We're in the process of re-locating from the Salt Lake City area (Sandy, UT) to the Indianapolis area to be near our sons, daughters-in-law and granddaughter. Pat was recommended by our Carmel, IN son who previously worked with her. In searching the Indianapolis MLS we found a home that seemed to offer what we wanted. From Sandy we contacted Pat about the home and to generally discuss the attributes of the northern Indianapolis suburbs. As a preliminary review of the prospective home, Pat arranged a visit by our son and daughter-in-law. Based upon their recommendation, we decided to visit Indianapolis to see this home. Pat made the needed arrangements and added several homes to see that same night. We decided to look at other homes on this visit and over the course of 3 1/2 days Pat showed us about 25 homes in Noblesville, Carmel, Fishers, Westfield and Zionsville. Throughout this time Pat's friendly, professional, disciplined, thorough and exhaustive approach to the real estate business were continually evident. While we ultimately chose not to purchase the Carmel home that led to our visit in early October, we did decide to buy a home in Noblesville. We had previously scheduled a visit to Carmel in late October anticipating the birth of our granddaughter. With this pending visit and a cash purchase we sought to close on our Noblesville home within approximately three weeks of executing a contract for purchase. Needless to say this put a lot of pressure on both the seller and us to close the transaction by the end of the month. Without Pat's excellent guidance and assistance it's doubtful that the transaction could have been closed in time. Thankfully, we arrived in time for the birth of our granddaughter on Thursday, Oct. 24th, a day after arriving. The following Monday, Oct. 28th we closed on the home purchase. We couldn't be happier with our new home. And we couldn't be more satisfied in working with Pat. Beyond her attributes already described above add generosity, excellent knowledge of her market and the real estate business and superb counsel. Pat is a good listener and seeks to learn about her client's wants and needs. She's never pushy but is more than willing to give her opinion when asked. We feel we've gained more than an excellent real estate professional. We think we've found a new friend.

Pat was truly an ally throughout the process. She helped us consider all of our options, figure out the appropriate offer, work on amendments to the offer, find an inspector and more. We had gone out home shopping multiple times and were very picky. Pat was patient and stayed optimistic when we became discouraged. She listened to our feedback and showed us homes that were right for us. She has also been continually there to answer questions in the year since we closed. I'd highly recommend her to anyone searching for a home.

Pat Haddad was extremely responsive to us in our search for a lower priced condominium in the NW Indianapolis area. She had arranged for us to see six condos within a couple of days of being contacted by us. Throughout the process, she was very helpful, informative, and patient with us. The specificity of our search criteria probably made it more difficult for her, but she was always cheerful and productive. We worked with Pat in buying a much more expensive home in 2005 and she was just as good at helping us with our search for a lower priced property as she was in helping us purchase our primary home. I highly recommend Pat Haddad and will assuredly ask her to assist us again in the future.

Angie Shogren was our realtor and did a fantastic job with listing our home and helping us purchase a new one. She was always responsive to all of our questions and made the process go as smoothly as possible. We were also impressed with the rest of the Haddad team. We received emails letting us know of next steps for selling and buying a home, suggestions for service providers, and what we can expect at closing. While we hope to be in our new home for many years to come, we'll definitely come back to the Haddad Team when we're ready to sell and buy again and wholeheartedly recommend Angie to anyone else in need of a great realtor.

Pat was extremely kind and personable. She did not pressure us in anyway when we contacted her for information about selling our home. She come to our house and gave us several great tips on how to prepare the house for the market. She answered our many questions thoroughly and patiently. She sold our house in just 3 days! Pat was beyond amazing when we were purchasing our new home. We had a small window of time to find something and we had some pretty specific/unique ideas for what we were looking for but she kept a positive attitude the whole time and was very encouraging to us. Pat spent lots of time with us driving (quite literally) all over the west and south sides of town to look at potential properties. She was always very easy to reach when we needed to ask questions and was incredibly accommodating when we requested to see certain properties. I felt like she actually cared about us and genuinely wanted us to find a great home that fit all our needs. We ran into a couple problems along the way (things out of Pat's and our control) and she was so amazing in dealing with them. She worked extra hard to help us through those issues and was truly our advocate. I really don't know what we would have done without her. Pat is personable, professional, and all around a great agent. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

She was very friendly and up beat. She made sure that everything went smooth. Her referrals for services were fantastic. She had sound advice and when we got down she picked us up. If there ever was any hiccup, she took care of it promptly. That being said, there was only one small hiccup in the closing process (finding our exact utilities b/c the area we moved into is fairly new), but she got us the actual information within a day or so of the request. Overall, she was phenomenal.
