About us

Over 80 Years of Doing the Right Thing. Find six (6) auto body shops offering collision repair services in Indianapolis, Avon, Zionsville and Greenwood. Church Brothers Collision Repair was founded in 1929 by brothers Noel and Clem Church. The business was made successful by Dan and Rhonda Hall after Dan purchased the business in 1972. The original shop was located on Kentucky Avenue in Downtown Indianapolis. Much has changed in the last 80 years, but the company still succeeds by working off its original principles of Excellent Customer Service, High Quality Repairs and Fair Pricing. The business is still family owned and operated (3 generations later) and has grown to 6 convenient locations, all in the Indianapolis metropolitan area. Our Lifetime Warranty has not changed and you won't find an expiration date on work from Church Brothers. If your car was fixed in 1929 or 2009, it is still covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee for as long as you own your car.

CRASH WAS IN JUNE. I HAD TO PUT IN FIVE ALTERNATORS IN SINCE THE CRASH AND HAD TO GET FOUR NEW TIRES BECAUSE THEY DID NOT REALIGN MY CAR AFTER THE FRAME WAS BENT. THEY DID NOT REPLACE A CRACKED HEAT SHIELD THAT CAUSED MY RADIO TO MELT. THE PERSON THAT HANDLED MY CAR LIED. HE TOLD MY WHEEL BEARINGS WERE SHOT, IT WAS BECAUSE THEY NEVER DID THE ALIGNMENT.

MY MINOR ACCIDENT RESULTED IN 2 WEEKS OF WORK AND I FEEL THAT THEY GOUGED THE INSURANCE COMPANY SIGNIFICANTLY. THEY WERE DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH AND I FELT ABUSED BY THE EXPERIENCE.

I HAVE BEEN CALLING ABOUT AN ESTIMATE. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALL. THEY SEEM MORE WILLING TO WORK WITH INSURANCE COMPANY CLAIMS THAN INDIVIDUALS. I WANTED TO PAY FOR THE WORK MYSELF. I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT RETURN CALLS AND EVEN GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE!!!

WE DEALT WITH THEM DURING THE SNOWY PERIOD SO MAYBE THEY HAD TOO MUCH TO DO. THEY DID GREAT REPAIR WORK, BUT WERE VERY SLOW AND WAY BEHIND SCHEDULE.
