Description of Work: I bought 2 full house cleans (excluding the basement) at $120/each for my sister who had just had her 3rd baby. She lives in a 2 story, 4 bedroom/3bath home. Mandy was very nice, very professional. Easy to set up the clean. My sister said they were very efficient & quick with their work. She also mentioned their professionalism and their attention to detail. Her ONLY complaint was that they (there were 2 people cleaning) do not pick up anything on counters, mantles, dressers to clean underneath. Knowing this now, for her next upcoming clean she will remove this stuff on her own and replace it after the clean.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal and received the cleaning for half price. There were two people in the cleaning crew. They came in and got right to work. They cleaned my hardwood floors very well along with the tile in the kitchen. They dusted, vaccuumed, cleaned the toilets, got the cobwebs off the ceiling, and worked very efficiently. They did a great job throughout the house, and I would recommend using them again.

Description of Work: Wow! This was just what I needed. I bought this deal hoping for some help cleaning my house for the holidays, but I didn't know if it would be possible figuring that EVERYONE would probably think the same thing. However, I spoke with Mandy and we were able to schedule a cleaning for the week before Christmas. Due to a scheduling conflict on my end, I needed to reschedule. Again, I spoke with Mandy and we rescheduled - no issues at all, and she was able to fit me in for the Tuesday after Christmas. Mandy and Chris showed up on time and were more than polite and professional. They did their "multi room" clean for us, and I was more than pleased with their work. They were cleaning parts of my house that I never clean! My house looks great - they cleaned the living room, dining room, playroom, kitchen, bathroom, and mudroom. The house looks and smells great!!!

Description of Work: Cleaned kitchen, bathroom and hiring room, back door area (Laundry rooms) dusted and cleaned counter tops swept and mopped.

Description of Work: Cleaning main living area of the house. Cleaned kitchen sink, counters, swept rug and cleaned the hardwood floor. Cleaned guest barhroom thoroughly. Vacuumed all rugs and cleaned hardwood floors in the living areas. Dusted, cleaned glass coffe table top, cleaned glass on front storm door and straightened up the rooms nicely. Very congenial and hard working.

Description of Work: Chris and Mandy came and thoroughly cleaned the areas (Family Room, Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room and 1/2 bath) described in the Big Deal I bought. They were very personable and professional and prompt. They answered my questions politely. They took pride in their work and performed well together.

Description of Work: Mandy and Chris arrived a little past the expected time -- and did acknowledge and apologize for the delay -- but got to work very quickly, bringing all their supplies from the car in one trip and before they even rang my doorbell. Thus there was no going back and forth getting what they needed. They took in the areas that were included in this 3-room special and, with few words, determined in which area each would begin. They were fast and thorough. They worked with only minimal conversation with me; I mentioned I planned to change the kitchen scatter rugs and would remove them before Chris did the floor; each of them had one quick question of me about something or other -- nothing major. Other than that, I moved about my house doing what I was doing without being in their way, nor they in mine. I could see, however, how energetic and detailed they were in their cleaning. Soon the fragrance of "clean" permeated my house. I was pleased. They dusted all the furniture in those three rooms, vacuumed the carpet throughout plus down the hall, cleaned the kitchen and bathroom floors, counter tops, mirrors, stove top (REALLY clean), sink, appliance fronts, and family room deck door windows. Both Chris and Mandy are courteous, pleasant, and professional. I am well pleased with them and with the work they did. They are a great "find."

Description of Work: Chris and Mandy thoroughly clean my home. They clean three bathrooms, three bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, sunroom. They clean woodwork, baseboards, dust and vacuum. They wash tile and wood floors with an excellent cleaner recommended by them. Every room looks pristine. The house shines. We have a long-haired collie and they do a wonderful job with cleaning after her. They are polite, friendly, and professional. They have now cleaned my home twice and have done a wonderful job. They are both extremely concerned about the quality of their work and ask for feedback each time. I will continue to use them as long as they are in business. Chris and Mandy do TOP QUALITY work.
