I was pretty impressed with Church Bros. I've used them before, but had the vehicle towed in. I went in about a month prior to the work for an estimate and they set me up with an appointment time (they still had a full schedule from a recent hail storm). I also set up a car rental with an on-site rental rep. The work was performed in the estimated time frame (4 days) and everything looks great. The body shop people were always nice, friendly and took care of everything expediently. Nice waiting room with free beverages of all variety and a courtesy phone. All around a good experience and I am pleased with the work. They cleaned not just the exterior of the car, as expected, but cleaned the interior too. Great service.

I was very pleased with the repair to my car. Although the other driver's insurance company paid for the repair, I appreciated receiving phone calls to keep me posted on the status of the repair and changes that they made to the original estimate. The employees were friendly, helpful and always professional. They handled the insurance claim, so I didn't have to. My car was cleaned inside and out. It looked better after their work than it did before my car was hit! Hopefully, I won't need more body repairs to my car, but I will return to Church Brothers if I do.

The car was brand new. They were awesome. The door looks brand new. They were very thorough, very kind. The price was a little high but worth it.

Church Brothers were excellent with handling the repair in a timely fashion. The clerical staff was very professional. The technicians worked with the insurance company to get the supplemental amount to cover the damage that the claims examiner could not see. Vehicle was done ahead of schedule.

I had two scratches in my car. They wanted almost $1000.00 for one of them and another $800.00 for one that a friend got out merely by buffing and shining. I didn't use them due to the expense.

They were very thorough in explaining what needed to be done, coordinated well with the insurance co., and seemed to do a good job (although they forgot to put back a plastic trim piece outside the windshield). The only problem is they contracted out the windshield to Safe-Rite (sp?) and they did a very poor job. The windshield leaks and they've fixed it once already. Now the carpet and padding is ruined. The glass company is very difficult to work with and Church Brothers claims they aren't responsible since they didn't do it. If you have windshield work done through Church Brothers, ask who they contract it out to.

Church Brothers coordinated well with the insurance company of the person who hit my car to get everything taken care of. They got the work done as fast as they could, although they were a bit backed up. They were very hospitable and professional and did a nice job all around.

My experience with Church Brothers was excellent. The estimate was completed in just a few minutes. When I scheduled the service, they offered to reserve a rental car for me as well, which is located on site. I was able to track the progress of my van online, and they called when it was finished. They even vacuumed the inside of my van. The total charge was the same as quoted, and the work is guaranteed for as long as I own the van. They carefully reviewed washing/waxing instructions with me. All the employees were very courteous and helpful! I hope I won't need auto body work again, but if I do, I'd call Church Brothers without hesitation!

VERY SATISFIED WITH HOW ATTENTIVE AND ACCOMMODATING THEY WERE. THEY PROVIDED RIDES BACK AND FORTH FROM HOME/WORK WHILE CAR WAS UNDER REPAIR. ALTHOUGH THEY GUARANTEE WORK, THEY HAVE YET TO FIX A GAP IN THE FENDER LEFT OVER FROM THE ACCIDENT TO OUR SATISFACTION.

CBCR IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST COLLISION REPAIR COMPANY I HAVE BEEN TO IN TOWN. THEY ARE FAST, FRIENDLY AND FAIR. I HAVE EVEN TAKEN MY CAR TO THEM FOR SOME SMALL PROBLEMS, WHICH THEY HAVE ROLLED IT AROUND BACK AND FIXED IT RIGHT THEN AND THERE FOR NO CHARGE. YOU CANNOT BEAT THAT THESE DAYS! I WILL SAY THEY ARE NOT NECESSARILY THE CHEAPEST IN TOWN, BUT I BELIEVE YOU ARE PAYING FOR THAT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MODERN FACILITIES TO HANDLE SUCH A LARGE VOLUME OF REPAIRS.

OVERALL, ON TIME AND WORK DONE WELL.

THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS VERY GOOD. THE PRICE WAS ALSO REASONABLE. OUR ONLY PROBLEM WAS WITH SANDY. SHE WAS OUR MAIN CONTACT. SHE GAVE US THE WRONG PICK UP DATE, DID NOT RETURN A PHONE CALL, AND SAID THAT OUR CAR COULD NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL THEY RECEIVED A CHECK FOR AN ADDITIONAL $146 FROM OUR INSURANCE COMPANY. THESE PROBLEMS WERE ALL CLEARED UP BY HER MANAGER, BUT IT WAS DIFFICULT WORKING WITH HER.

THEY WERE 2 WEEKS LATE FROM THE TIME PROMISED. THEY WERE ALSO RUDE AT THE FRONT DESK WHEN I WOULDN'T SIGN A BLANK CHECK BEFORE THEY STARTED WORK. THE QUALITY OF THE PAPERWORK WAS TERRIBLE.

THEY ARE VERY CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL.

THIS WAS AN INSURANCE CLAIM; ONLY THE DEDUCTIBLE WAS PAID OUT OF POCKET. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM. THEY DO EXCELLENT BODY WORK.

VERY GOOD ABOUT MAKING SURE THEY UNDERSTOOD WHAT WE WANTED, GOOD EXPERIENCE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB! THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL IN GIVING YOU DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO GET THERE.

I CALLED AND THEY SCHEDULED MY APPT FOR THE NEXT DAY. MY CAR WAS READY THAT NIGHT AS PROMISED. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE WERE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL.

THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND COMPLETED ON TIME; THE BODY SHOP WAS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE OFFICE STAFF WAS AVERAGE. HOWEVER, THE ESTIMATOR KEPT ME WAITING MORE THAN 30 MINUTES BEYOND THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, REMAINING ON THE PHONE AFTER BEING NOTIFIED I WAS WAITING. (IN ADDITION, HIS GROOMING - DIRTY HAIR, RUMPLED CLOTHES - CREATED A NEGATIVE IMPRESSION). WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE DELAY, THE MANAGER TOOK OVER THE ESTIMATE AND WAS PROFESSIONAL, BUT NONE OF THE OFFICE STAFF SEEMED TO FIND THE ESTIMATOR'S BEHAVIOR UNACCEPTABLE.

AFTER DAMAGE WAS ESTIMATED AT $6000, THEY CAME BACK AND CLAIMED FURTHER REPAIR WAS NECESSARY TO THE TUNE OF $11,000. BIG DIFFERENCE. CAR WAS IS THE SHOP OVER A MONTH AND LONGER THAN ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED. THEY BLAMED THIS ON THE INSURANCE COMPANY. ONCE CAR WAS RETURNED TO US THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN AND THE CAR HAD A HOLLOW SOUND IN THE BACK SEAT AREA WHERE THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED. TOOK IT BACK IN THE SHOP AND THOSE REPAIRS WERE MADE TO OUR SATISFACTION RATHER QUICKLY.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THE WORK WAS SLOPPY. I THINK I ENDED UP GOING BACK SOME 8 TIMES (IT WAS RESPRAYED COUNTLESS TIMES) YOU THINK THEY WOULD HAVE GOT IT RIGHT THE SECOND OR THIRD TIME. THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T HAVE VERY HIGH STANDARDS. VERY DISAPPOINTING. ON A POSITIVE NOTE, I DEALT WITH JUSTIN AT THE FRONT OFFICE - HE WAS ALWAYS VERY POLITE

VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED COMPANY. HAVE USED THEM ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS (UNFORTUNATELY!).
