Very dependable and honest. Good prices, great work. Auto service has always been a stress point for us - you never know whom you can trust, but I read other positive Angie's List reports about Glendale Automotive and decided to give them a try. They were great, not stressful at all!

I was very impressed with the work Glendale Automotive performed. The brakes are like new, and the price was right.

I called around several places and Glendale Automotive had a middle to high price on the work. I told Fred the other prices and he told me the positives and negatives of his and the other quotes. He then took his price down a little bit to be in the middle and I accepted. I took the car in dropped it off and Fred took me to work(about two miles away.) Car was finished on time and as quoted price wise. I would highly recommend Glendale Automotive.

This trip was quick and convenient, as easy as an oil change should be. They did exactly what I asked and didn't suggest extra work. Very pleasant representative over the phone and in person. They told me they would start on my car right away and 5 minutes later my car was in the garage. I appreciated them treating me like a valued customer even though it was just a simple oil change.

Fred did an outstanding job on our automobiles and honored the price quotes on both jobs. He's very courteous and knows his stuff when it comes to cars. It took him longer than expected to finish the rear main seal job so he went the extra mile and rented a car for me for 1/2 day. Fred even came to my home to pick me up and take me to the car rental site. I would recommend them to anyone who wants honesty, good work and peace of mind on their auto maintenance and repairs.

It is very refreshing in this day & age when one can find a mechanic who is honest and sincere. One that doesn't try to cheat & over charge. I will definitely be using this company for all my further vehicle maintenance. I recommend him whole heartedly.

Fred and all at Glendale are wonderful. Responsive, fair on price and the work quality is high. Great at keeping in communication about price, time and nature of repairs. They are always willing to do whatever to get me back driving as soon as possible and take great care of an old but good car (Nissan Pathfinder). They take care to make sure the car in general is running safely and soundly each time I take it in. I highly recommend them for any and all work and won't let anyone else touch my car. They have many loyal customers so I do recommend making appointments - they are extremely punctual when appointments are made.

Work done promptly, under estimate by $80.00, will definitely use again.

GLENDALE AUTOMOTIVE USES H&R TOWING. THEY WERE OK, BUT WOULD CHECK OUT A DIFFERENT COMPANY IF POSSIBLE. HUSBAND LIKES GLENDALE AUTOMOTIVE'S WORK, & WILL USE AGAIN.

They did a good job. I had them look at some other issues with the car and they suggested not making those repairs at this time, as the issues were very minor. I always have more faith in someone if they tell me NOT to spend more money with them.

Very friendly when scheduling times. Dropped off car the night before. They called early the next morning and had completed much of the work, and had a few more questions. They were going to call back after diagnosing. Call back never happened. I called them the next day. They apologized for the inconvenience and gave me 10% off. That was nice, but really a prompt callback would have been better, and I would have happily paid full price.

PRICE WAS FOR THE NEW BATTERY. EXCELLENT WORK. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER.

Wonderful experience. Very honest and prompt. They honored a coupon even though it was a misprint from the coupon company. They did not try to oversell us on repairs, and they were very straightforward about telling us that we needed to see a Mitsubishi dealer to deal with the transmission light that is coming on.

FELT GOOD ABOUT TREATMENT, FORTUNATELY, WE HAD AN EXTRA VEHICLE AS THE TURN AROUND TIME WAS 3 DAYS. FELT PRICE FOR WORK PERFORMED WAS COMPETITIVE.

CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT WE SELECTED GLENDALE AUTOMOTIVE BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN HONORED WITH ANGIE'S LIST TOP SERVICE AWARDS, WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED. OUR CAR WAS TOWED ON A THURSDAY MORNING, AND WE DID NOT GET IT BACK UNTIL THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY. THE REPAIR WAS MINOR. WE REPEATEDLY HAD TO CALL DURING THIS TIME TO FIND OUT THE REPAIR'S STATUS. THEREFORE, WE FELT OUR REPAIR WAS NOT A PRIORITY; AND WE RECEIVED NO APOLOGY FOR HOW WE WERE INCONVENIENCED WHEN WE PICKED UP OUR VEHICLE.

THE OWNER CALLED TO LET ME KNOW THAT IT APPEARED I HAD JUST RAN OUT OF GAS. I THOUGHT THIS MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE CASE, BUT AFTER PUTTING GAS IN THE CAR THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER THOUGHT IT WAS RUNNING FUNNY. THE OWNER FROM GLENDALE CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW. HE WAS REALLY NICE ABOUT IT AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME MUCH AT ALL. I REALLY APPRECIATED HIS HELP. I FELT REALLY STUPID, BUT HE TOLD ME THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT HAD THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WHEN IN FACT IT WAS JUST THAT I RAN OUT OF GAS.

THE TECHSET UP MY APPOINTMENT OVER THE PHONE AND PERFORMED FAST AND EFFICIENT WORK. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, AS WELL. THEY GUARANTEE THE SERVICE AND WILL INFLATE AND ROTATE YOUR TIRES AS WELL. GOOD JOB!

FRED WAS FANTASTIC. HE WORKED US INTO HIS SCHEDULE AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN ONE DAY. WE HAD A FUNERAL TO ATTEND OUT OF TOWN AND OUR VEHICLE WAS READY SOONER THAN EXPECTED. HE REMINDED US TO BRING OUR ANGIE'S LIST COUPON AND EVEN PERSONALLY GUARANTEED THE PART FOR AN EXTRA YEAR. GLENDALE AUTOMOTIVE IS NEARLY 40 MINUTES FROM OUR HOME, BUT IS WORTH THE DRIVE ANYTIME. AT 2PM, GLENDALE AUTOMOTIVE CALLED ME TO TELL ME MY CAR WAS READY. I REALLY APPRECIATED THEIR QUICK AND COURTEOUS SERVICE.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT IN GETTING THE WORK DONE AND HAVING THE CAR BACK TO US WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS.

FRED (HIS NAME ISN'T JOHN, IT'S FRED) KUHN ALWAYS TAKES GOOD CARE OF OUR TWO VEHICLES. HE NEVER MAKES FUN OF OUR SKANKY COROLLA. HE GAVE US A NEW BATTERY AT NO CHARGE TO MAKE UP FOR THE JOB TAKING A LITTLE LONGER THAN HE PREDICTED. HE'S REASONABLY PRICED AND ALWAYS GOES THE EXTRA MILE FOR US, VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED.

THE WAY THEY HANDLED THE SITUATION IS WHAT I LIKED. BEING UPFRONT ABOUT THE WARRANTY. I WILL USE THEM AFTER THE WARRANTY IS EXPIRED AFTER ANOTHER COMPANY SAID THAT THEY COULD WHEN THEY SHOULDN'T

I WAS VERY PLEASED AND IMPRESSED THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND AND FIX THE PROBLEM. OTHER PLACES I'VE BEEN TO IN THE PAST HAVE JUST CHARGED LOTS OF MONEY AND NOTHING WAS FIXED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY HAD THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT AND EXPERTISE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR, AND FIXED IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THEY HAD SOME TROUBLE GETTING THE WORK DONE BY THE TIME I NEEDED MY CAR, BUT THEY MADE EVERY EFFORT TO DO SO AND I WAS STILL ABLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR WHICH I NEEDED MY CAR THAT AFTERNOON.
