The service was very good. The individuals that performed the cleaning were prompt, courteous and efficient. There were some furniture stains that could not be resolved, but the service individual explained this prior to the work being done. I was very satisfied with the results.

They were timely, and did everything we asked them to do. They were courteous and did a great job.

It went great! We would highly recommend First Serve Carpet Care. I purchased a Big Deal and the very next day Todd called me to schedule the appointment. I wanted to try and get them in as soon as possible, and they were very accommodating in working with our schedules. The 2 men who came out to clean the carpets were extremely pleasant and friendly. They did an outstanding job and made sure we were happy with their work before they left. I even got a follow up call the next day making sure we were happy with their services. It was a wonderful experience and I will hire them again in the future!

The carpet techs wore clean coverings on their shoes, protected all the corners with covers (hoses wouldn't rub off paint/drywall), and took extreme care when moving furniture etc. I have had my carpets cleaned in the past and had my walls marred and damaged due to careless techs not using protective corner coverings etc. The tech(s) worked extremely hard and I loved the fact that they were extremely efficient and it wasn't an all day strung out process. My carpets looked brand new when the cleaning was completed.

We bought the big deal of 5 rooms for $148 and then paid $35 for our 6th room. We had not had the carpet cleaned in our home for 7 years and thought it would be hopeless. It was a great experience. They were thorough going around with us from room to room to access any spots to be removed. Worked for approx 2 1/2 hours to clean our 6 rooms and did two rooms twice. We couldn't be happier with the end result!

Techs called before they arrived, showed up on time. We did a walk through to identify areas of concerns (traffic patterns, pet stain areas, special attention areas. They cleaned all of the above and spent extra time on the areas that required it. They also helped clear some items that needed to be moved out of the way prior to cleaning. Foam blocks were placed under furniture that had to remain in place. The carpet has not looked this good since it was installed several years ago.

Fantastic job. Especially on some stubborn little spots we had. Best carpet cleaning we've ever had. We'll definitely use them again.

I came across this business when I called the company we purchased our new carpet from to ask for recommendations. They suggested First Serve Carpet Care. When I called, I spoke directly to Todd, the owner of the company. He explained to me that they have a flat rate, that is quite reasonable, for cleaning carpets per room and per hallway. I liked that as opposed to trying to figure out how much square footage there was in my house they'd be cleaning. They had immediate time slots and got my house on their schedule for the next week. Todd and Glenn arrived about 15 minutes later than the scheduled time, but they did call when they were on their way to let me know they were running behind. (It was, afterall, a Monday morning!) They looked around at all of the rooms asking if there were any areas needing extra treatment. Then they showed us their equipment they use to clean the carpets and explained the process to us. In total, I think it took them about 2 1/2 hours to do six rooms and a hallway. They moved some of the furniture to get the carpet clean underneath. When they were finished, they had put all of the couches on styrofoam blocks so the carpet underneath could dry quicker. By about 5 p.m. the carpets were dry enough for us to put our things back down on them. These guys were very pleasant to have in our home and they worked very efficiently. They did a great job and we are so happy to have such nice, clean carpets.

The young man did a great job. His price was very reasonable. He brought a portable unit to the third floor. The other two companies I called wanted to run a hose up 3 flights of stairs. He was very pleasant and accommodating. I asked him to go over one of the areas on the chair for me again and he did with no problem. He was so nice. He also cleans the carpets in the apartment building. I would certainly use him again in the future.

He came out and did his job and everything was great! He was very punctual and responsive.

We thought we would have to replace all of the carpeting in our rental house, but upon looking at the carpets, he determined that he was able to clean them. He is very prompt and fair.

We had two roomed cleaned where our dog spends most of her time. After having her track in the slush and dirt of winter the carpet was looking pretty bad. They left it looking like new. Not only did they do quality work, but the service techs were EXTREMELY professional and went above and beyond to make us happy.

We have used First Serve for the past four years. They are professional and courteous. The team of specialist they use continue to exceed my expectations every time. I love how the carpet is dry in a few hours and feels like heaven to walk on. They leave my home in perfect condition and even take extra measures to ensure the furniture does not leave marks. I once spilled a gallon of paint upstairs and they walked me thru some preventative measures to contain it and were out in a jiffy to extract it. Accidents happen thus why having a company you can trust is essential!!
