We had anticipated a 1-day /$150 job, but the technician found many many pet stains. (We had previously had cats.) The pet stains needed a special solution ($60 per gallon and we needed about 10 gallons) that had to set for 24 hours. They came back the next day and did the actual carpet cleaning, which took about 3.5 hours. The carpets looked great and the stains were gone.

I made an appointment one week in advance to have my carpet cleaned. We agreed upon the Angie's List special published at their listing and added Scotch Guarding. The price came to about $150.00. I was given options for what time they would arrive and I chose 11:00 am- 2:30 pm (3.5 hour arrival window required). I thought that the 3.5-hour window might be somewhat excessive but I agreed to that arrangement. On Saturday I rushed through some things that morning to ensure that I would be prepared for the carpet cleaner's arrival. I waited about 3 hours and hadn't heard anything. I called the main office number to try to get information but I only got voicemail. There was an emergency number in the voice mail recording and I called that number and got another voice mail message. I left a message at both numbers and never got a call back. After 3 hours and 40 minutes I decided that I had waited long enough. I went to Costco, bought a carpet cleaner and did the work myself.

They explained what they would do and about carpet care in general very well. They did a great job and I would use them again.

Joe arrived 45 minutes early and he did a great job. The office had called, to let me know he was running ahead of schedule. He was polite and answered all my questions, regarding carpet care. I am very satisfied with the end product.

The experience was fine and the technician was nice. They did a very good job with the pet odor. I thought it was a little expensive.

Very well. The service was scheduled only two days in advance and the company fit me in. They called to confirm the appointment the day before. Jason, the technician, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work and showed up at the time he said he would. A follow-up call to ensure that the customer was satisfied.

Very well. Carpet looked really clean. It was very stained & dirty before. Two weeks has gone by & still looks quite clean.

Very good. Clean and careful of the furniture. Did not fully explain the sanitizing and protecting application. Hire the contractor.

Kent arrived in a timely manner and was very professional. He walked the house with me and went over the pricing structure for cleaning options. We went with the premium package which included a sanitizer. He took about an hour and 15 minutes to clean the house and did a great job. Very professional and thorough.

Was able to schedule within the week, work performed.

They did a very good job of cleaning. The technicians suggested a special oxidating treatment to remove pet stains and odors (yes, they brought out the black light to show hidden urine in carpet; always an eye opener!) This would have cost an additional $600 so we opted not to do it as it was not only expensive, but we had never used this company before. However, I appreciated the fact that the technicians were not pushy when we declined this additional treatment. A hard sell would have turned me off. Technicians were courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again.

ChemDry by Kevin Jones did a very nice job. The representatives were professional and courteous; arrived ahead of schedule (after checking with me first) and finished in the time estimated. The total cost was actually slightly lower than the estimate. We are very pleased.

I received a quote over the phone. The person I spoke to was friendly and polite and explained they had a 5 room traffic area special and that they'd clean the 5 larger rooms for $159 and then charge me .40 a foot for the 6th area. The staircase was $65. The cleaner was on time, polite and thoroughly explained my options (upgrades) without pressuring me. My carpet looked brand new and was dry in a few hours. He even raked out his own footprints as he let himself out the front door. It cost quite a bit more than steamcleaning, but I'd use them again in a minute. My carpet looked great and I like that their cleaning solutions are non-toxic.

He told me it would be a better deal to get a new carpet. He couldn't fix the sun-shading saying the stains would just reappear after they left.

I moved all of the furniture out of the room. I did purchase two cans of product, but it seemed very pricey for one room. They did a good job, but, I wouldn't use them again because of the price.

I would hire them again and would recommend them to my best friend.

He helped moved furniture so I could get a wall to wall clean. I have a pet with an oily coat and they were able to get those stains out better than I thought they would be able to. I would use him again. I had them add the protectant coat which I feel was well worth the money.

He was very polite and very cleanly.

Very well. The gal was courteous when we set the appointment, then Derek did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet.

I'm hanging on to his card so if I'm ever in need of similar services they are who I will call! The person who answered the phone was very informative of their process. She offered to set up an appointment the same day! She said they'd call about a half hour before they came, which they did. I got them off Angie's List. The technician, Kent Spillman, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I had confidence they would clean the furniture and not do damage, which is what they did. Great experience all around.

They went over and above what was required. They did a great job, and we were very pleased.

A good experience overall. I stopped by their office at about 10:00 in the morning and they were able to get a technician and equipment to my home by 11:30 the same morning. Derek did a nice job and worked quickly. The carpet dried fairly quickly and looks much better than earlier. I would use their services again in the future.

Kind of embarrassing to say, but my carpet is 5 years old, and I hadn't cleaned it, so I didn't have high hopes. Happily Chem Dry did a great job and my carpet looks almost new. Scheduling a time was no problem at all, and I was given a two-hour window for arrival. Chris was the employee who came to my house, and he was prompt, and quite professional and courteous while in my home. He offered several different cleaning packages, but allowed me to make my own choice without his being pushy. He cleaned two rooms and completed all the work within an hour and did a very thorough job. He also took time to answer my questions and explain stain removal suggestions to me, which was very helpful. I would definitely use this company again, and I appreciated Chris's hard working nature and polite manners.
