Description of Work: I ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE TO ADD GUTTER HELMETS TO MY HOUSE. THE REPRESENTATIVE SHOWED UP LATE AND WAS NOT PREPARED TO MEASURE MY GUTTERS FOR THE ESTIMATE. HE PROMISED TO COME BACK EARLY IN THE MORNING AND CALL ME WITH AN ESTIMATE THAT DAY. TWO WEEKS LATER, HE HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK WITH AN ESTIMATE!
