First Serve Cleaning & Restoration

The provider cleaned the carpet on the upper level of our home. This included four bedrooms, one hallway and a bi-directional staircase. It was a bad weather day (you know what I'm talking about Indy folk!) so they did arrive behind schedule. However, I received two phone calls letting me know in advance of the appointed time. Once they arrived and walked through the logistics everything was a breeze. All in all, the carpet was cleaned and looked great. They were able to remove all, but one carpet stain. ...however they did remove at least 5-7 stains.

It was fine. it was quick and easy because the service was for a move out. It was easy for both of us.

They were very pleased with the service and would use them again.

The providers showed up on schedule, they came and assessed the work to be done explained their method and proceeded to do the job. I had a area in my living room that was completely black from where I had a small flood underneath my entertainment center from my laundry room drain clogging up, the guy took extra special care to clean it without putting gallons of water on it. He did tell me that although he had lightened it up, it may not come completely clean. when I ran the sweeper the next day the stain was completely gone. HOORAY!!!! I told my neighbors and friends that day how happy I was with this company. I would recommend this company to anyone. The guys were very friendly, efficient and courteous. I also like the fact that they did not use my water, how rare is that.

Very professional, explained process thoroughly before performing services, moved small furniture to get at al areas of carpet nd pre-treated areas requiring attention. There was some mix-up on scheduling however to compensate for delay in getting to our house they offered to clean our stairs for free. Very pleasant service staff and completed the job efficiently and effectively. I would use these folks again in the future.

We just purchased our home and had the carpets cleaned before we moved in. They were even able to remove paint stains from the carpets.

Bought deal on Thursday and service provider was able to schedule the appointment for the next day. They called before arriving and were on-time. They were excellent and even moved furniture out of the way. Couldn't be more satisfied.

I was extremely pleased with the service. The Technician Glen was especially friendly and did an excellent job. For a coupon deal I did not expect them to move any furniture, but they were happy to move any furniture. They did not try to sell me anything extra.

Crew showed up on time and were willing to work w/ us to maximize our Angie's List coupon. The quality of work was excellent and prompt.

I purchased a big deal and was immediately contacted by Todd to schedule a cleaning. The cleaners Gary and Robert were both extremely professional and friendly to be around I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this carpet cleaning company to anyone looking for great service. It was great. Everything was great and good quality. They came when they said and they did. I believe it was just the total of the deal. I don't think there was anything else extra. I just say that they were professional, on time, and delivered exactly what they said they would and they did a nice job. There were no issues. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We contracted with regal long distance since we had not yet arrived in the Indy area. The were very professional at all times and took care of our carpet cleaning needs without any hassle or problems. When we let them know that painters would still be working in the house, they infromed us that that would not be a problem and they would work around them. The carpets looked much better when we arrived with our furniture.

Todd was amazing. I purchased this deal right before buying a house. My closing was delayed 3 times and as a result I had to reschedule the carpet cleaning 3 times. Todd went above and beyond to fit me in his schedule and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him or his company. He even told me of the time he closed on his house and why he could empathize with my situation. Now about the actual work.... Glenn phoned to tell me he was on his way and showed up as promised. He did a great job cleaning the carpets. He moved some furniture and placed foam blocks under my sofa to allow for drying. He even left some shoe covers for us to use while the carpets were still wet. The speed in which he completed the job was unbelievable, but the work was definitely above standard. I didn't make it home before he left so I never got to meet him or discuss his work in person so he left the paperwork with my son and discussed with him the work performed. He stated that there were a couple of spots that he could not remove, but I have looked at every inch of carpet and cannot find the spots he mentioned. As far as I am concerned, he removed every spot. I will continue to use and recommend First Serve Carpet care in the future. They are now top on my list.

I was so happy with the work they did that I had to leave a review right away. To have as much carpet cleaned as I did for the price I paid and to have it be top-notch work is a rare treat. The techs did the work while we were away, and they left everything neat and tidy. They left the invoice by the front door and even left several pairs of disposable booties for us to walk around on the slightly damp carpet with. My kids really liked wearing the booties. Todd is the owner and he is really great to work with and very responsive. Great job guys and thanks!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went great. My carpets are clean. It was wonderful. I paid an additional fee because I wanted more done than that. They came out a week after I purchased the deal.I'm in the process of scheduling an appointment with them.

Did a great job. Had to go over some areas twice and carpets looked great. They were punctual, friendly and left no waste water.

It went very well. They came in and reviewed areas to be cleaned. Gave me a price and starting vac. areas. They sat out a couple fans in lower level while cleaning the upper part. It took about 1.5 hours total in and out. Really pleased with the work. Carpets look great. Better than I expected. Going to have them back to do bedrooms and living room later.
