Ben showed up on time as scheduled and started working. He tried cleaning the area rug first. It is a wool area rug that had some pet stains. And then started the living-room furniture. He cleaned all cushions and pillows.

Very prompt and courteous service. Very good value for money. They were upfront about stains they knew ahead of time they would not be able to get out.

Ben arrived right on time. He walked through the house with me. I pointed out areas I was hoping would be "fixed" and he took note. He went out to his work van and started bringing in his equipment. He was conscientious about taking off his shoes in the house, and keeping the front door closed as best he could (can't keep it shut with hoses and tubes running through the door frame). He finished the job, asked if I would take a look around and point out anything he'd missed. He was a gentleman and superior worker.

I had an excellent experience. I was trying to sell my home and had several people coming to look at it in the next 48 hours. Ben (Decamp) went out of his way to accommodate my request in quick time. This maybe the exception, but nonetheless, it was an excellent response and excellent service. I will be hiring Decamp's in the near future to do some cleaning a different home. I recommend Decamp's to anybody else.

The company was very prompt in replying to me to set up a cleaning date and I only had to wait a few days before they were able to come. They were on time and very attentive in asking about problem spots that needed more thorough cleaning. The carpets looked much better after cleaning and the stairway, which was the worst, was noticably cleaner.

Ben returned my call quickly, explained how my pet spots could be very difficult because I had used several cleaners on them, with no luck. He was very professional and took his shoes off when he came in the house. When he finished, I could not believe how great the carpet looked and the spots were gone! Will definitely use again.

There was a minor problem with the equipment, causing a small delay, but the serviceman arrived on time and was very polite and professional. The job was completed as promised.

Ben was great. I contacted him based on the discount he offered to Angies List members. I explained to him that I had just moved out of my home in Indianapolis and wanted the carpets cleaned in my home and would need to arrange a time for my sister to meet him there to let him in the home. He was very helpful in coordinating schedules to make it convenient for my sister. My home is three floors, about 2,100 sq ft, and nearly all of it is carpeted. He cleaned it all for $150 and did a great job.

We moved into a foreclosed home. The house had been empty for at least a year, and the carpets had many unknown stains on them that had been there for who-knows-how-long. We wanted them cleaned, knowing that all of the stains wouldn't come out, but at least they would be clean until we could afford to replace carpeting. After seeing his coupon the on this site and thinking it was a great deal, I called Ben and explained our situation. He was here within a week and very prompt. Ben was very professional and easy to deal with. He spent a lot of time in our home and worked very hard at removing some of the stains. Not all of them came out, but this is understandable, considering the situation. He was able to get the carpets much cleaner than I expected. He was also very patient with my son who kept running into the rooms he was cleaning!

Ben fit me in the next day after my call, was on time, and did an excellent job of taking the stain out of the carpet. He was pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend him to others in the future.

The work was done carefully and thoroughly by a conscientious and knowledgeable professional. He was very careful with cleaning the upholstery on two chairs, testing part of the fabric to make sure it would withstand the cleaning. He did not overly saturate the carpeting and chairs with steam, and the carpets were clean and dry within about six hours. With the Angie's List coupon, this was an incredible bargain and I will use this company again.

Rich was excellent and performed the work in a very professional manner. He was timely in his response to my initial contact call, available when I needed him, and punctual. He was dressed appropriately, wore booties, respected our furnishings, and asked and answered questions openly and well.

I have used DeCamp Carpet Cleaning twice now. The service is excellent and the pricing very fair. Ben arrived both times on time and ready to work. He was conscientious, concerned, and friendly. There were many spots on the carpets, and both times he was able to remove all of them. He insisted that I take down his phone number in case any of the spots returned, as he would come back at no charge. It is hard to find that kind of dedication and professionalism these days. I would certainly very highly recommend Decamp Carpet Cleaning.

Rich DeCamp, Sr. told us about this carpet cleaning business run by his son, Rich DeCamp, Jr., while doing an estimate for his Custom Clean housecleaning service. We signed up for both services (I evaluated the cleaning separately). Rich Jr. arrived on time, did a walk-through with me, and was good about answering questions before he began work. I felt comfortable leaving him in the home and gave him the garage code so he could close up. I believe he came back later that day or early the next to retreat one area (the painters had spilled paint the day before). When the carpet was dry, I was a bit disappointed as I thought more of the stained areas would have come clean. I called to ask about it and was told that they would return and retreat any areas I wanted them to do. When we couldn't get that arranged, we were offered a future cleaning or money off our bill. We deducted $35. The DeCamps were sincere in their efforts to make things right & I truly appreciate that.
