Excellent. The furniture looked like new and all of the pet odor was gone. Technician was very friendly. Furniture dried much faster that times quoted by other companies.

Very thorough in cleaning and helped explain ways to clean up spills before the next cleaning. Was a bit concerned stain guarding wouldn't work but seems to be okay thus far.

After asking questions to determine our needs, Kent suggested we add deodorizing and protection to the order because of our dog. He worked quickly to remove most of the stains from light-colored carpet in the bedrooms, then cleaned the wool berber carpet on the stairs. Most of the carpet dried quickly, except for the stairs. He did a good job but missed a few spots (not visible while carpet was wet) in one bedroom. The spots weren't serious enough to warrant a call-back.

I was very happy with the work they did. The tech arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner.

They arrived within the specified window. It took about 6 hours for it to dry. They told me it would take about 2, but I think it had something to do with the weather. He told us to wear hard sole shoes in order to walk on the carpet before it was completely dry. They did a great job!

It went well. When I had called originally to ask questions about the job, they sent the guy out to do a free estimate. I still had more questions so the company representative on the phone answered all of them. When the guy came he was timely and very friendly. He did a good job and did not leave a mess.

I've worked with this company before in my previous home, and had no qualms with scheduling them to clean the carpets in my new home. I've been in my new home for less than one year, but with two dogs found a cleaning necessary. Scheduling a time was no problem at all, and I was given a two-hour window for arrival. The worker arrived during the scheduled time, and was quite professional and courteous while in my home. He offered several different cleaning packages, but allowed me to make my own choice without his being pushy. The results were as good as prior occasions, and I expected no less. Once again a good job by Chem Dry.

Everything was good, I just thought their coupon was misleading. The rep. and I had a little trouble discussing the discount, but their work was really good.

They were supposed to come later in the afternoon but when he had a cancellation, he asked if he could come out earlier which worked great for us. He stayed a long time as he had some tough stains to try to remove. He moved some minor pieces of furniture so he could do a thorough job even though the coupon said traffic areas only. We were very pleased and will use them again. I appreciated the note from the President, Kevin Jones, which arrived a few days later, thanking us for our business.

Their technicians have always been pleasant and polite young men who do a good job.

The tech measured the room as over 100 sq. ft. larger than the last tech from same company. Also complained about moving furniture by himself. Had coupons but weren't available because it wasn't specifically what I was having done, so we argued a little over pricing, especially given the large discrepancy on room measurements. The carpet did get clean, though, but overall it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Company was very responsive and gave me a preliminary estimate. Cleaner showed up on time, and was friendly and competent. Results on stains on chair and ottoman were just so-so.

The two men who came were both professional and performed the work quickly and efficiently as a team. They came on time.

Price was significantly higher than the other ''A'' rated company I talked to from Angie's List.

Technician was on-time, polite and knowledgeable. I had a spot that I wasn't satisfied with and they came back out, no questions asked and fixed it to my satisfaction.

The technician was polite, personable, and punctual. He explained the difference between Chem Dry vs. traditional steam cleaning. He checked to insure the rug could be cleaned with the Chem Dry chemical solution. He completed the job in approximately one hour. While he was also here he gave me estimates on both Chem Dry and steam cleaning other older furniture I had and tested an area to confirm the process needed. He was in and out in approximately one hour. The rug looks almost brand new. I am thrilled with the results. Although the process is rather expensive, it warrants the price to maintain precious textiles.

Reliable service and did a great job. Also reasonably price.

The telephone representative said we could get three rooms cleaned for $109, a staircase for $65, and top landing of the stairs for .40 cents a square foot. When the representative arrived at the home, they said that the price that the phone rep. quoted would only cover the cleaning of the 'traffic area'' and not the entire rooms. I felt as if the price was misrepresented. The technician right off said what he would not do. He said he will not move the potted plants, end tables, coffee tables, etc and communicated in a very arrogant and disrespectful manner and wanted to be argumentative. At that point, I just asked that the technician leave. The owner did call to try and remedy the situation, but it was not to my satisfaction.

The ad is very misleading. I called to request service and was told there would be an additional charge because of the dry cleaning.

I called this service provider after seeing an ad. They offered 5 rooms for $169. When I called they quoted me a price of over $400. When I questioned the man he hung up on me.

Kent was great. The following day I received a call to ask how everything was. I received a thank-you card a couple of days later. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. The technician was courteous and skilled. My carpets are 13 years old but look brand new.
