Danny's Pro Painters LLC

I originally called and left messages for 5 painting companies to get an estimate on painting the exterior of our home as well as some interior trim painting. Danny called me back within the hour and was willing to come out that evening. Due to my schedule, that didn't work but he came the next day. He showed up on time and was very friendly and explained in detail everything that they would do, asking me along the way if I had any questions. He provided the estimate on the spot then followed up with the written version which he emailed a couple of days later. His estimate, professionalism, responsiveness, personality, and reputation for quality of work earned him the business and we scheduled the work. Danny himself came out bright and early on July 20 and power washed the exterior then did another walk-thru of the interior with me. The exterior had to dry overnight so the crew was to arrive between 8-9am the next day. That was the day it was 100 degrees in Indianapolis! They arrived at 7:30 and got busy! They caulked everything, primed everything, and removed some of the bad wood. All day, in the hot sun, never complaining! This continued for 3 days, same heat, same sun, same friendliness, same great quality. At the end of each day, they took their time putting everything away, and cleaning up. Danny was here much of the time too, doing some of the painting. He checked with me frequently throughout each day to ask what I thought of the work and if I was happy. He did some extra things that weren't included on the original estimate such as touching up some trim in areas of the house that weren't originally discussed. By the time Saturday afternoon came and they were wrapping up the work, my husband and I were ecstatic over the way our home looked. It looked brand new! Then, much to my surprise, I see Danny coming around the house with some windex and he was washing my windows! It just doesn't get any better! I would definitely use Danny's Pro Painters again and would recommend them highly! Great quality, great staff, great experience!

Called for quote on painting. Danny's came same day gave me several options. I accepted whole house quote. He set up date for beginning job within several weeks of quote. Showed up promptly on date and kept me informed each day. Started on Monday,finished late Wed afternoon. Was very humid and hot, but never wavered on job. Met all my expectations plus some. Feels like we live in new home even though 40 years old. Any small matters I had they immediately took care of. He always checked with me several time a day if I had questions about the work. They were good about cleaning up at the end of each day. I was really surprised at how smoothly thing were accomplished. Cost of work was exactly what was quoted. I know they used more paint than expected, but never tried to increase price. That says a lot.

WOW!!! More than likely, nothing I can write in words will do any justice to the AWESOME job that Danny's Pro painters did, however, I'll try. The quality of the work was perfection; Crisp, clean lines where the ceiling and walls came together Doors that were done perfectly Trim work with super straight and neat brush marks and were perfectly smooth after filling in holes. Walls rolled with no lap marks and extremely smooth even finish. Their attention to detail was second to none. It looks incredible! I myself worked as a painter through college so I know how difficult it is to get something to look as good as these guys did. Additionally, I'm a very critical and picky person. These guys flat out did a perfect job. I'm amazed by how well their craftsmanship looks! I have never had a contractor do such a good job! Some other random thoughts about how these guys did: Danny always answered my calls. It never went to voicemail and I could always speak to him. (I wondered how....he wears a bluetooth as he works). When I called for a quote, he was there that day! This was very impressive to me as I live in Bloomington and Danny works out of Indianapolis. Bloomington contractors aren't as responsive as Danny was! Danny did a great job of communicating throughout the entire process...he phoned me a couple of time throughout the day to give me a status update on what they had accomplished. When I got home he and I walked through what they had done and gave me an opportunity to ask any questions I had. Additionally, he wanted to make sure I was 100% happy. If there was something that wasn't to my satisfaction, he would have made it right. Danny's customer service is second to none! I work for a large service company and we don't come close to doing as well as Danny and his crew does servicing the customer. All of the crew took their shoes off any time the came into the house....I don't even do that....!!! While I wasn't around them 100% of the time, to my knowledge there wasn't anyone on the crew that smoked on my premises. This is big with the wife...! The crew was incredibly polite and quite....very respectful They take incredible pride in their work....! You could tell Danny was happy by the fact that my wife and I were happy! (I wish more people took pride in their work like this....) The whole crew busted their tales working. I was amazed at what they got accomplished in a day. They got there at 7:00 AM and didn't wrap up until they were done....this on one of those sweltering hot Indiana days. A member of the crew actually climbed underneath my deck to paint / stain areas that couldn't b reached from the top. There's not a lot of room and it's kind of a tight space... There was an area in my deck that was ridded with carpenter bee holes. During the walk around, I noticed a couple of additional holes that hadn't been filled in with wood putty. I told Danny, not to worry about them and I would get them myself. He said, "I wouldn't feel comfortable with you having to do that." He then directed one of the crew to fix these items. After all of the great work they did, there were a couple of small trim items that weren't in the original scope of work that I asked Danny to do. He didn't nickel and dime me with these items and just took care of them. These guys are more than just house painters; their craftsman....not too many people can do the quality of work that they did. Anyone can throw paint on a wall. Few people can make it look as good as these guys did. If you use these guys, I don't see any way that you would ever be disappointed! I wish every decision I made in life came with the same results as hiring Danny's Pro Painters did....life would be good!

Danny's Pro Painters is the best !!!. From the time I called for an estimate, with Danny arriving on time within a day or two from when I called, providing me with all the info regarding the work that would be performed, giving me an estimate right then, allowing me time to call a couple other businesses until I made my decision to have Danny's Pro Painters do my job, nothing could have been more perfect!. The other reviews that were submitted definitely helped sway my decision to go with Danny's Pro Painters. Danny takes pride in his business and his customers, always asking if I had any questions about the work and if everything was as I expected. And it indeed is! The color is perfect, the grade of paint (an upgrade) perfect, the technique of painting- perfect, tidiness-perfect, the cost well worth every penny! They arrived on time both days and finished when expected. They even left a full gallon of paint for me to use on the barn this fall. I WILL be using Danny's Pro Painters in the future for some much needed inside painting. In fact they will be painting my dad's house next month. I so recommend Danny's Pro Painters! Danny returned my call for a quote on the project the same day I called. He came to my house the next day and gave me a quote before he left. I called him later in the week to accept the quote and we scheduled a start date for the project. Danny's painters and carpenters arrived on time each day and did wonderful work. They were very professional, and cleaned up everything each evening before they left. The project took only 3 days, and I am completely satisfied with the work that was done.

We used Danny's Pro Painters to paint our complete interior a few months earlier and were very happy with their work, so we also hired them to complete our exterior painting in the spring. Danny had his crew to our home exactly when promised. It was raining the first day so he was excellent as always with a call to tell me they would wash the exterior and start when the rain stopped. Once the rain stopped they worked late the following evenings to finish the job on time. He was able to match the paint exactly. They did a beautiful job on the trim, including prep and repair ahead of painting. Danny's crew cleaned up everything each day leaving no evidence that they were there when the job was finished. They made a necessary repair to an exterior light fixture with no issues. Danny's follow up and communication with the customer is outstanding. I would highly recommend Danny's Pro Painters for either interior or exterior painting.

Danny and his team members were all very conscientious, polite, as well as punctual. They were eager to please us and took pride in their work. We feel that they did a quality job and would gladly recommend their services to others.

They responded to our original call promptly and followed up with us several times when we were getting other quotes and determining if we were ready to start the project. The work was started and completed on time. The crew was courteous and respectful and worked very hard. They cleaned up everything and checked with us MANY times to make certain that we were satisfied with the work done. Our whole house was power washed, scraped, caulked and painted.

We bought this house in 2008 and have basically done a gut rehab on the place. After 3yrs of pretty much continuous dealing with various contractors, the exterior paint was the last piece of the puzzle. We've had countless headaches and hassles and the usual run-around with the other contractors we used, but Danny's stood out in bold contrast. They delivered exactly what they promised when the estimate was given: a thorough, professional paint job done by true craftsmen. They used high quality paints, and properly prepped and primed all surfaces. And last but not least, we're thrilled with the end result. After dealing with way too many tradespeople who are just going through the motions to get a check, it was a real pleasure watching these professionals go about their work. It's obvious they take great pride in their craft, and that's the highest compliment I can give. They strive for perfection, and on this job they delivered.

Danny's Pro Painter was originally contacted by e-mail. They were prompt in returning my e-mail and we set an appointment time to come to the house and complete a free estimate. We walked around the house and talked about how the preparation would be completed and he asked several questions to clarify exactly what we wanted to have completed. We also asked several questions concerning the quality of paint and materials that would be used and he was always able to answer the questions totally. We also had contacted three additional companies for estimate, all from Angie's list. Two companies didn't contact us back and the third came by the house when we were not home and mailed us a estimate for the work they would be completing. Danny's Pro Painter was several hundred dollars cheaper than the other estimate we received for the same work. The team was very respectful of our property, you could not tell they had even worked around the house when they left for the day. They moved all the porch furniture and porch swing before and after power washing and again on the day they painted the house. They moved all the potted plants and hanging baskets from the porch also on both days and put them back. They had to put ladders into the flower beds to paint and you could not even tell that this had happened when they left. The house looks so nice and bright now instead of the dirty white looking house we had before they painted. I hope the paint lasts as well as the job they did putting it one. I would definately talk to this company prior to having any painting done in the future.

There really is not enough space for me to share how pleased I am with the services provided by Danny and his crew. I sent out at least 10 requests for estimates and Danny was the only one to respond the very first day. In my opinion his professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction is second to none. He personally supervised my job and called me at least two times a day to update me on what they would be doing that day, what they got done and what the plan was for the remainder. The crew arrived promptly every day as agreed to, took great care to protect the areas around the house and cleaned up thoroughly. The final product more than exceeded my expectations (and, as Danny can attest to, I am a bit of a perfectionist and do not miss a detail) and I would not be surprised if this paint job lasts 12 years or more--despite the extremes in our weather. I must have walked around the house 3 or 4 times with Danny as the job was in its final stages; he wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. And I was. The final cost came in right at estimate, which included some carpentry work needed for several rotted trim pieces. Ours also was a fairly extensive job. Danny managed the project flawlessly, throwing a large crew on the prep and trim work as rain was in the forecast.. Start-to-finish: 4 days (including one day lost due to rain). I have never worked with any contractor who is as customer-focused and conscientious. Considering the care and labor that they put into their work I consider Danny's prices very fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would use their services again. We love the results as our house looks like a new home. Thanks Danny and your crew.

Danny worked with my wife and me to take a HUD home we recently bought from a neglected, peeling paint job with some old rotted wood and turned into a beautiful looking home. His initial response for quote was quick and reasonable. He even has a good discount for Angie's List Members. Other painters took longer and multiple phone calls were needed for some. We decided on Danny because he was friendly and open. They started immediately and, even though we had many days of rain, stuck with it until it was done right. There were some days that they painted right up until they had to stop for rain and got soaked putting away supplies. His carpenter did some excellent work in matching up many pieces of rotted wood to what was still in good shape. The quality of the finished product was very good despite the fact that it took a great deal more paint than expected. This house probably had one paint job in 1978 and no further up keep so the wood was very "thirsty". Danny contacted me every morning and every evening to update me on their progress. I would recommend Danny's Pro Painters to any who wants A+ work from a friendly and pleasant company. Thank you, Danny. Don

What a great experience! Danny was incredible. He kept us in the loop throughout the whole process, from the bid to the final walk-through. His crew was always timely and very professional. They did an incredible job on the house! We are so pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing painters!

Danny Suarez's crew did some interior paint for us in April 2011 and did an excellent job. We hired them to come back to do exterior trim paint on our log home. They are the best - they show up on time (early), work extremely hard and are very conscientious about the quality of their work. We are very pleased with the results. Danny also suggested we restain our barn. We probably will have them come back to do this later. However, we couldn't afford the extra money at this time. Again, an overall great experience.

Best contractor I've ever used before. Wish all other workers were this great with communication and clean, neat painting. Danny checked up on us frequently to make sure everything was going allright. He and his supervisor would walk with us to make sure they knew what needed to change and what was okay. The workers were very polite, quiet, detailed, workers. Wish I could find many other companies like this one. I will definitely be calling again when I have more paint being done. Extremely reliable!!!

Danny and his team arrived exactly when he said they would and began prepping the house and garage for painting. They power washed, caulked and sanded the exterior of the house and garage as needed prior to painting. Once the prep work was completed Danny and his team applied two coats on the house and garage as well as painting the trim and finished the job ahead of schedule.

I contacted Danny Juarez of Danny's Pro Painters last fall (2010) for a quote on exterior painting, along with 2 other paint companies. Decided to table the painting until this spring. Danny's paint quote was very competitive and stayed close to the quote he gave me last fall (others' quotes had significant price increases). I was very pleased with the level and frequency of communication throughout the process. Danny sent a crew of two hard-working, meticulous painters. They accommodated my schedule. Start dates changed a few times because of rain and a delay in the siding replacement. Danny's team was ready to start painting the next day, which was important to me since I wanted the siding primed before weather could do any harm. The team started on a weekend; entire job took 2 1/2 days. Danny was on site each day and called me each evening to make sure I was pleased with the work. I was. I would definitely use Danny's Pro Painters again in the future.

We are extremely pleased with the hard work and efficiency of the crew and their quality of workmanship. Danny Juarez, Manager of Operations, was very conscientious in checking over his crew's work. He either came to the job site and/or contacted us by telephone several times to make sure we were happy with their progress. The projected time estimate was four days but the work was completed in only three. Danny inspected all areas of the work and made sure all areas that needed attention were finished to his and our satisfaction. We felt that the cost of the completed project was fair. Being retired and on a fixed income, we were relieved when Danny's Pro Painter's estimate for the amount of work that needed to be done was within an affordable price range, and less than the estimate we'd been given by another contractor for painting only the ceilings! We are so pleased with this company's work that we have decided to go ahead and have them do the exterior painting of the trim and doors on our house as well as a storage shed in our back yard.

This company painted the trim, gutters, shutters, garage door and front of my house and did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, did exactly what they said they would do, and did it extremely neat and with professionalism. Unfortunately, it rain during my project, but Danny's worked around it seeing that the job was left in perfect condition. They also painted my deck, and they went over and beyond to make it look like new.

The experience was a great one. From the very beginning we were pleased. We had to work around the weather, but everyday we received phone calls letting us know what the plan for the day was going to be. They worked around the rain and did what they could do. The first clear day we had, they were here painting and did an excellent job.

Experience was fantastic from his responsiveness and punctuality for the estimate all the way through to completion. They worked very hard to get the job done. They could have used a sprayer which would have been easier for them but did it by hand to get the best result. Everyone involved was very friendly and they did excellent work. Quality of work was first class. Danny was very consciencious and eager to please. I would use them again anytime but the quality is so good that it should last 10 years. I recommend him to anyone.

We emailed Danny requesting an estimate and he called us the next day to schedule a time. He gave us an estimate we could not refuse and we agreed to have him start the project 3 weeks later. Rain delays hampered the project for a couple of days, but Danny always called to let us know he wouldn't be able to come. In order to finish the project, his crew painted all day on Mother's Day. They took great care not to damage any plants/shrubs in the yard and cleaned up completely each day. Danny and his crew were very professional and did an outstanding job painting the house. It looks brand new again! We appreciate his concern for our happiness before leaving and will definitely call Danny again for our next painting project.

Danny and his crew were very professional. They were on time for the job and it looks great. Can't tell you more than it has been a great experience because I have had a bad painter before. If you want it done right by a Pro then call Danny the Pro. You bet he will be back to paint the exterior of our two story house.

The rain caused us many issues but the crew went above and beyond to work with us to get this project accomplished. They even stayed one night until 9 p.m. to get the job done. They were always easy to reach via phone and kept us informed of the progress at all times. They took the time to do the job right and walked us through each step of the process. They did a thorough job and were meticulous in their work, even working around our inground pool. The house and fence look AMAZING and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Danny's PPs was the only company (out of 4) that I called that picked up the phone the first time. Danny was extremely responsive and came out the next day to give an estimate. We did receive one other bid, but felt more confident in Danny's PPs overall, due mostly to his responsiveness and professionalism. Initially, we had him paint all of the interior except for the guest bath, BR and the laundry room. However, Fidel (sp?) and Jaime (the painters) did such an excellent job; we decided to have them finish the other rooms. The painters showed up early and on time each day and worked extremely hard all day, with only 30 mins. for lunch. They were very conscientious about our personal property, insuring that they cleaned up after themselves and protected our furniture, etc. (they even take their shoes off when they come in to your home!!). We are having them come back in June and paint our exterior trim. Needless to say we are very pleased with the job Danny's PPs did. Thanks Danny and Crew!! :)
