First Serve was on time for my appointment. They pre-treated the carpet, moved smaller pieces of furniture, and cleaned my carpets! The carpets were over 9 years old and they look like new again! Best carpet cleaning I have ever had! And the technicians were very professional, friendly, and polite.

Our experience with First Serve Carpet Care was outstanding. They were prompt and professional. They called to let us know their arrival time. They were able to get rid of or minimize the worst of the stains, even those that were missed in past cleanings. The team was courteous, very professional, and willing to add the stairs for a very reasonable additional cost. We would recommend them to anyone!

The carpets looked great!! I was able to schedule the cleaning within a week of contacting the company. I was at work so had to give them my garage code. They came as they were supposed to, left a note about the carpets with my paid invoice and also left little footies since the carpet was still wet. I trust this company and would have them clean my carpets again as soon as they need it :)

My carpets look great. I had them cleaned by this company in November along with two sofas. I used them again in 6 months so I got a 10% discount. I will use them again.

Carpet turned out much cleaner than I thought and kept me from having to replace it. I also negotiated adding the stairs to the job. Ending up, he did not charge me for them because he could not get it as clean as he wanted to. I would highly recommend this service to everyone!!!

We would use and refer ANYONE to this First Serve Carpet Care ! They were both very pleasant and professional to have in our home. The two men worked as a team and did their job well. .My husband was looking at the carpet shortly after noon and to his surprise he seen a place he did not see sooner.With a phone call they arrived at a time to return.The men said they would come back that very same night but since in was in our bedroom there was nothing urgent to drive across town for. Today First Serve Carpet Care returned and boy-o-boy were they surprised. They said that neither of them had ever seen anything like that before. With careful inspection and many phone calls AND lots of hard work and much time spent, they got the job done!!! The service men had no concrete answer for what in the world the"STAIN" was, however they did say that when we replaced our carpet we should inspect the backing of the carpet and the padding for marking ink. INK is exactly what it looked like, but who would have thought ? It surely must have bled from the back up to the carpet fibers. Lesson learned !!! Always choose PRO's from Angie's List. We did and what could have been a disaster turned into a happy ending.

Excellent customer service, wonderful experience, would (and will) hire again. The owner (Todd) was very responsive when I called to ask many questions, obtain a quote, schedule, and reschedule, the service. When the two gentlemen arrived to complete the work they were professional and took the time to learn about my areas of concern. They cleaned the carpet in my entire house, including 5 rooms, a staircase, and a hallway, my couch and loveseat and a queen mattress. They used an enzyme treatment on the mattress and one room of the house and the mattress and there was not a huge upcharge for this as other companies charge. They did a great job and were able to remove all but one stain and some of the rooms were bad due to previous tenants. They displayed great customer service and the price I paid was even a little less than originally quoted which was great. The next day I noticed a urine odor that I had previously not noticed in my living room. I called and spoke with Todd and he immediately offered to send the guys out that same day to do an enzyme treatment on that area for no charge. He confirmed, as I had guessed, that cleaning the carpet probably caused some odors to appear due to moisture hitting old urine spots in the carpet or padding. The treatment worked well. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. Very very pleased with the service!

Did a great job. Both guys were friendly, efficient, respectful of our home...and the carpets looked wonderful when they were finished.

There were no problems with scheduling the appointment. I was not home, but my fiancée was. He said that everything was great. I will hire them again next year.

After an initial scheduling miscommunication, we rescheduled the service. They gave me a window of time, called when they were on their way, and arrived when they said they would. They moved the easily movable furniture out of the way to get behind and underneath it. The carpets looked and smelled wonderful. Would certainly use them again.

Arrived on time and agreed to add on the cleaning of the stairs at no charge. After the cleaning was completed, he took the time to explain where there were untreatable areas and why.

I purchased the deal and they emailed me right away asking me to pick three days. I picked the dates that worked for me and they got me an appointment the following week. The service was excellent. They did a great job.
