I contacted Greg about interior painting of our historic Irvington home. He returned my call the same day and was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgable. We ultimately decided against doing the interior painting after talking to our realtor, so we didn't end up getting an estimate, but I would definitely recommend him or use his painting services in the future.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had in hiring someone to work on my home. I had four estimates (three from Angie's List companies) and was most impressed by Greg's knowledge and experience. Greg has an eye for color and explained the color samples I had on the wall were not the most complimentary for the carpet in the house. Greg asked a few questions about items I would be putting in the home (it was empty at the time of painting) and suggested moving towards other shades that would work better with the carpet. Once I selected Greg as the painter, he brought in color strips and laid them on the carpet in direct sunlight and under overhead lights. I went with the colors Greg suggested and am absolutely tickled with the result. Greg is punctual, professional, a good listener and really enjoys painting. My only disappointment is not having a bigger house to paint. I will definitely call Greg again for all my painting needs.

We've used Greg for years. We are very pleased with him and his cost is great. He does a super job, as always.

Greg and his nephew arrived on time and started working right away. They worked full days with only a lunch break. I think it took about five days total. They were efficient, focused and very neat, protecting all vulnerable areas. Greg was helpful in picking colors before we started. In summation, it was a very professional job from start to finish and I will use them again as the need arises.

It went very smoothly from estimate to engagement to finish. Greg was very specfici on what was in scope and handled it all very well.

Greg Mrakich Painting was very nice and polite and was the first person to contact me back after I had contacted all of the local painters. His quote was a little bit higher than everyone else's so I decided not to go with him.

Excellent. Greg nbot only is great about the work performed but also will provide good practical advice on maintenance and upkeep.

I was very pleased with Greg's service. He was intending to apply two coats of paint on everything. He decided to do three coats in the dining room and still stayed with his original quote. Also, one night my house was broken into and the door kicked in. When he came the next morning and saw the what happened, he took his own time to find a carpenter to repair the damage. Because some areas had to be repainted after being repaired, he had to work an additional day and there was no extra charge. He did a beautiful job and I will always call him for future painting needs. As an added bonus, he is an animal lover. He talked to my cat while working and petted her from time to time. I think that was the only time my cat enjoyed the company of a contractor.

You can't even tell that anything happened! Looks wonderful. He is very easy to work with and does a great job.

Greg was very flexible to my schedule. Once there he completed the project in the time estimated. Paint job was great. And he left my place in great condition when he left.

Greg did an outstanding job painting our home. His attention to detail is exceptional. His prep work is as extensive as the painting once the painting surface is appropriately prepared. He is the finest painter I have used (and I've used a number through the years). Great value for the product and service delivered!

Greg did not finish the punch list we agreed to, thus we did not pay him. This case is currently in litigation, but based on the over 120 pictures we have of the incomplete work we are excited to end this in court. We will have to have all of the wood work re-done upstairs due to incomplete sanding, painting, caulking. We chose Greg because of his Angies List rating, and he is a pleasant person, but our experience is NOT a good one.

Greg painted the window sills this winter--we had some chipped paint, etc. He did a good job then, and we wanted him to come back and do more extensive window painting once the weather was warmer. He is reliable, prompt, and is good at explaining how he will go about doing his job. He gave us a reasonable "ballpark" range estimate, and when he was finished, the cost was actually at the low end of the range. We will hire him again.

We were going to be out of town when the painting was to occur. Greg met with us and made all of the arrangements to fit into our schedule. He had to be flexible and work around the other contractors. The other contractors stacked all of the downstairs furniture up in the bedrooms (although they were told specifically not to). So Greg had very little room to paint and had to move furniture around. When we came back, each room was completely painted. There were no paint dots on the floor. There were no missed spots. The painting was perfect. And he was the last contractor and cleaned up after himself. He was helpful, professional, on time, communicative, easy to work with and did a perfect job painting too.

He was very meticulous about his work which turned out beautifully. The project took longer than expected, but this was due to his excellent attention to detail. His work turned out great! He is so honest and trustworthy, we were happy to have him in our home while we were out of town.

Very well. The paint I told him to get turned out to have too much luster, so he went at his own expense and bought more paint with a flatter finish. He repainted the basement stairway with the new paint and it looks great.

He did a great job. He first came by to take a look at the space, asked a few questions about the details of our job. He set up a date that he'd come and pick up the colors, did that, then painted while we were out of town. Did a great job.

He was prompt, efficient and he was able to help out with some problem solving. I was very pleased with the work and will use him again.

Greg arrived at the scheduled time, found the appropriate exterior paint and completed the touch up required to protect the wood around windows for the winter season. Approximately 7 windows needed some minor attention. Greg is always courteous, helpful and prompt with any request needing an answer or action. I will continue to use Greg Mrakich Painting and always recommend his services to clients and friends.

I was satisfied with it. He was on time and was a nice guy.
