Description of Work: Spilled water on a laptop resulting in keyboard that needed to be replaced. Before new keyboard was ordered ran diagnostics on the laptop to help ensure if new keyboard was ordered computer would work. Before keyboard was ordered provider sent me link of part being ordered verifying I was paying their cost. Very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. In addition have six month warranty for work that was completed. Highly recommend -

Description of Work: Very responsive, even delivering the computer as promised during bad weather. We purchased the Big Deal, but he was unable to complete the work in the home and needed to take it with him for further diagnostic work. We feel he was fair, did his best to get the fixed computer back to us as soon as possible even over the New Years holiday. We will call him again if we need any further work.

Description of Work: I had deleted files into the recycle bin that I could not figure out how to correct. Mr. Andrel took care of this problem and gave me instructions on how to solve this problem if I have this situation again in the future, which I greatly appreciated. He also checked my computer for virues and cleaned up a lot of files which made my computer run a little faster. Mr. Andrel was very professional, very friendly and is someone I would definitely use in the future.

Description of Work: He cleaned up and organized files on my super old computer the best he could, but it's too old and I need to purchase a new computer. He offered to take it with him to "fix" but I told him no, it just wasn't worth his time and my money. He was very pleasant and spent a lot of time trying to "breathe life into my computer". Description of Work: Paul was my contact and added a new hard drive for my computer. He did an excellent job for me and at a very reasonable cost. I called him a couple of times to answer a couple of issues I was having. He was very prompt and answered the phone every time. I had a new printer also installed and had a problem getting it going. He came right over and fixed it. I can not say enough about Paul...he is outstanding and there should be no doubt about using Paul again. Thanks Paul

Description of Work: Paul came to my house and did an evaluation of my desktop and laptop. My desktop was fine, but he confirmed that I had viruses on my laptop. He took the laptop with him for several hours of de-bugging at his shop, and delivered the laptop back to me later in the week. Very good work! My experience was better than Geek Squad!
