Description of Work: Completely repaired the left rear fender. They were able to repair instead of replacing the fender saving me the extra cost. They did an excellent repair. The fender looks good as new. The paint job is perfect.

Description of Work: I had several rust and chipping of painting due to winter on my Totyota Highlander. To get the painting work done, preferred Church Brothers through Angies List rating and through my insurance group as they come under the participant category. Took my car to Church Brothers with my Insurance Company's Estimate. On taking a look ,initially they said that the painting work will take 10 days. But when they started to work on my car, they needed supplemental work/insurance . Both my Insurance and Church Brothers coordinated well and kept me informed on the updates with timelines and details of repair. That kept me going. Later they said that it is going to take another 10 days. That put me in tough situation as i was in need of a car for long trip. But then as my insurance helped me on arranging the rental , concerns were reduced. As soon as I returned from long trip , the work was completed ahead of the extended time line. I felt happy about it. Also the paint work was seamless and my car looks like a new one from factory :). Good Luck Church Brothers. Keep it up!. Proud to have your company as our neighborhood business.

Description of Work: Visited the Northwest location for an estimate. I filled out the approporiate paperwork as requested. Manager took pictures of my vehicle and promised to send me a quote via eail. More then 24 hours have passed and I have not received any information from this company. I know things come up but a simple phone call or a quick email note would have been nice. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Will not consider this company again.

Description of Work: My pickup had fairly extensive damage to the rear quarter panel and bumper. The bumper was rusting out so Church Bros. worked with my insurance company to just replace the bumper. The whole process was painless and I'm very happy with the work. And, the truck was cleaned, inside and out, when I picked it up.

Description of Work: I stopped in to Church Brothers to get an estimate on having a large blot of paint removed from my front bumper. Rather than getting an estimate, they pulled my car in the shop, buffed the paint off and in 10 minutes, I was on my way. They charged me NOTHING for this service!!!!! I cannot speak highly enough of Brenda Voight who took care of this for me. She was OUTSTANDING!!!

Description of Work: CAR REPAIR FROM BEING REAR-ENDED (OTHER PERSONS INSURANCE COMPANY PAID THE $1700 BILL). THEY WERE VERY POLITE. SCHEDULED TO BRING CAR IN AT 7:00 IN THE MORNING. THEY SIGNED ME IN AND RENTAL CAR COMPANY WAS ALSO THERE TO GIVE ME A RENTAL CAR (PAID FOR BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY). THEY COORDINATED PAYMENT WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY, SO I DIDN`T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING BEYOND GET THE INITIAL ESTIMATE. THE WORK LOOKS VERY GOOD--PARTS LOOK RIGHT AND PAINT MATCHES. THEY ALSO WASHED THE CAR AND EVEN ARMOR-ALLED THE TIRES.

Description of Work: THEYVE HAD MY CAR FOR OVER A MONTH. ARE TOTALLY NON-RESPONSIVE AND UNHELPFUL WHEN I CALL FOR AN UPDATE. MAKE EXCUSES INSTEAD OF SOLUTIONS.
