Description of Work: They showed up on time and worked quickly. The problem was the spots they did extra cleaning on, came back worse than ever after the carpet dried. On simple traffic areas, it did not look like they had cleaned. I know they did the work. They just did not clean very well. We redid the cleaning ourselves and did a better job.

Description of Work: First serve carpet care cleaned carpets in 6 rooms of my new house, along with cleaning the tile and grout in the kitchen. | |The owner personally came out to do the work and was very friendly and professional. I was contemplating buying new carpet before moving into my new house, but decided to see what a carpet cleaner could do and I would have to say I was amazed at how clean they were able to get everything. It was like new, and even the tile and grout in the kitchen looked awesome. I would highly recommend First Serve Carpet Care to anyone and I definitely plan to use them for future services!
