Took car for estimate and they took it in right then, arranged for a rental, had a rental delivered and finished work within three business days. Very well-run operation. Good work.

Damaged the back end of our minivan backing out of the driveway. Upon contacting my insurance company I was directed to Church Brothers using the approved "Blue Ribbon Service" from my insurance carrier. I was told that a representative from Church Brothers would be contacting me to schedule a time to have the damage assessed and a repair quote submitted. He called when they said he would call. The appointment was scheduled and I received prompt service upon my arrival at their shop. The shop was extremely clean and professional, impressive for an auto repair shop. Scott, the front desk person was very friendly, offered me a cup of coffee or soda while I waitied for the estimate specialist. (it was only a few minutes). The quote was fast and easy, (only the rear bumper had to be replaced). They made sure to get OEM parts. The repair was scheduled for two days later and they also arranged for the rental car company to have a vehicle for me. The rental car company called to verify if I needed another minivan, but I felt that was not really necessary as I was only going to need it for a few days. Upon my arrival, check in was again prompt and I was even offered an opportunity to view progress on the repair via the internet. The repair was expected 2-3 days. The rental car company was there, (they apparently have an small office on site), with a few different choices for my rental needs. The entire check in process took less than 20 minutes. The odessey was completed the next day! When I arrived to pick up the van, they explained what was completed in detail, how to care for the new paint in the next 60 days and reaffirmed that all of their repair work comes with a lifetime warranty. When I got in the van, I also noticed that they had completely washed the vehicle. I was thoughly impressed with the way Church Brothers in Avon repaired our vehicle and the professional, courteous service that I received. I would definitely use them again if and when the need were to arise.

Received prompt estimate. Work was done on time and with very high quality. Staff was personable, helpful and very customer-friendly. I wouldn't consider another body shop.

Progressive set it all up. It took a full week, which seems a bit long but the repair looks perfect.

Both times they did an excellent job. The work they did was very good, they did it quicker than the time they thought it would take and did a nice job with it.

My Saturn Ion driver's side power window stopped working about 3 months ago. The dealership wanted $450 to replace the electric motor. I had just had one of my cars repaired with another Church Brothers and they did a fabulous job. The representative from Church Brothers Zionsville gave me an estimate on a new or used replacement electric motor. I chose to order the used part since it was cheaper. When the part came in they called me promptly and I brought my car in the next day. It took about an hour to fix and my window works like new again. It only cost me $108 for everything. I would definitely recommend this place. If I have any other auto work that needs to be done I will go here first.

Great! The office staff was very helpful and polite...brought my car in on a Monday morning and they gave me an estimate and scheduled the repairs, letting me know the car should be ready in two days. The car was ready on time and the repair looked great. Everything went very smoothly.

My friend highly recommended Church Brothers in downtown to me after I crashed my 2000 Lexus. He had just had his Toyota repaired and he had a great experience. At first I was hesitant after reading some of the previous Angie's list comments about this place. I wanted to go to a place that had perfect reviews but I figured that direct word of mouth was better. I took my car to Church brothers and am so happy I did. From day 1 Church Brothers treated me like a preferred customer. The office staff was always courteous and professional. I was periodically updated on the repairs and they finished the car earlier than expected. The paint was matched perfectly and the repairs were immaculate. Everything was to my satisfaction. There location also has an in-house Enterprise rent a car which worked out well. I didn't pay anything extra and my insurance $20 per day covered the rental car completely. I have to admit that I am completely happy with the service I received and I would definitely recommend this body shop. One of the things I love most about Church brothers is that they don't just guarantee the paint like some of the other places I read about on Angie's List. They say that your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed for as long as you own the car and that includes paint, workmanship and materials.

I took my car in for an estimate which was done very quick - about 15-20 minutes. Because the holiday weekend was approaching, I had to wait until the following week to take my car in for repairs. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and they said it would likely be a 4 day repair. The week was an especially cold week so it took an extra day for the paint to cure. Understandable given the circumstances. Overall, Church Brothers was great to work with and the car looks as good as new. They also have Enterprise on-site so I was able to pick up a rental-car which was very convenient.

They were on time and professional. The only issue was working through the insurance company to get them paid. It really wasn't their problem, it was with the insurance. The quality of work was fine; I have had to go back atleast once. They did what they said they were going to do. We priced a bunch of different places. Their prices weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive.

Their estimate was higher than the other company?s estimate. They had a super service record. They were very professional. They were polite. They gave us a very thorough written estimate. My husband was very impressed with their operations. If it were not for the price, we might have used them.

Was originally told it would take a week to fix the car. They had it for a month. Was lied to repeatly by the person handling our claim. Have since talked to other people who have had very bad expierance with this location.

No surprises. Car was done in the allotted time.

I love these guys! They are very straightforward, honest and trustworthy. I don?t go out and get three estimates when it comes to insurance, I take it straight here. I don?t even get a written appraisal. I will always go here.

Overall I was pleased with the service.

The paint on the front of my car was damaged from a chemical dripping on to it from a parking garage. I had taken it to another center where they quoted $1,400 to repaint it. I stopped by Church Brothers just to get another estimate. Brian Foulke came out to look at my car. He suggested that I go to Wax Werks and see if they could machine buff it off and save myself money. He did write up an estimate which was lower then the prior one. I was so impressed that he would actually refer business somewhere else. Sometimes I feel as though companies are out to get as much money as possible from you. Not Brian. I felt as though I was treated as a valuable customer. Their waiting room was nice, clean and they had drinks. I do not need auto body service right now, but if I do I will be going back. I was very impressed by his honesty.

The work was fine. I did have to take it back for a repaint, but I have a silver car and I know it is difficult to match.

i ultimately chose to go with a company that is a contract provider for my insurance company, but had the damage not been fully covered by my insurance I still would not have used this company. Their estimate was twice as high as one provided by another independent company and also the "contract rate" for my insurance company's provider. And they said repairs would take 8 days -- twice as long as the estimate from the other company I contacted and the one from my insurance company's contract provider.

It was an excellent experience with this company. They kept me informed of everything that was going on and up to date on the progress. They ended up finishing ahead of schedule and their prices were better than competitors.

They were very nice and friendly. They really seemed to know what they were doing. They provided a reasonable estimate. They provided very high quality work.

No problem, whatsoever; finished within cost and time estimates even though work was more extensive than original estimate.

There was very good coordination of rental car with the rental place. The work was ok. I felt the paint should have blended (to better match the surrounding area). They felt it wasn t necessary, and after the work was done it didn t seem dramatic enough to merit going through the whole rental thing again. They are supposed (at least when using my insurance company) to show pictures of progress during work. It all pretty much happened at the end. So you see before and after, nothing in process. Perhaps they don t what you to see what it looks like with parts removed. It was ready when stated. They cleaned the car before returning it (and I still have no idea how they got the rims as clean as they did awesome). They also promised to provide an estimate to do some additional work that I would pay for (get it done while it is in the shop). they never did that, and there is no way I would do without the car days just for a tiny "ding."
