Charles showed up quickly and diagnosed the problem. Fixed it the next day and charged a very reasonable price. Will call again if we ever need service.

The service was great! They were responsive and I was able to schedule an appointment earlier than expected. The technician explained everything before than after installation very well and even pointed out things about the door itself that wasn't part of his job. I highly recommend them.

This was a great experience from start to finish. I submitted a request through Angie's List and heard back from them the same day. After answering a few questions regarding my project, they gave me a detailed estimate and then set up an appointment to get the weather-seal replaced. Their technician arrived early (but only after calling and confirming it was ok to arrive early) and took the time to look over the garage door and explain what needed to be done to replace the retainer/seal. With the new seal in place, he made some adjustments to the opener's travel to ensure its sealed as best as possible. After payment was collected, a receipt was emailed immediately to me with a summary of the work performed. Awesome work and excellent service.

I called them, they came in 1 hour, and it took them about 25 minutes to fix it. They are very professional, gave me the price and 10% discount. Everything went pretty well.

Very Pleased. Very punctual on estimate appointment and on install day. Had several calls back and forth with questions and received immediate answers. Competitive price point for size of door we had and their product was better quality then other competitors we checked. All techs were courteous and patient with all my dumb questions! Install team worked very quickly and efficiently and cleaned up very well. So happy we chose them !

Put in a referral on Angie's list and received a call the next morning. They have Saturday hours so they were able to come out the next day. Received a text and then a call right at the start of the 2 hour window I was given. Brent was very professional and detailed in his explanation of what he thought was wrong and why. Explained how to trouble shoot in the future and what to look for if issue with sensors. Took about a 1/2 hour to fix and he installed the new sensors that came with the new motor I had installed a year ago (by my neighbor) who left the old sensors in place. He also rewired the wiring going into the motor as it was loose and not tight to hold into place. Very impressed! Reasonably priced too!

Brent from Garage Door Doctor called me and told me he was on his way for the appointment. He arrived on time and explained the work that he had on his list to confirm that the work was what I had requested. I agreed and Brent went to work. Three hours later he finished and walked me through what he had done. He cleaned up the area, thanked me and left. I would definitely use Garage Door Doctor's again. Great! Garage door spring broke randomly - I called garage door doctor and the scheduling was extremely simple and seamless. My tech was Charles - he was awesome. Arrived on time, quickly fixed the spring and was very pleasant. Very accomodating & the best price around. Extremely pleased - thank u guys again!

FLAWLESS. I used the Request a Quote button on Angie's List website and got several quotes from different garage door companies. They were all very nice, but Garage Door Doctors came in SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive than the other companies, had the exact garage door I wanted, and was able to schedule quickly which was very important - our garage door didn't work at all! . Brent came out to confirm the quote with me, and was above and beyond pleasant to work with, even though he wasn't feeling well. He walked me through each step in making my deposit, and what to expect after that. My garage door was here and installed within the next couple weeks, and the installer was just as pleasant to work with. He worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. The garage door is gorgeous, it works perfectly, and we got a new motor, keypad, inside raiser, and two openers as well. We will definitely be keeping Garage Door Doctors as our garage door service provider! THANK YOU!

After a service call in the morning to fix our garage door, at which time the problem seemed to be fixed, the problem reoccurred later the same day. Garage Door Doctor was able to send out a tech within 2 hours of my call and the unit was replaced. Once again, the tech was very professional and courteous, carefully explained the work he had done and explained my options for fixing the problem and the cost of each option. He was able to replace the unit immediately. After replacing the unit, he carefully explained all of the features of the garage door opener, showed me how to program the keypad and had me test it to make sure it worked. He was careful not to watch me input my new code. Very pleased with the work and the price was reasonable.

The tech arrived on time, clipped in the electronic eye, which was loose, adjusted how far the door lowered, tightened the chain and some screws, and lubricated everything. He explained to me everything he was doing and why and gave suggestions for maintaining the door properly to make it last longer. He re-positioned the antenna so our remotes would work better. Then he just charged us the trip charge, which was much lower than I expected. His dress could have been more professional (Garage Door Doctor t-shirt and cut off black shorts), but he was very courteous and professional in manner. Definitely recommend and would hire again.

I liked the fact that Garage Door Dr. gave me and estimate to repair and to replace our door. I felt no pressure to do either and was even encouraged to shop around. I decided to replace the garage door. While we were waiting for the new door to come in the old door failed (halfway open and crooked). A Garage Door Dr technician came out an lowered the door, no charge. Great experience.

Scheduling had a service person out for my non-operational garage door the next day. The service person arrived early (!?!) and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

The experience was wonderful overall. I received a prompt return call following my online inquiry. The technician called before coming three days later and was very friendly. He suspected that my circuit board may have been fried during a storm and would need to be replaced. However, since he could not guarantee that would fix the problem he also suggested that replacing the entire unit would be safer so that I didn't waste money replacing the circuit board in case it was not the problem. He gave me options: 1) order the circuit board and then come back and replace it; 2) replace the entire unit right then; and 3) I could purchase my own garage door opener and then call them to come back and install it. As I was considering my options he continued to check the unit, including power sources. Even though the plug that the opener was connected to gave a positive reading for power he tried another outlet and the garage door opener worked. He told me that the outlet I was using was giving a false reading but it did not have any power. He could have let me replace the entire unit and charge me for it but instead he was honest, helped me find the problem, and only charged me for the service call. I will definite use them again in the future for all of garage door needs.

Turns out the battery needed to be replaced. They installed it and now the opener works. I would use them again and recommend their service.

I broke my garage door opener over the weekend and had no idea who to call, so I checked Angie's List. I called these guys Monday morning, and they said they could do a same day service call later in the day. Great! Even better, the tech called soon after and said he could get to my house earlier than expected, if that would work. It did work, he came and fixed my garage door opener and was very polite and helpful. I would absolutely call this company again if I have another problem.
