I originally called the company on a Sunday evening expecting to get an automated answer to attempt to schedule. I was pleasantly surprised when I was actually answered by a staff member who was able to go ahead and get us scheduled for the following morning! We have used them three times since that initial day. They are extremely dependable and I feel very fair priced for their services. On their last visit, it was Brent who came to perform the work. He was super nice, friendly and easy to get along with which is always refreshing when things aren't working right.

I was very happy and would definitely recommend them. Although I called mid afternoon on a Friday (which was the time the problem occurred), Garage Door Doctor was able to have a tech at my home before close of business the same day. He repaired the door, performed the routine maintenance on the other door, applied the AL coupon and was efficient and professional. The owner of the business was clear about charges in additional to the coupon and there were no surprises.

Spoke with Lee at the main office and he was very helpful when I asked how soon they could make it out to fix the issue. Mike showed up at the house about 2 minutes before I did and understood that driving 30-40 minutes there might some sort of wait. He installed the spring needed for my door in less than 20 minutes. Explained the warranty had me sign the credit card statement and was on his way. Left a personal# if we ever needed any assistance. Oh and the quoted price on the bill was much less than expected.

Brent was incredibly professional and tested and explained everything he was doing. We requested him for the second part of the job (raising door tracks) and it was done in a timely manner!!

Excellent customer service, very responsive. Appointments without having to wait several weeks, and very knowledgable. We would use them again, and likely will once we get moved into the new place!

Requested a repair of my existing garage door opener. Brett arrived on time, with the replacement part ready to go. He explained the repair fully. When I asked him about a complete replacement, instead of the repair, he quoted a price. I chose the complete replacement (no pressure from him). The installation went well, and Brett completely explained the new opener's features, etc. He went over and above in all areas of the service call. I would highly recommend this company.

I called this company and others to install a new garage door opener. My garage door is just fine but the opener finally went bad. Anyway, they were one of the best service providers that I have ever experienced for ANY part of my house. Mike was outstanding through and through. They allowed me to purchase my own new garage door opener and then I just paid them to install it. I could not be more pleased with this company! I will never go to another company for anything having to deal with garage doors!

Technician was great and explained everything about the broken part, how it works, how much it would cost to replace the part and how long it would take. He also explained the benefits of replacing the 13 year old opener with a new one. The new opener was installed in less than 90 minutes, included two remote openers, one key-pad opener and a door bell-type opener. Best news is that my wife is happy.

Garage door would not close all the way and was higher on one side than another. Called company on a Saturday afternoon and they came within 2 hours and had it repaired within 30 minutes. The tech, Mike, was very personable and knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. Very satisfied.

Garage Door Doctor responded quickly to my call. Their office staff confirmed my requested appointment time and the service person called about 15 minutes before arriving. Brent, the service person, was terrific! He was very professional, polite and well-spoken. He told me exactly what he was going to do and showed me every step of the way. Although my door and opener are very old, he was able to get them adjusted and lubricated so that they are running as best as possible. He gave me quotes on new doors and openers, but never made a hard sales pitch. When the time comes to replace, I know I’ll use them because every member of their organization was very professional, thorough, and not pushy to up-sell me.

Sent a text message saying what days would be available for them to install garage door opener. Received text telling me when they would be out and I agreed. Installer called me on the day of installation and arrived on time. Installer explained how to use the keyless entry system and how to program the new system.

Our technician, Brent, was very knowledgeable and friendly! Arrived promptly and kept us informed the entire time. He took time at the end to explain everything, including what h did, how to program codes, etc. Even when we hit a snag in the beginning with wiring he took time to tell us exactly what was wrong and how he needed to fix it. The gentlemen who came was on time and very nice. I originally bought just a garage tune-up and roller replacement but was also having trouble with the motor. He assessed the problem and gave me several solutions with an in-depth explanation. I went ahead and also got the garage door motor replaced. No problems so far and the plastic rollers are much quieter.

It was Great! They were polite and prompt over the phone, scheduling my appointment within a couple of days of the call. The tech arrived on time, even though I was running late getting home, he waited for me to get there. The tech, Mike(I think), was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of insight into my door's current situation. My door and opener are really old and according to the tech in great shape for the age but has its fair share of issues with the key pad and openers(in that neither will work). The tech figured out what the problem was but said at possibly $200 it wouldn't be worth fixing. I inquired about pricing on a replacement and they were very competitively priced from the research I've done. There was no pressure to upgrade or buy anything extra. The door operates 100% more smoothly and is 75% quieter now. Overall I am very satisfied with their level of service and attention to detail. They were also very affordable. If I ever decide to get the opener replaced or have any work done on the door in the future they will be the company I call. Thanks again!
