David and 2 others came out to rescreen a section of screened in porch that wind had blown out and fix porch door that was sticking. All issues were taken care of. I would use him again.

David came over to assess the issue. He wasn't sure why the outlets weren't working but he had a hunch. He even discussed his hunch with an electrician friend of his and relayed the information to me. With that information I was able to do some minor repairs and get all four outlets working again. I would not have figured it out without his help. He came over a second time to fix the can light. He got the light fixture working but it no longer Hangs snug to the ceiling which I was a little disappointed about.

Everything was great. David responded quickly to my voicemail. Work was done when promised, and the cost was very reasonable. I would hire him again.

David and his crew were always responsive and friendly. David kept cost low and was not charging for every little supply. I felt his cost was very fair for the work he accomplished.

David and his son showed up promptly, on time, and had the work done within two hours. The Ring Doorbell installation presented some problems and some carpentry work was needed. The flag pole went on smoothly without trouble.

David and his crew did an outstanding job. It took the better part of a week to complete all these tasks, but they were extremely accommodating and paid attention to every detail. They worked hard to locate the exact source of the small large roof leak, fixed that, pulled up and hauled away a truckload of ancient, dirty carpeting, thoroughly cleaned the entire back porch, sanded and painted the extra fridge on the porch, picked up the new carpet at Home Depot, and laid it beautifully. Looks like a new porch! They also smoothed out years of dog scratches in both indoor and outdoor doorframe and got the outer porch door to close properly, which hasn't happened in years. Throughout, they were extremely careful with our stuff and went the extra mile to be sure things were done correctly. I'm extremely pleased with the work and with the courteous, responsible workers.

David took care of most of them and followed up with me on the two things that he was not able to address completely only because the jobs turned out to be a little different than we originally discussed and I was not home at the time he did the job. He committed to coming back if the temporary fixes he provided need tweaking later on this winter. I appreciated his followup, his customer service and the fact that he was good as his word on everything. He as very affordable and pleasant. I would use him again.

Great experience start to finish. Dave contacted me right away after I left him a message. He came out in the same week to look at what needed to be repaired. We had to wait a couple of weeks to complete the work due to weather. He came when he said he would. Clearly communicated what was being done. He and his team found a couple of issues that he pointed out and repaired after we had discussed.

David was able to fix our fence exactly how we were envisioning. He was very easy to work with throughout the entire process and gave us a very fair price. We would definitely use him again.

David did a fantastic job remodeling my bathroom and doing various other repairs in my house. He handles unexpected surprises in stride and got the job done right. David is honest, hardworking, and always has great ideas on how to do the job better for a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the work he did and he will definitely be my first choice for any future household repairs and handyman work.

I have recommended to several of my friends he is top of the line. He is a good person he is honest and he has a great price. If is not done right he will make it right. if he dosen't do it right he will not charge extra to fix it

David was FANTASTIC to work with & I plan to continue working with him in the future. I contacted David in early July to help with home improvement work for my current home, which I was transitioning to a rental home. All of the work needed to be completed in about 3 weeks and there was a lot of work that needed to be done.... new patio deck stairs, outdoor yardwork, exterior painting, new garbage disposal, light plumbing, replacing light sockets & utility plates, replacing toilets, replacing linoleum, drywall work, and other general handyman work. David responded on the first day of my inquiry & dropped by the house that night to look at the work. He was able to accomplish all of the items on my lengthy list of repairs within the time frame requested (and with several days to spare) either by himself or through a qualified professional within his network... which is another thing I like about David: he knows what he is best at & when to pass along a task to another professional in his network... so he essentially "quarterbacked" all of the items on my list by either handling them himself or recommending another qualified/affordable professional in his network for some of the items -- and that is exactly what I was looking for. Also, his pricing was extremely honest, fair and affordable. Plus, he's just a good all-around person & pleasant to work with. In summary, David is personable, professional, affordable, and gets the job done.... HIGHLY Recommend.

David responded to my call within the day. He came over to the house on Memorial Day(!) to do the work -- i.e. re-attach a door hinge that had come loose from the door frame. When I saw how he worked, I asked if he could re-attach a loose front door knob. He did that, too. Total time: < 1hour. I was very pleased with David's work and his price. I will definitely use David again for handyman jobs. Also, I learned that David delivered papers to the house many years ago when he was a paper boy! Was glad I contacted him!

David is amazing. He built a custom screen based on a picture we sent. He kept me up to speed during the whole process and was very careful and methodical on how it was built. The precision was amazing and my wife (who is never happy with work produced can't say enough about how amazing the screen looks. Dave checks in daily while projects are underway. I will work with him on as any projects as he will take.

Contacted provider at 9am about a fence post that was failing and privacy fence that was in danger of collapsing. After listening to problem, advised that he and a colleague could probably bring a new fence post and install later that day. By 2:30pm, the old fence post and cement were removed, a new fence post installed and the fence put back together.' Quality of the work was very good.

Work went well. David found smoke detector to fit hole in dry wall where old smoke detector was and replaced it. I am happy with the results and will use David again.

Arrived on time, after reviewing the jobs, he and his assistant got right to work. At one point it became obvious that I needed a part for my faucet - which Dave ran out and got and returned in a jiffy to complete the task. They are personable, knowledgeable, and actually give the projects some thought while they are working on them - generating ideas of how to best approach the situation.

Everything that he has done here has been phenomenal, and I will continue to use him in the future.
