It was a gift for my daughter, and she was very pleased overall. The Big Deal cost was reasonable, but their regular rates seemed high. They were quick, efficient, and did a good job.

They’ve been great to work with overall! They’ve been efficient. Any issues or items that were missed, she’s been very responsive with fixing.

Showed up on time. Room and floors looked great.

I contacted Chris/Mandy on Wednesday and requested a very short turn-around; I wanted the home cleaned on Saturday if possible to allow my father-in-law to return home. They understood his desire to come home and they pulled it off! They pulled together a team before they even returned my call, came out Thursday to view the home and give an estimate, and spent virtually all day Sunday cleaning the home. (It'd been a while, so needed a tremendous amount of work on their part.) The estimate I was given was very reasonable; I knew the amount of effort required would be high. They were exceedingly professional, and very personable; Chris explained in detail the work that would be done, and toured the home asking questions about my expectations and assuring that I understood how his team worked. When the work was completed, he walked through the home with me showing me the dramatic improvements that had been achieved - top to bottom, including ALL vents, ALL cobwebs, ALL window blinds, ALL ceiling fans BY HAND, lots of elbow grease on shower floors, etc. I've never used a professional cleaning service in the past, but I'm absolutely certain that no other firm could exceed this one in terms of satisfying our needs. They were wonderful! Thanks to Chris & Mandy & their team! I highly recommend them!

Mandy and Chris arrived on time with a reminder phone call the evening before. They arrived with their own equipment and cleaning supplies. And then just got to work. What a power team. They are delightful people and were a pleasure to have in my house. I work from home so I was able to witness it first hand. My bathroom light fixtures are cleaner NOW than when they were new. The heating floor grates were removed and cleaned - and all dust vacuumed out just in time for winter. In addition to all the obvious areas, they cleaned all the invisible areas like on top of the kitchen cabinets - yes, Chris was up on the ladder with his vacuum getting ALL the dirt and dust gone. All of my kitchen and bathroom fixtures were not just cleaned - but POLISHED. My house was in showroom condition when they left. I have never experienced a better team and service - anywhere.

Did a good job. Missed a few things the first time they cleaned, but more than made up for it in subsequent cleanings.

It was a little bit of a rough start. I had asked what time they would arrive at my house for cleaning since I work. I arrived at my home when she had told me they would be there. I waited for an hour and they didn't show. I tried calling couldn't reach anyone. I returned to the office. Mandy called me an hour or so later to say they were at my house. I told her I would need to reschedule because I had been at home when she said they would arrive. We rescheduled for a week or so later at which time they arrived on time. Two people were there to clean the house. When I returned home after work I was very happy with the work they had done. I had asked for them to leave a quote as to what it would cost to clean my house on a regular basis every 2 weeks. The price that was given to me indicated it was for a month. I asked them to add me to their client list. They returned a couple of weeks later at which time I left a check for the month. Two weeks later they came again & I received a call that I hadn't left a check for them. I told them I had paid the last time they came at which time I was told that the price quoted was for cleaning the house 1 time a month. It ended up that they went ahead & cleaned the house & honored what had been quoted to me. Here again they did a fantastic job. I would definitely hire them again; however, I would be very clear on expectations & what the cost was.

Four people arrived, went straight to work. However, found trash on floor after they were gone. Found food smear on front of kitchen cabinet after they were gone. Found soil in corner of bathroom floor after they were gone. Did not feel anything really shined.

It went very well. We purchased the Big Deal to have some rooms cleaned in our home, they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the home spotless. They were very flexible and accomodating to our scheduling concerns. I will be using this company again for Spring/Fall Cleaning and would certainly recommend them to family and friends!!!

Here's what I love about this company. They do not hesitate to bring in the extra amount of man and woman power to get the job done. They always do a thorough job and everything is clean. We often work from home and they never get in our way or seem put out by our presence. Everyone is kind and friendly. One of my best experiences with a cleaning crew of any kind.

Choice Cleaning does a good job overall. I've had to direct them to areas they missed cleaning. In addition they broke a plate. Lastly, once I waited for them and had to call to find out that they moved the start time. They are very good at cleaning floors and the bathrooms. Also, Mandy has been responsive to my emails. I use them on a biweekly basis.

I would give this company (Chris) an A+ if the option were there! Emailed for a quote at night, received a response the next morning. Showed up on time and was personal, asked great questions, made you feel confident you were going to get a job well done. I had construction going on, followed by an appraisal, and so I needed the cleaning on a specific date. Chris worked things out in his (busy) schedule to accommodate our needs! He called the day before the cleaning to confirm that he was coming and when. The next morning he had to tend to something and made sure to let me know he was running a little late and what time he would arrive (and he did, indeed, arrive at that time). Chris brought all materials needed and this guy WORKED. I will confess straight-up that my shower looked like something out of a Stephen King novel. We were reno'ing an attic in a 106 y/o home that was full of soot and the tub had been draining slowly. Need I say more? Not to mention lime scale buildup..I could go on and on but you may be eating breakfast while reading this.... Chris worked ALL day (this was a one day job, mind you) and surfaced (drenched) to let me know that he was done.........with the upstairs.....and that he would be back tomorrow. I don't know if you have ever paid for cleaning before and when it's done, you go back and clean behind them....? Not so here. It's not about getting in and out quickly...it's about getting the job done WELL. So I go up that night to use my shower and I have to go look at my front door to make sure I'm in the right house! Since I have lived in this house...even when I moved in...I have NEVER seen my tub/shower look like this! It was like my bazillion year old fixtures (ok...1940s) had been taken out and new ones had been put in. Folks, this bathroom was freakin' phenomenal! The rest of the upstairs looked great too but I really could go on and on about this bathroom..... The next day Chris came back when he said he would and cleaned the cathair (literally) out of the downstairs...mega hardwoods. The kitchen was SWEET! The "usuals" were done...but to perfection. Then there were the extras... my pendant lights all dusted, these glass (looking frosted they were so dusty LOL) shelves that are about 10 ft off the floor fully cleaned and all items put back. Details, details...all there. As a person, Chris is also so great. He has such a pleasant personality and sets you at ease. He isn't snaggin' grandma's jewels when you're not looking and has a great sense of humor. :D He has a phenomenal work ethic and was so comfortable to have around. I truly cannot recommend this company more highly. I paid him more than was requested b/c I would be a big jerk if I didn't. I got way more than my money's worth. A great investment of your dollars. I'm one happy customer that will be back!

The cleaning project is a work in progress and will done over several months as different areas are cleaned for updating/painting. Chris and Mandy are some of the hardest working people I've ever hired and are doing a fantastic job on my old, tired house. They are performing what I would consider an ultra-deep clean, scrubbing and prepping for paint and other "clean" renovations. They pay great attention to detail, too. I expected rooms to be clean, but not this clean! The rooms literally sparkle and the old beat up floors even look good. Even with only half of the first floor completed, they have already far exceeded my expectations. Choice Cleaning is simply outstanding!

I submitted a request for a quote from two housecleaning services on Angie's List. I gave a fairly short turnaround time for the services needed and Choice Cleaning was the only one who responded. Chris came out the day after the response to give me an estimate. I explained my window for getting the house cleaned in time for my son's graduation party; my budget; and my extreme need for a house cleaner since I had injured my knee and couldn't do it myself. We walked through the house and I explained my priorities. Chris gave me a base price and then how much each extra specific job would cost. In the end, we agreed upon a fee and what would be done and he was able to schedule me for a day the next week. Chris estimated the job would take 2 hours for 2 people; but he and his assistant stayed for 4 hours. I have 2 dogs and the amount of dog hair they removed from my carpets and floors was embarrassing....it was enough to build another dog. After they completed the job, Chris walked me through the house and explained what they did and what he would have liked to have done better if time had allowed. My house looked so great that I refused to cook dinner that night because I didn't want to mess up the kitchen. Though the team stayed twice as long as they had planned, they honored the price they had quoted me. If my budget allowed, I would have them come out on a regular basis. It is obvious that Chris takes pride in doing a job correctly.

I read reviews on about 5 companies on Angie's List, Choice had the best overall in the what I was looking for. I called and Chris came out the next day to give me a quote. He told me they could start in a week and a half which was perfect since I had 2 littles ones and had a lot to organize. Chris called the day before just to touch base with the time he would be coming on Monday. He showed up on time, I work at home, and started right away. They did a fabulous job and will be coming out bi-weekly.

Overall it was very good. They definitely did a very good job with cleaning all the blinds which definitely took most of the time in the 4 hrs they spend cleaning the whole house. I was very impressed with the work and definitely aprreciatred the information on what they were not abel to achieve today and was willing to come back and redo it as they needed additional suppliers specif to the blinds that were a little greesy. Misssed few spots, and when I mentioned they were willing to address those in the next cleaning. I have them come every 4 weeks to do the whole house.

She called in the morning to say they would be running late. That was fine because I didn't have any plans for when she said they could make it. She ended up coming by herself and did an outstanding job. She clean better than I ever could. She is a very sweet person and obviously likes what she does and is proud of her work.

They did very well. We were very pleased with the service. They were good with our dog and were responsive.

I purchased a Big Deal and they fit me in relatively quickly. This is a husband and wive team committed to giving good service and accommodating the particular requests of a homeowner. I felt well served by this team. The downstairs of my home was professionally cleaned according to special instructions. For instance, I have a particular walnut coffee table that I liked cleaned with Liquid Gold and then polished with corn starch. They followed my instructions and I was pleased with the results. They forgot to clean the kitchen ceiling fan which was on my list of special things that needed attention. Fortunately they gave me a very friendly follow up call, and when I mentioned the mistake, they came out within 24 hours and cleaned that ceiling fan. I was pleased with the results. Now, Choice Cleaning can call me a fan! Bravo for the exceptional customer service. Follow up calls are appreciated by this member!

Mandy and Chris work as a team. They work quickly. All my floors were well cleaned as well as bath and kitchen surface areas. Mandy made a pass at dusting dining and family rooms without moving one item.

they did a "deep clean" the first time! now they come regularly on a two times a month basis! am very pleased at their work!

I bought this as a Big Deal. I emailed Mandy several times working on an agreeable date and she always responded quickly. We arranged for how they would get in my house since I wouldn't be at home and how to handle my dog. Mandy and crew are dog people so they had no problem with my dog. The Big Deal didn't specify exactly what type of cleaning was involved, and since I wasn't home when they did it, I'm not exactly sure what was done. They ask that you clean up clutter so they can get to the actual cleaning process. They don't leave a note with what was done so I can only go on my observations. Dog hair is a BIG issue and so I saw all my carpets were vacuumed nicely and the hardwoods very clean. I'm not sure if they mopped kitchen. In the kitchen, my stove and countertops had been cleaned and surprisingly my cabinet fronts had been wiped down which was great. Canisters and appliance fronts were cleaned.

The best experience I could imagine, they left everything as it should be except clean! Perfect! I would definitely hire them again - I have had a great experience. The floors look amazing.

They were excellent! I thought they did a nice job, and when I asked them to do something they did it without any problems. They seemed to know what they’re doing and I had no difficulties at all.
