Professional and friendly staff, work was done when promised and was beautiful. Price was higher than other places, but worth it. I'd rather pay more and have the job done only once than less and have to make a repeat trip to another place.

Church Brothers did a great job on our vehicle. Their service was great and they arranged for a rental car that met us at their site. I would use them again (hopefully not soon).

Insurance company had a list of approved repair companies. These guys were on list. I called and they looked at car. Made appointment to get fixed (about a week later as they had to get parts). Took it in... The next day, I picked it up ahead of schedule. Good work.

A truck owned by a business rear-ended me. Their insurance paid for the repairs since they were at fault. Church Brothers was recommended to me by the company's insurer. They did a perfect job repairing the body damage to my car's rear end, and in less time than promised. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Top quality work. Can't tell that it was ever damage. However, the Company was not the most responsive and difficult to get a appointment scheduled. Insurance company insisted we use them. Very pleased with work, it just took too long to get it scheduled.

Church Brothers always does a good job. I've even picked up a rental car at their downtown location while dropping off my car for repairs on my way to work. They are not cheap, but they'll make your car look like new and use factory parts. They worked well with my insurance company.

I had some insurance work done by Church Brothers in Avon. There was some pre-existing damage that was made worse by the accident, so they wouldn't fix that as it would involve replacing parts that wouldn't need replaced simply because of the accident. However they did work with my insurance company to get me reimbursed for the amount of work they WOULD HAVE done, which seems fair.

I was rear-ended and needed a new bumper. I took my car in to Church Brothers downtown and they gave me an estimate. It was similar to other estimates I had received. They were great, they were able to get me in within a few days. I took my car in on a Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m. They were ready for me and had already ordered the bumper. Enterprise was there and quickly got me into a rental car. They told me it would be done on Thursday and they would give me a call. Sure enough, 10:00 a.m. Thursday morning, they called and told me it was done. I picked up my car and it looks great! The bumper looks fabulous and they even cleaned and vacuumed it out:) I was very impressed and I will be taking my car there from here on out. Excellent service guys!!

They have top notch service. We have used them before and we would give them the same excellent recommendation now as before. Their prices are very fair and they have a time promise that they are very professional about keeping, they tell you when your car will be done and they honor it.

They did a great job of fixing the hood. They called me before I brought my car in and asked if they could set me up with a rental car, which they did. Everyone was extremely nice and they did a great job of fixing the dent.

Excellent, they were professional and told me what to expect. Gave details about what they plan to do and that it may take longer than expected based on their findings.

I stopped by on a whim to get an estimate and they performed one within 20 mins even though they don't usually do estimates on Monday mornings because they are so busy. The work was scheduled for the following week. I informed my insurance company and everything else was handled between my insurance company and Church Brothers, including arranging for my rental. The repair took 5 days and they called as promised mid-week to inform me of their progress. My van looks as good as new! Which it is.... or was, that is, until I dented the side... but that's a longer story.

I had an appointment at 7:30. The front door was finally opened at 7:40 so I could wait for the appraiser inside. A couple of minutes of waiting for the appraiser went by and he came and got me from the waiting room. He went out and looked at the damage to the front end of my car caused by an 8400 lb hummer running into my front quarter panel. He went around the vehicle and touched the quarter panel where the vehicle was hit. During the inspection I told him I noticed it leaning to one side in the garage and there was a rubbing sound while driving even though the wheel was not touching the tire. I was completely ignored and not even agonized that I said anything! On our way back in I mentioned again if there was any frame damage. He looked at me and rudely said there s no frame damage. There is no way for him to have known this because he didn t look under the vehicle and the inspection took place outside in dark where you couldn t see 2 foot, and completed in < 30 seconds.

They did a good job and were timely. They were cheaper than another bid I got by 35%. They contacted me when the car was finished and kept it in a secure lot for a week when I was out of town. They made a miserable situation tolerable.

I called up Church Brothers. I came in for a quote. Got claim number from insurance company in only 24 hrs: They do direct bill with Brothers. Brought car in to be repaired. I was told 6 days but in only took 5. Overall everything looked very good. Upon examining the work I noticed that one bolt on the fender was only started. They took the car back into the shop for a few minutes to fix that problem.

Horrible. I had to reject the car 4 times because they had not completed the job correctly. The first time they brought the car out with the wrong bumper on it and the new paint was a clearly noticeable different shade than the original. I had to argue with them regarding the bumper and actually show them a picture of the car prior to the collision to prove I was right. They also did not properly repair the mechanical damage and left pieces of plastic floating in the cooling system that were discovered some time later after the repair and after damaged was caused to the car and engine. It took almost a month to get them to finish the job and the end result was a bad job. I just gave up the struggle to get them to do it correctly.

I had a dent repaired a few years ago and they did a fine job. However, I got a bill in the mail from them weeks later saying that I owed $500 because my insurance company didn't pay enough. This was absurd. They and my insurance company agreed, before work was done, that it would be $1500. Insurance gave me that much and I paid Church. After the repair was done Church reneged on the agreement, saying I had to pay $500 more. I had to pay out of pocket, as my insurance company had to process the additional cost. This was difficult. Recently I took a new car there after it was backed into a tree. They kept us up to date on the work. Everything with the claim was fine but the work done was sloppy. The paint looked OK from the outside but trails dripped into the trunk making it obvious the car was repaired. The new quarter panel they installed was poorly aligned and obviously sticks out from the original undamaged panel. Definitely not like new. If I can help it, I won't go there again.

The repairs were covered by insurance, but the experience was great. They did a phenomenal job. They ordered the parts directly from Land Rover instead of through a supplier and got them in quickly and my husband back on the road.

Good job on bodywork, even better job helping me out with my insurance company.

The work was done perfectly. With that big of a job, I was concerned about how the vehicle would look and perform. I really could not tell the work had been done. It looked and drove like new. The work took a little longer than expected due to them having to wait on one part. They worked with State Farm insurance - making things easy for me.

Small dent on rear hatch from a parking lot accident. They estimated to replace the hatch. They did not want to just repair the dent. I had dent repaired at another body shop instead. The experience overall was good, and the estimate was in line with others who would replace the hatch, but we chose a repair to save money.
