The estimate was approximately $150 less than the actual cost. The appointment was scheduled for 10:30am, so I made another appointment for the afternoon. The day before, the scheduler called to say to expect the cleaner between 9:00 - 11:00am. The cleaner finally called, after I waited all morning, to say he would arrive between 12:00 - 1:00pm. I had to cancel my afternoon appointment. The cleaner complained about his workload the whole time he was at my house. He was on his cell phone frequently. He cleaned downstairs and announced he was done and started putting his equipment away. I asked him if his company no longer raked the carpet. He responded yes they did, and he was getting ready to do it. Then he said he usually asked the customer if they wanted it done. The cleaning was adequate this time, I was much happier last time they cleaned my carpets. The service was terrible due to the technician's constant complaining and the over 2 hour late arrival.

They were late, but called and let me know they were running late.

They were on time and very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to get out crayon and other unidentifiable substances. There was previously a dog in the house and there was no trace of the stains or any odor.

They were very prompt, very courteous, and very thorough. They did an excellent job, again! I will continue to use them.

Exchanged e-mails & had a phone call with Kevin Jones about the work to be done & he agreed to send Shane Dillon to my home to give me an estimate. Mr. Jones, Mr. Dillon, & the technician, Joe, who performed the work were professional, helpful, & very polite. Mr. Dillon answered all my questions & was honest about the cost- more than most companies in the same business. Joe was on time, efficient, & did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets.

They were very polite and efficient. The schedulers called to remind us of the appointments (for quote and cleaning) and the technician called himself to say he was on his way and approximately how long it would be before he arrived. We had one spot reappear after the cleaning and they were great about coming back out to spot treat it.

I was very pleased with the work done on my living room, dining room and hallway carpet. I had some serious issues with pet stains and odors. Plus, this was the first professional cleaning I had done on my carpets, and when they left, my carpets looked almost new!

They were good and timely, though more expensive than others, but they do good work.

I have nothing but praise for the technician who did my carpets. He insisted he wanted to be very satisfied. The tech was very thorough. He got it done the way he liked it. He spend 4 hours getting it done.

Chemical extraction seems to be a little more expensive anyway so their prices are a bit high.

Prices were reasonable. He did a good job. He followed up afterwards about an area of carpet that didn't get cleaned, which I found out from the carpet sales company was actually uncleanable. I would use them again and definitely recommend them.

Very good. Did not mark "A" rating because there were a few areas that needed to be re-cleaned. However, they were prompt about it & the work was done to our complete satisfaction.

It looks great. I was able to use my discount, and it was scheduled in a very timely manner. When he was finished, we let the carpet dry and it looks fantastic. Price includes sanitizer and protectant.

Chris was very polite and on time. Initially he told me that Chem Dry does not move beds. The only thing I was told when I scheduled service was that they won't move armourers. Chris agreed to move the beds. The carpets came out beautifully. I received a call from the owner 2 days later. Chris made a math mistake and over-charged me. Kevin gave me my choices of how to rectify the situation and then did everything to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced.

THE ACTUAL EXPERIENCE WAS MUCH EASIER THAN WORRYING ABOUT DOING IT.

Cleaner was on time, polite, pleasant, and efficient.

I WAS VERY PLEASED. THE SERVICE MAN IS VERY, VERY HELPFUL, AND VERY POLITE AND PLEASANT TO HAVE IN THE HOUSE. I HAVE A 4X6 AREA RUG THAT HE ALWAYS MAKES SURE TO CLEAN (AND DOESN'T SEEM TO CHARGE EXTRA).

Young man who arrived to clean the carpets was professional, polite, and punctual. I didn't call around to get other price estimates, which is why the price is N/A. The B for responsiveness--I would have liked more guidance and information from the phone contact. She was pleasant and polite.

Joe was on time and did a nice job. The discount coupon from ValPak got me a better deal than the 15% Angie's List coupon.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT, A LITTLE PRICEY THOUGH.

IT WAS OK, BUT I WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTED AS I HAD READ SUCH GREAT REVIEWS FROM PREVIOUS ANGIE'S LIST CUSTOMERS. MY WIFE WAS PRESENT FOR THE CLEANING. SHE FOUND THE GENTLEMAN VERY PLEASANT, PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. HOWEVER, WHEN I REVIEWED THE WORK DONE WHEN I RETURNED HOME FROM WORK, I WAS DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THAT HE HAD CLEANED THE CARPETS, BUT HAD NOT VACUUMED UP SOME OBVIOUS SPOTS OF DIRT ALONG THE EDGE OF SOME OF THE CARPETS IN SEVERAL ROOMS. THIS LEFT ME WITH DOUBTS AS TO HOW THOROUGH THE CLEANING REALLY WAS. ALSO, 2-3 RELATIVELY LIGHT STAINS STILL SHOWED. SO FOR THE WORK PERFORMED AND AT THE PRICE, I WAS DISAPPOINTED. I WILL PROBABLY TRY SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE I TRY KEVIN JONES AGAIN.

SHANE WAS GREAT! HE SPENT QUITE A LONG TIME PRE-TREATING AND WORKING ON PET STAINS. ALTHOUGH SOME STAINS WERE TOO 'SET' TO BE COMPLETELY REMOVED, SHANE WAS ABLE TO MAKE THEM NEARLY UN-NOTICEABLE. MY CARPET LOOKS ALMOST NEW! HE ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME AND EVEN HELPED ME MOVE A FEW LAST MINUTE ITEMS PRIOR TO CLEANING. THE PRICE IS SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN TRADITIONAL CARPET CLEANING COMPANIES, BUT IT IS WORTH IT BECAUSE OF THE QUICK DRY TIME AND EXCELLENT RESULTS. I PLAN TO REHIRE THE COMPANY TO CLEAN MY UPSTAIRS CARPETS IN THE NEAR FUTURE. THANKS SHANE AND CHEMDRY FOR SUPERIOR SERVICE!

THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING BOTH THE CARPET AND THE COUCH. I HAVE TWO SMALL CHILDREN AND A LARGE DOG. ALL THE STAINS CAME OUT AND THE BOTH PIECES WERE QUICK TO DRY DUE TO THE METHODS THAT THEY USE. EMPLOYEE WAS FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE.
