a very nice job on it. He has all the tools and he knew exactly what he was doing. There wasn't any messing around about what he needed or measuring or any of that stuff. He's not inept in any way, shape, or form. The shelves were exactly the way I wanted them. He got all the materials, we agreed, and no problem whatsoever. George from Handyman Connection is courteous, professional, and on time. I will ask for him back. The price wasn't too bad for what he had done.

What turned out to be challenging cupboards to equip drawer sliders was done very well be an experienced and friendly carpenter. The company was incredibly easy to work with and the rates for service were very competitive. Overall, I have no regrets and look forward to including them on more projects.

Handyman Connection was good. He actually greatly re-made our outdoor lamp because it had corroded. He did really good. He was a little bit late which followed me, but he did such a great job. He completely fixed this light for us.

Provider was on time and very thorough with the repair. Provider cleaned up after the repair was complete and everything was working fine. Overall, the service was excellent and I would use Handyman Connections again for future repairs.

Did not show up for scheduled appointment or call to say they would not be coming out.

The work went smoothly and on schedule. He finished up and cleaned up afterwards. I really do enjoy watching craftsmen. So skilled it looked effortless. Will use this company again.

The repair went well and looks good. I had to provide all of the materials and do all of the preparation. But for the cost, it was fair. And the carpenter cleaned up afterwards and left everything stacked nicely. The experience was a little less personal than I typically like.

It went kind of smooth. We had a little slip up. The handyman gave me a cheaper quote for changing my lights. They got it resolved and fixed my lights without any additional cost. The guy that came seemed very thorough and was very professional. He did good quality work. It was management that did not do a good job with the customer service. I think that it was a fair price. I would not use them again.

We paid the full price despite the fact that several jobs were not finished. Some of the curtain rods had to be rehung--by us! We had quite a job to reposition them and patch the walls. This was just what we had wanted to be done. The closet door does not shut properly and the plaster work was never repainted. The handyman was cordial and tried to finish everything, but the overall experience was not as professional as we might have hoped.

I liked the service was because it was excellent.

They did a great job. Everything was great. He came, showed up on time to fix the door, he explained what the problem was, why I kept sticking and he repaired the door lock.

After using two different stain colors, the color is not right. The responsibility of color choice was ours but there was no counseling or recommendations for it. They just did the job.

Rich was very prompt and personable. He did both jobs well and in a professional manner. We were very pleased with his service. He also helped us evaluate the different available discounts and coupons in order to get us the lowest possible price. We would definitely use Handyman Connection again.

I had agreed to an initial evaluation approximately three weeks prior on a Saturday morning. The day that the handyman was suppose to come, he did not show nor did I receive a call. I stayed at home the whole morning waiting, and I left several voice mails with the agency. I did not receive a return phone call until the following Monday from the receptionist. She reported that they had installed a new system, and it failed to deliver the message to their handyman. The service was re-scheduled for that day because I was off from work, and their handyman presented. He provided an estimate. I scheduled the work for 2/14/14 because I preferred to buy the materials at a local hardware store to offset the cost. The receptionists called 24 hrs in advanced to confirm the appt time, and the handyman called when he was approximately 15 minutes from my home. He completed all of the work, and it was excellent!! Outside of the inconvenience in the beginning, I would recommend and use the company again. I would opt for the same handyman because his workmanship was great! The only drawback is that I should have been offered an additional discount because of the poor customer service initially.

The weather stripping is the only job I was not thrilled with. The strip is not thick enough, so cold air comes in. Two different men tried to fix this. It looks nice, but doesn't help my problem. Everything else was nicely done.

They are a good group. They are good in their pricing.

Price above is approximate as this experience happened several years ago. During installation, they left several times for hours to get parts they didn't bring at the beginning of the day and they were chronically late. After installation, the sealant came apart after a week. We called management, who went out to repair it, stating that this would be the one and only repair. Well, his work probably lasted two weeks. A couple years later, we had everything re-done.

He arrived on time, gave suggestions for the height of the lower shelves and width of the both the upper and lower sections. He took measurements and said he would email a quote. I have yet to hear back from him. When the representative of the company left he said he normally would leave me with a quote, but due to the size of the project he would have to price materials.
