They came the same day as called, and finished the job in less than 20 minutes. The drain works better than ever.

I had a sewage overflow in the basement. I called and within 2 hours they were here and took care of the problem.

Everything went smoothly. The employee was very cordial and professional. He did a careful, thorough job and did not seem to mind our difficult-to-navigate driveway.

I believe they did an excellent job... above and beyond... of making sure my drains were running great. Just make sure your carpets are protected if necessary.

Unfortunately, the company's employees came to my condo before the requested time. Instead of doing what was requested, they ran the washing machine to see if it was backing up. This, as I understand, is standard procedure. Still, a clog in the drain had already been confirmed by my AC repairman. The water was not backing up into the washer. Instead of contacting me to clarify the instructions while they were still at the condo, they left the condo. After they'd left, they left a message with me and claimed the condo had a leak somewhere else because the washing machine wasn’t backing up. Meanwhile, the water was backing up and out the drain from the air conditioning condensation drain because the air conditioning line t's into the washing machine line. Although this is unusual, I'd expect that a professionally licensed contractors would've discovered this. In addition, had they been paying attention, they would've noticed that they were standing on or near wet carpet, and walked through wet carpet. The result was that water flooded a small portion of my condo and did significant damage to the carpet of the condo unit below. Had they coordinated with my neighbor, had they actually cleared the drain, had they checked their work, or taken the time to contact me while at the condo, the situation could have been avoided. At present, they decline to pay or be responsible for the damage created. Additionally, another company came in and fixed the drain problem with little direction.

Even though they worked persistently on it over an hour, the best they could do was move whatever the obstruction (toy?) out of the way so the toilet will flush again. But since it could easily get lodged again, I probably need a new toilet. Not their fault, their guys tried really hard.

These guys are great. My call was rec'd cordially and all of my woes and concerns were listened to in their entirety. After another drains-only company had tried to solve the problem last week and had ended up telling me that my sewer line was longer than that which they were comfortable running a cable through, that tree roots "likely" were my problem, and that a very expensive, not-guaranteed, and definitely not yard-friendly "clean-out" (installed at some length away from the house) was my ONLY option, I was feeling a bit desperate. Curt and Jerry Sewer Service was not at all fazed by the length of my sewer line and suggested that the installation of an in-yard clean-out was extremely premature. They said that they had excellent equipment, fashioned their own root cutters, and would work till the job was done, barring some insurmountable and identifiable obstacle. And so it happened. In half an hour, two techs, and their very powerful machine had everything running like it may not have run in 23 years! They suggested that the power of their cable was able to blow out accumulated crud in the line that was causing the blockage and that was that. And at just 75 feet out. No roots, no new clean-out $$$ and trauma. None of those complications. Hooray! In celebration, I am washing dishes and clothes, mopping the floors, filling the pets' water bowl, and taking a shower--all at the same time!!!

They were very good. They called when they were going to be running late. They worked very quickly and their price was reasonable.

My main sewer line backed up on Christmas Day, and they were able to come out the following afternoon to fix it. I knew when they were coming, what they were doing, and they were real friendly to boot. Very hard workers and kept at it till they had it fixed!

They did a very fine job. They came out quickly. The guys that came out were very professional, courteous and clean cut. They took care of business.

Came out because the pipe/drain next to our washing machine was overflowing when we ran the washing machine. They came out the next day and cleaned it out. Worked just fine after they left.

The two guys listened to my description of the problem and quickly began to address the problem. They worked quickly and relatively neatly (for such a messy job) and then checked their work. Once everyone was satisfied the problem was solved, they gathered their tools and went on their way. They were courteous, polite, and most importantly, they solved the problem. I have shopped around for drain cleaning services and Curt and Jerry's has the best prices I have found.

I have been using them for years for my house septic and also my rental properties septic system. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

I called Curt and Jerry's and was helped immediately by a kind receptionist (patty?). She said she would get someone out to our home (in old town Carmel) that afternoon. Only a few hours after my call, I was called back and told that repair men were on the way. they were polite and listened to my description of the problem. they got right to work and had the clean out drain access flowing properly in a quick manner (they never had to enter my house!) I asked if maintenance was necessary. They recommended having it maintained at least every two years. Also, they told me they would return with no charge if the problem happened to return within 3 months. If they had to return after 3 months, but within a year, there would be a fee of approximately $75.00 (we live on a wooded lot). Lots of tree roots in the line). They saved my day and were pleasant to boot!

The dispatcher told me the price up front, and the crew came very quickly. They had to dig down to the sewer line, and clean out about 100 feet of clogged line. They were very efficient and courteous, and cleaned up after themselves.

I called Thursday and they were willing to schedule for Friday or Saturday (the latter was better for me because I work weekdays). They assessed the problem, and fixed the problem. They explained how things work. They snaked the drain twice to be sure it was clear. The only thing I would have changed is that they don't bring a wet vac with them. Water was pouring onto my basement floor and pooling in a corner (clearly a hazard of the job at hand) and they had no way to limit or clean that up. Fortunately, I was able to borrow one promptly from my neighbor.

Used a power "snake" to clean out and cut tree roots in main drain. This solved the problem. They said this is guaranteed for one year. We are satisfied.

They were great! We hired them for one problem and we had another issue that we were going to have our handyman do, but they said they could do the job within the same minimum time that we paid for the service.

They were here within 2 hours of my call. I did some checking and this was a good price. I was very happy with their service. They were very polite and helpful in answering my questions.

Not much to say other than the workmen came and cleaned the lines as we anticipated.
