Description of Work: The representative cleaned only our living room carpet as contracted. He did an excellent job, completely removing several dark spots at various locations, as well as a general cleaning of the carpet. When he was done, the carpet looked brand-new. He used booties on his shoes when he worked and he supplied extra booties for us to use after the carpet was cleaned. He also was very courteous and pleasant.
