I wanted to shop around a little bit more before deciding on someone.

They could have taken the job but talked me out of it because of other issues that would total out the car. I just respect the fact that they didn't try to sell me what I didn't really need.

They are very professtinal and very quick at the repairs. I would definately use them in the furture. They are great.

The repairs were performed at the Church Brothers near Castleton. From the initial estimate through completed repairs everything was on schedule and at the estimated amount.

They were fairly priced and easy to work with. Did the work right on time.

I would recommend them to a friend because they are fast to get collision repairs done. Their prices are reasonable.

We took the car to get an estimate, which they forwarded to the insurance company. After verifying some information with the insurance company, we took the car back 2 days later for repairs to be completed. We were informed the next business day that they realized after beginning the tear-down there was more damage than initially thought. They gave us an updated estimate that they had already forwarded to the insurance company and an estimated date of completion. The repair was completed 6 days earlier than the estimated date of completion, and the car looks great. The only complaint, if you can call it that, would be that there seems to be some tape residue left on the rear quarter panel, probably from the painting process.

A coworker bumped my car at work and I wanted to get it looked at, as my car is relatively new. I called Church Bros. and they were helpful right away on the phone as well as when I just stopped by (at my convenience) to have them take a look. The estimator took a look at it and was able to take my car in the back and buff the scratch out right then and there at no charge! They were so helpful and professional... I recommend them to anyone!

I took my car in to Church Brothers on a Wednesday as I heard they gave free estimates. They were swamped that day and asked that I come back on Thursday. I made an appointment for the estimate and they were very accomodating. When I got there during my lunch break, Wes was assigned to help me with the estimate. I told him that I did not have much interest in fixing the bumper; however, I needed the tire liner replaced as it protects anything under the hood. He looked at the vehicle and had a detailed estimate to me within 15 minutes. Very great for someone on their lunch break/in a hurry! He was very thorough in describing the work that needed to be done and the price was itemized as to exact materials and their costs as well as labor. I called him back later that day to ask if he were to "temporarily fix" the bumper how much more it would cost. He said it shouldn't be much more and that he would be more than willing to tackle it as well. They immediately ordered the parts and called me the following week when the parts had arrived. I dropped off my car before work and they gave me a ride to work. They also offered to pick me up at lunch so I could retrieve my car; however, I found another ride as I already thought they had gone above and beyond. When I got there, the tire and bumper were perfect! I was overwhelmed at how precise and secure their work was. Also, the price was phenomenal. Wes didn't charge me ANYTHING to fix the bumper. I realize it was a temporary and minor fix but I at least figured he'd bump up the price by ten or twenty bucks. My family has used them in the past and now that I have had this wonderful experience, I will definitely be relying on them for my future auto body work. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They did an excellent job. It was just like brand new. It was wonderful. They had photos of the entire repair from start to finish. I could watch the progress online. The manager called me with any updates, regarding the progress - he either called or emailed. They were very kind and very efficient. I was very, very, pleased. There is also a car rental right next door, which was also convenient.

I went in to get an estimate to get a small door ding removed from my new car. Justin met with me and quickly put together a quote to remove the ding. I scheduled an appointment a few days later and it went very well and looks brand new again. Justin even had my car washed prior to delivery. Very professional.

Went in for an estimate to replace side-view mirror. they were able to find a used part for the best price. Work was done within a week from initial call.

I took my car in on monday at 7:30. They told me it may be 5 days. I had a message yesterday on my machine that my car would be ready the next morning. I called this morning and i picked it up at 9 am which was 2 days earlier than estimate. I am so happy with everyone I've dealt with. Cindy, the secretry was great at explaining everything I needed to do. They dropped me off at home when I dropped my car off. Justin drove me home and he was so sweet. I can't say enough good things about them. They even cleaned my car out for me. The inside of my car was immaculate. They gathered everything and put it in a sack in my trunk fo rme. It looks showroom new.

A fellow patron dinged my car in a parking lot and left a dent the size of a half dollar and some paint transfer from her vehicle. She asked me to get some estimates so that she could pay for the damage. I went to Church Brothers first because they are close to my house and convenient. It was very easy to get in to see them. I didn't have an appointment. I arrived about 30 min before closing time and they were able to give me an estimate on the spot -- for $728. When I expressed surprise and said this was WAY more than I had anticipated for this little dent, the gentleman explained that they would have to take the whole sliding door off and then reassemble it and that silver toned paint was very hard to match so they would have to feather it out over the whole door. I thanked him and left. That seemed like overkill to me. There was no way that I was going to ask the nice lady who hit me to pay that much. After calling a local car dealership, I was referred to another auto detailing/repair company (also on Angie's List) that performed a paintless dent removal. It took 15 minutes and cost $125. The car looks new. My husband couldn't tell where the dent had been when I brought the car home. Church Brothers was very nice and they are linked in with all the insurance companies so dealing with them is very easy in that respect. If I ever have a major collision I would go back there, but for minor things I will look elsewhere.

I had a special request which they accomodated quite well and adjusted the price accordingly, working with my insurance adjuster as well. It took only 3 business days and the results exceeded my expectations with respect to appearance. At the same time the people were really nice and customer service oriented. They have an embedde rental car office and the rental agent told me he liked working at the Greenwood Church Bros better than any body shop he'd been embedded in (they rotate) because (1) they are really nice people to be around and (2) that when his customers bring back their rental cars they consistently tell him how well Church Bros Greenwood treated them and what quality work they did for them.

I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for some repairs due to an accident. Once I arrived, I waited for a few minutes for the assessor to free up. When he was ready, he took a look at the damage, took pictures, and drew up an estimate for our insurance company. The estimate came up to around $4500, with $500 of that going towards our deductible. No work was completed because we had to take our dog to an emergency vet and that gobbled up the money for our deductible, but as soon as we're ready to get the work done, they will be the first place we call.

Their work has always been good for me. They are very professional and they work well with my insurance company.

It was a great experience. After I signed off on the estimate, they ordered the parts and were able to complete the repair in just one day. They also provide transporation to work downtown. This was great because I didn't have to get a rental car at all! The car looks like new.

Everything went smoothly. Car was finished when promised & done to my satisfaction.

Church Brothers replaced three panels on the driver's side of my vehicle after the car was sideswiped. They worked well with my insurance company and worked from the estimate prepared by the claims adjuster. The total cost was around $1,900.00, but I only paid my deductible. The new panels match my old ones exactly - looking at the car you would never know that there had been damage. In addition, they cleaned my car inside and out - inside surfaces had been wiped down, floor mats had been vacuumed and (I think) shampooed. Overall, the people at this Church Brothers location when above and beyond. They know how to provide good customer service. I wouldn't take my car any where else.

They did satisfactory work. I have used them in the past. They took down the information and called me. They had the car done when they said it would be and they got me a rental car. I would use them again in the future. They were a classy operation.

After my initial call to them, I did practically nothing. They talked to the insurance companies, kept me informed and walked me through the whole process.

After having one of my lifes worst experiences with an auto body shop a few years ago, I was super cautious and did my homework after a hit & run incident on my beautiful Pontiac Grand Prix. I even asked if the crooked business owner from the past worked there! Church Bros hs always had a great reputation, but I still wanted to see reviews in writing. Every person from the first point of contact, Lynn who was extremely helpful, professional & pleasant, to Tim who gave the estimate, to the guy (didn't get name) who delivered my finished car, was completely professional, upfront & produced what they promised. They arranged my rental car at their facility which was extremely convenient, (Enterprise who I will also report on positively) and their timeframe estimate was on the money! I hope to never use this service again, but will definitely call Church Brothers if the unexpected arises.

The work cost me $4200. I went to them because they were recommended by my insurance company. They were professional and I didn?t have any problems with them, except they took a long time. The price was standard as per the insurance company. I will use them again in the future, if required.

Good. I stopped by without an appointment. Gave them my name and information and waited in the parking lot (my kids were sleeping in the car). They were busy, but said it would be no problem to look at the vehicle. After about 15 minutes, the estimator came out. He took pictures and made notes. He found a few scratches on the bumper that I couldn't see. I asked him about any structural damage. He looked under the hood at all the mounting bolts and found no damage. I feel better knowing that there will not be any future damage that sneaks up. I can confidently report no damage to an insurance company if necessary.
