TREE ROOTS AND SLUDGE CAUSED THE PROBLEM. THERE WAS SNOW ON THE ROOF AND THE TEMPERATURE WAS IN THE LOW 20'S. I AM ON A SLAB SO THE ONLY WAY TO CLEAR THE LINE WAS THROUGH THE ROOF VENT. THIS COMPANY HAD TWO MEN AT MY HOME ABOUT THREE HOURS AFTER I HAD CALLED FOR HELP. ROB AND JOE WERE PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY MANNER. ROB, WHO CLIMBED THE SNOW COVERED ROOF, WOULD NOT LEAVE UNTIL MY PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. GREAT COMPANY.

THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE ME IF THEY COULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY SPENT AN HOUR CLEANING THE LINE AND FOUND OUT IT WAS BROKEN, AND SINCE THEY COULD NOT FIX IT THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME.
