+ -1 moreIt went ok...I was a little disappointed that it wasn't as clean as I wanted it to be. Upon arriving back home, I noticed crumbs in the corner of my kitchen. Also I had asked them to clean the bathroom and it did not appear to be touched. It is not a company I would return to for future cleanings.

+ -1 moreI requested an estimate, and Chris called me right away. He came over the next day and did a walkthrough of the house, discussing in detail what I wanted. He was very attentive, and I felt very comfortable with him. He indicated that all work would be done either by he or his wife, or someone they personally knew. He personally guaranteed all work, and I have been so satisfied with them. Highly recommended!
Description of Work: Choice Cleaning cleans my main floor (including a particularly dirty room where the dog stays), and upstairs. They do it all...wipe down counters, scrub sinks (until the silver shines), vacuum, scrub tubs and showers, clean toilets, dust, mop floors (scrubbing when necessary).

+ -1 moreI wanted to write a follow up review as I have been with them for almost a year now. I called when my 3rd child was about 6 mos and just couldn't keep up and he was crawling everywhere. They came out and started a bi weekly cleanings. I believe there has only been one time there was an issue where something was missed and Chris was out the very next morning. After about 5 months and life settled down we moved to monthly cleanings. They still do a great job and actually just left!
Description of Work: They come out and do a great job everytime. Very happy and will continue to keep using them. They clean 3 bedrooms, now 4, family room, living room, kitchen and 2 and a half bathrooms. Last month we had construction where we turned our great room into a bedroom / family room. I rescheduled once as the contractors were here on the day the come out and since they were still not done with construction, they worked around them and cleaned alot more then I had expected.

+ -1 moreI had them come Bimonthly over a period of six months. They did an OK job. The last time they left my carpet damaged/stained. I called immediately and was told that I had left it that way. I parted ways and of course had my carpet cleaned the next day. Absolutely ridiculous!

+ -1 moreAs mentioned above, things got messed up, but was resolved with the help of the owner.
Description of Work: As I recall, the owner of this cleaning service was very cooperative and willing to clean the house whenever it was convenient for us. A date and time was made. The person who came to clean the house came an hour early and no one was home. That person never came back and the business left in the front door got blown away or knocked off without anyone knowing. When no one showed up at the scheduled time. The cleaning service was contacted. I cannot remember for sure if the cleaning service came back the same day or we had to reschedule the date, but things got messed up and we were not pleased. The cleaning that was performed was consistent with a $44 charge, just the basics done. We were not sure whether the toilet was cleaned or not when the person left. It appeared the bathroom sink and mirror had been cleaned. The lower level of a two level home was lightly cleaned.

In the past year their work has been so good I have raised their pay twice - it was well worth it!!! They care about your satisfaction and prove it with the good job they do. They are careful with your possessions. I simply can't say enough positive things about the service they provide.
Description of Work: Chris, Mandy, Demi and Lauren clean our house every 2 weeks. They thoroughly dust, vacuum, and clean every room in the house. They clean the bathrooms until they sparkle They rotate different deep cleaning (i.e. wood floor cleaning, cabinet cleaning and oiling) They consistently check to make sure all my needs are met and if there are any concerns or problems They go the extra mile with efficiency and work in a timely fashion They take pride in their work and are exceptionally good at what they do

We have since gone from having them come in once a month to two times a month. The house is always clean and put together and they do a fabulous job. Mandy is always responsive and communicates any issues or schedule changes via email (my request). We have been very pleased with their professionalism and the level of service.
