Description of Work: Fixed brakes, stopped an oil leak, and installed an antenna assembly. Really pleased with how they communicated, responsiveness, and friendliness.

I had brakes repaired, a tie-rod end replaced, an oil change and another minor issue taken care of. My car runs like new -- no kidding! | |Fred is kind and helpful. Description of Work: We were having issues with our car not staying charged. Thought it might be an alternator and went to the list and called Fred at Glendale Automotive. My wife said he was very friendly on the phone and could look at the car later that day or early the next. We took it in, told him the issue (didn't think it could be the batter since it was only 2 years old). To our surprise, it was the battery and Fred and the guys had us back on the road in 24 hours! I think we finally have a mechanic! Thanks Fred.

Description of Work: I met with and obtained 2 quotes for some minor body work on my 2007 Mercury Milan after researching whom I wanted to quote. I live in Carmel, but decided to go outside of Carmel for better pricing. Glendale Body Shop quoted me in minutes and allowed me to watch while they looked up needed parts on their computer system. They were incredible to work with and the quality of their work is great. It was on-time, per the estimate and all-over a great company to work with. Their quote was a couple hundred less than the other provider (Passwater) that quoted. I did have to schedule the work out a week, Passwater could have taken my car in immediately, but that was not an issue for me, since my car was driveable and I wasn't in a huge hurry. To be fair, I would definitely consider Passwater again too. They were very professional and have a great reputation. Glendale will be my first go-to though.

Description of Work: My car would not start one cold morning and I had it towed to Glendale Automotive, as it is near my house. He said he would diagnose it and call me back the next day. He called the next day and told me the fuel pump needed replaced as well as the ignition coil totalling over 1100 dollars. I asked if he could just replace the ignition coil, as it is only a 200 repair. Then we could see if that corrected it, as I found it hard to believe two things would simultaneously go wrong. He said the fuel pump was the primary problem so that would not fix it. I could not afford this repair, so I went and paid him 78 dollars for looking at it and 10 dollars for gas he added. I later took it somewhere else and found out that it was only a frozen fuel line and the ignition coil. I was told there was nothing wrong with my fuel pump. I got everything repaired for 250 dollars. I had to pay 78 dollars for an incorrect diagnoses from Glendale Auto. Wouldn't recommend.

Description of Work: WOW, I have been using Glendale Auto for a very long time and always forget to file a report. Fred, Steve and Paul have and still work on my BMW and Jeep. They are awesome! Last thing they did was make my Jeep run like a new Jeep. Thanks again keep up the great work :0)
