Very nice people. I think I found the new family mechanic. They seem very honest. Their building is small, but I only had to wait overnight. They won my repeat business by not charging me and sending me to another mechanic with a high reputation.

It went very well. They estimated the price and time needed to complete the job accurately.

They did an excellent job diagnosing the problem, fixing it and returning the car to us in a timely manner. Jon was very pleasant and helpful over the phone, was able to get us an appointment quickly and seemed concerned about helping us to save money and not do any more work than was needed.

These guys worked like crazy to do a repair that nobody else would do. I had to get to a festival on Friday night, and they got me out the door all repaired by Friday afternoon. They had to build a new tool to do the work, but they did it for me, a brand new customer.

The motor went out while my window was all the way down and not having a garage, I was worried about leaving it parked outside for too long that way. I called first thing the next morning (the day before the 4th of July holiday) and they got me in and had the car fixed by close of business. After I picked the car up, I made a quick stop and came back to find my car dead. I called Glendale Automotive 10 minutes before they were to close and a technician met me in Broad Ripple to look at the car. My starter had gone out (the timing was a total fluke). He got the car started and I followed him back to the shop so he could make sure that was in fact the problem - this was all after hours! My husband was able to fix the starter himself so we elected not to have Glendale Automotive do the work, but if we weren't able to I would have hired them again in a second. The entire staff was so nice and extremely helpful!

The estimate, although somewhat involved, was provided in a timely and concise manner. Personnel at Glendale Automotive gave me estimate of work and, when asked, I also received their, professional recommendation. I followed their recommendation and feel good about it. They validated my suspicion about the vehicle. Sometimes, a good estimate is worth a lot of money; and for me it was, although the estimate itself was very reasonable. I found it a pleasure working with the staff at Glendale Automotive!

As part of my routine service, I asked them to check out my Jeep. I asked them to check it out from running too hot. They replaced the thermostat and thermostat gasket. They changed the antifreeze. By the time I got to Missouri my engine was very hot. I ended up having to leave my Jeep at a Jeep dealership to have them look at it. When I got back, I learned my radiator was almost cracked in half. I asked them to check a rattle I was hearing that sounded like muffler noise. It was the Catalytic Converter. It was ordered, and I've called them three times, and it's still not in. They were going to call me and never did.

Dropped the truck off Friday morning expecting that the job would take more than a day. Mike, the guy behind the counter, was up front about the estimate. I was hoping to that I wouldn't need new rotors ($!), but it turned out I did. I OK'd the work and Mike said it would be done that evening. He gave me a good deal on the price. When I came in he insisted on showing me the old rotors to make sure I knew they needed to be replaced (rather than resurfaced). They definitely needed it and I'm glad he showed me, it reinforced the sentiment that I was dealing with an honest shop. The shop is small (two bays) but the guys in it are courteous, prompt, and fair. A good experience all around.

I was very impressed from my initial phone conversation. They got me in the day I called. I stayed there while they assessed the problem. Then, one of the workers drove my daughter and I home while they completed the work. I live 15 minutes from the shop, so this was above what I expected. In addition to the work, they were extremely professional, and polite. As a female, I have been in many automotive businesses, and felt like I have been treated "differently". This establishment was wonderful. I will take my car back the next time that I need a service.

They did a fabulous job, did not try to tell us something was wrong with the car that wasn't. They found a simple solution, were very friendly and fixed it the same day. I would highly recommend Glendale Automotive.

The diagnosis was that it needed a new intake hose. They were able to schedule me very quickly. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Fred the owner made a point to say if the problem came up again to bring it in and they would fix it. Fred had very strong customer service skills. I will use them again and would recommend.

There was a delay from the ordering company, and then the wrong part was sent. The company worked with me and gave me a price break because of delay. They were very helpful.

VERY POLITE & PROFESSIONAL. OFFERED TO DRIVE ME TO THE MALL TO EAT SINCE I WAS WAITING AND HAD NO CAR.

Professional, inspected the car, and rotated tires at no charge and promptly told me what was wrong (fortunately it was just an alignment which I had it taken care of by the specificed dealership the car seller wanted me to!) I have hired them before to do my work to my 2002 Saturn which was totaled...my Saturn required only one repair (other than a muffler), and Fred did that one at a reasonable cost!

Fast, efficient service, called and got my Jeep Liberty in (about four days out). Asked them to also look over my car to make sure that nothing else didn't need fixed, they found nothing. They also did not try to sale me anything that I did not want. It is nice to have no pressure when going to a mechanic because sometimes they try and sale you services and products that you don't need. Glendale Automotive mechanics are on salary and not commission so they don't pressure you. I will go here from now on. They did a great job and I feel good about the service that I received.

Glendale Auto has now been servicing two of my cars for 18 months. They have been consistently great at both routine maintenance and completing special repairs. They easily diagnose problems that seemed to baffle dealer service departments. I highly recommend Glendale Auto for service on Japanese imports and domestic cars.

What a great experience. Fred and the boys were one of the few companies that would work on an old car. They did a great job and made sure that I was 110% satisfied. I was looking for a auto mechanic and I found them on Angie's List. It was no surprise that they were good, but they exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Glendale Automotive to anyone. Thanks again guys!

Owner gave me a ride home, also told me my brakes were OK when another company was saying they needed to be replaced.
