At our insurance representatives recommendation we got our estimate from Church Bros.  That part of it went well and the estimate was just over $ 1,000.  However they have a waiting room for their customers with a tv.  The tv is tuned to a cable news channel that has a strong political bent.  While their customers wait, they must listen to political jargon that may be offensive to many.  But the thing that bothered us was that they put a sign next to the tv saying that "this tv only works on one channel".  In other words, "you will listen to our political channel if you want to do business with us". 
After getting the estimate, the experience led us to look for another option (otherwise, we would have automatically had Church Bros do the work).  We found another company on Angie's List that was family owned with no political statement being made and their estimate was a little less.  We had a terrific experience with the other company. 
We don't care what people believe politically or otherwise but if they throw it in our face when we want to do business with them, we'll find another option----so that's what we did!

Church Brothers Collision Repair is very honest about prices and options. They work well with insurance adjusters and car rental places.

My car got backed into during a hit and run, and while there wasn't a lot of damage, I wanted to make sure all was okay. The front grill of my car was cracked, and I was afraid I'd have to replace it. I took it into Church Brothers, and they opened my hood, popped out the grill, and fixed it all up. Then the didn't charge me anything! Told me that it was a simple fix, and if I wanted to spend a bunch of money for a new grill, they'd order it, but told me it wasn't necessary. So nice to have a car repair service who doesn't try to con you into spending money you don't want to spend! They were professional and courteous, and I will definitely be back.

Sadly, my car rear ended another vehicle. Churchs estimated all work to be done and ultimately State Farm decided to total the 2001 BMW convertible. I was most pleasantly surprised to receive an email at the end of each day for 2 weeks with a status update on what had been accomplished that day. In particular, Aaron McGinn was extremely nice and very professional in all dealings . I would use them again -- I sincerely hope I never have to. At other Body shops -- I never knew what was happening or when to expect information. The continual information flow was very helpful in a very stressful situation.

The first visit went very well when we started.  I was rear ended by another car and I went in for an estimate for the insurance company.  They ordered the parts which was a rear bumper and was suppose to be a rear bottom spoiler bumper.  The insurance company wouldnt pay for the 2nd bumper until the tried to re-use that one.  I understood but the problem was after this.  When I dropped it off I had asked for a quote also for the scartched up front nose piece.  Then I went to pick it up, I could fit my finger between the 2 bumpers.  I also could see the glue from the tape.  They also pointed out the hail damage I had on the hood and roof.  I called y insurance company who came out and said they would cover it.  When I called back to have them schedule a date they said they would fix the back bumper.  I asked that they fix the bumper first because I knew it would be an issue.  It took them 4 weeks to have the insurance company call me and then told me it was my fault.  I informed them it was their problem because they were paid to fix it and it wasnt fixed.  They said they were sorry but there was a mix up.  Finally got both bumpers looking good (again I asked for a quote to fix the front bumper-never got one). Then to the hail damage.  The bill was a little over $3k dollars.  I pointed out the other things I wanted taken care of and was told they would take care of it.  I was told it would be 4 days to fix and I got a rental car.  It was fixed in 2 days and I was out of town with the rental which cost 3 days of paying for the rental (only about $30 extra).  Then I picked it up and it looked HORRIBLE.  Yes the dents were out but they left it looking like a mess.  I called back and asked why for $3000 it didn't look better.  I explained that I was told it would 4 days and it took less but the price wasn't cheaper.  I just told them for that price I expected my car to come out looking sharp-cleaned and polished and sparkling.  They told me I didnt pay them any money, my insurance paid.  Well they didnt realize that my agent is my father in law.  I guess he wont be sending anymore business to them and I wont either.  All I expected was for between the 2 jobs being almost $5k that my car would have been waxed and cleaned up when they did body work.  Of the front bumper that I asked pricing for never got quoted so I had someone else take care of it and they did a lot better job.

The Church Bros. location in Greenwood did an excellent job for us, again! They are professional, prompt, fairly-priced, and

our car looks like it was never in an accident. I don't typically write a review, but felt this firm deserves support for a job well done. I highly recommend this firm, and would not think of going anywhere else in the future.

I brought my vehicle into Church brothers downtown because I know the previous GM of that location, and was told that was one of the better church brothers locations around. When I dropped the vehicle off, I was told that they would order the appropricate parts needed and that the estimated completion date would be 4 days. I understand what estimated means, but when you say estimated 4 days, it should not turn into almost 2 weeks. I told the employee to order the parts through a certain dealership, and to tell them they were for me and they would be shipped overnight. The employee didn't listen, therefore I had to wait almost 2 weeks for the work to be completed.(this caused me the sale of the vehicle i might add because I was over promised a completion date.)
When I finally picked the vehicle up, it seemed like they had just forgot about the details, and did not do a good job of going over their work before I saw the car. The paint was very bad. I stood 10 feet back and pointed out the orange peel. The window wouldn't roll up because they hadn't aligned it, and it would jump off track. They did a very poor job of blending the paint, and on a black car when this happens its very noticeable. They had burned the clear coat from trying to buff the paint. Again, very noticeable on a black car. To say the least I was not happy. So they kept the vehicle and attempted to fix all the flaws that they overlooked. Why should I have ever been called to tell me my vehicle was completed if it was not even close? It seemed very easy for them to collect the check though!

This is the second time we have used Church Bros for body work and were pleased both times. I had damage to the passenger side of my Ford Edge. Both times their work has been perfect!

They are a little more expensive than other repair places but they are very good and our insurance took care of it.

They still have the vehicle but they are calling with updates every day.  We are being informed throughout every step of the process.  They have provided an approximate completion date of 5/16/12.  They were referred to us by word of mouth.

This work was actually performed at Church Brothers Zionsville facility , but I didn't see how to direct the review to that location since it wasn't on the options menu.  Was very satisfied with every aspect of this service and would not hesitate to use them again.

I brought my car in to repair some minor scrapes and paint transfers on my car.  Church Brothers buffed out the unwanted paint and put touch up paint over the small spots to make a quick repair. Best of all, they did so at no charge! Of course, they did buy me as a loyal customer that way, so any body work I ever need to have done will be taken to Church Brothers.

They did a good job, but their price was a little high.

Church Bros. made appointment and inspected the car immediately. We were able to drive it to them.
Did the job in about a day less than estimated, despite wet weather. Assured us that all work is guaranteed. Fortunately we did not have any issues. Found and took care of some damage not immediately visible.

They could have taken the job but talked me out of it because of other issues that would total out the car.  I just respect the fact that they didn't try to sell me what I didn't really need.

I wanted to shop around a little bit more before deciding on someone.

They are very professtinal and very quick at the repairs. I would definately use them in the furture. They are great.

The repairs were performed at the Church Brothers near Castleton.  From the initial estimate through completed repairs everything was on schedule and at the estimated amount.

They were fairly priced and easy to work with.  Did the work right on time.

I would recommend them to a friend because they are fast to get collision repairs done. Their prices are reasonable.

We took the car to get an estimate, which they forwarded to the insurance company.  After verifying some information with the insurance company, we took the car back 2 days later for repairs to be completed.  We were informed the next business day that they realized after beginning the tear-down there was more damage than initially thought.  They gave us an updated estimate that they had already forwarded to the insurance company and an estimated date of completion.  The repair was completed 6 days earlier than the estimated date of completion, and the car looks great.  The only complaint, if you can call it that, would be that there seems to be some tape residue left on the rear quarter panel, probably from the painting process.

A coworker bumped my car at work and I wanted to get it looked at, as my car is relatively new. I called Church Bros. and they were helpful right away on the phone as well as when I just stopped by (at my convenience) to have them take a look. The estimator took a look at it and was able to take my car in the back and buff the scratch out right then and there at no charge! They were so helpful and professional... I recommend them to anyone!

I took my car in to Church Brothers on a Wednesday as I heard they gave free estimates. They were swamped that day and asked that I come back on Thursday. I made an appointment for the estimate and they were very accomodating. When I got there during my lunch break, Wes was assigned to help me with the estimate. I told him that I did not have much interest in fixing the bumper; however, I needed the tire liner replaced as it protects anything under the hood. He looked at the vehicle and had a detailed estimate to me within 15 minutes. Very great for someone on their lunch break/in a hurry!

He was very thorough in describing the work that needed to be done and the price was itemized as to exact materials and their costs as well as labor. I called him back later that day to ask if he were to "temporarily fix" the bumper how much more it would cost. He said it shouldn't be much more and that he would be more than willing to tackle it as well.

They immediately ordered the parts and called me the following week when the parts had arrived. I dropped off my car before work and they gave me a ride to work. They also offered to pick me up at lunch so I could retrieve my car; however, I found another ride as I already thought they had gone above and beyond. When I got there, the tire and bumper were perfect! I was overwhelmed at how precise and secure their work was. Also, the price was phenomenal. Wes didn't charge me ANYTHING to fix the bumper. I realize it was a temporary and minor fix but I at least figured he'd bump up the price by ten or twenty bucks.

My family has used them in the past and now that I have had this wonderful experience, I will definitely be relying on them for my future auto body work. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They did an excellent job.  It was just like brand new.  It was wonderful.  They had photos of the entire repair from start to finish.  I could watch the progress online.  The manager called me with any updates, regarding the progress - he either called or emailed.  They were very kind and very efficient.  I was very, very, pleased.  There is also a car rental right next door, which was also convenient.
