Jason Moore, the carpet cleaner, was friendly and highly professional. He described in detail the procedures and the costs involved. After I decided to have my carpet cleaned at that time he proceeded to work thoroughly and in a timely manner. I am highly satisfied and would recommend this company.

This is the second time I have used this company. I used them once before I sold my old house and now in my new house. Once again I was pleased. Chris did an excellent job on the entire area. He was extremely polite and a hard worker. My carpets look fantastic! I will definitely use them again and request Chris when I do.

This was for basement carpet. Came out and used a CSI type light to see all dog urine. It was a two day process. Explained most of what he was going to do. Put down a substance to decrease airborne allergies. He moved most furniture except fish tank and a large TV which he said he couldn't. A few hours after he left I went down to the basement and thought everything looked fine. I didn't let anyone else on it for a couple days so it could dry. A few days after the job was finished, a woman called from the company and spoke to my husband and said if there was a white residue, Chem Dry would come and clean it. She said that sometimes happens. Since this is a basement, I don't use it. (My kids use it and some will sleep down there.) So a couple of days pass and my husband tells me of the call. I said I checked it when the guy left and it was OK. A few weeks later my son asked me about the white residue on the basement carpet. He said he even tried to vacuum it up and it wouldn't come up. I called Chem Dry and was told I only had a month to report the problem and I had missed it by a few days! My husband said that when they initially called about the white residue, the woman never mentioned a a month time limit. Now I have a maroon carpet with large areas of white residue that won't come up when vacuumed. I wish I had saved a little more and just bought new carpet for the price I paid to have it cleaned!

It was wonderful. They paid great attention to detail especially compared to everyone else I had tried. They were great they took all the spots out and they were really clean.

It went great. James was on time. He was very friendly and took the time to explain the process. I would use this company again or recommend to anyone. This was my first time using a professional carpet cleaner and I am glad I did. There is no residue left in the carpet after cleaning. They give a discount to Angie's List members. The office staff are very friendly and informative. Overall good experience.

I was concerned with the pet odor on the carpets and they smells didn't come out as well as we had hoped. They did show up when they said they would. I would use them again but I would not pay for the deodorizing as it didn't work that well.

Excellent company and very professional. I wish all company's had the tact and professionalism that I experienced with this company. I told them about my terrible experience with the previous carpet cleaning company and they actually sympathized with me and took extra special care of me with a discount on top of their already low prices! They did an excellent job on cleaning my carpet and I am very pleased with this company all together. Very professional, respectful, and did an incredible job cleaning the upstairs carpeted areas!

He cleaned many rooms and did a good job. In the past he got an ink stain 95% out of a brand new leather sofa, which we were thrilled about.

He then came out the next day and cleaned the application along with the carpets. The carpet looked great and I feel so much better knowing that it's clean now. I am ready to sell the dog!!

Chris from Chem Dry did an exceptional job. We have off-white carpets that are ten years old, and he was able to get them looking great. We have used other carpet cleaners in the past, and Chem Dry was able to produce the best result. He showed up on time. He was very courteous and hard working. I would definitely recommend him and Chem Dry. Look for coupons on line or in local mailers (e.g. Reach). The coupon we used saved us $200.

Initially they sent a tech out that I was not happy with at all. They have a policy that they call the customer after the employee leaves to see if the customer is satisfied. So they called to see how the work went. I spoke to Shane and he said he would talk to his manager and get back to me. I didn't hear back for a couple days so I called. I talked to Nicole and she made another appointment for a more experienced technician to come out and re clean. He showed up when he was supposed to and the carpets now look great. I'm very pleased with how the company handled my complaint and would use their service again.

They cleaned the carpets in the areas I'd requested and did a good job. They were punctual and were able to clean stains at the top of the stairs that I was concerned about. I found them on Angie's List and a coupon was mentioned but I didn't qualify for a discount for the services I'd requested. I have used them before and probably will again.

The technician did an excellent job. The carpets (which are 10 years old!) actually look quite good again. The one stain that the technician could not remove, however, was a Diet Cherry Coke stain. He explained the red dye is almost impossible to remove from a beige carpet. He said that his company can attempt stain removal at a cost of $100 an hour. This was more than I could afford so I will just have to live with the stain. Apart from that, the carpets look almost as good as new. One significant advantage of chem-dry cleaning is that the carpets dry quite quickly (more quickly than steam cleaning.) Our carpets were actually dry in a couple of hours.

Was disappointed that it took 12 hours for the carpet to dry and had to clean up my mirrors and furniture from the chemical splatters.

It was a terrible experience! When he was done, I couldn't even tell that he was here. The cleaning was done poorly and although he offered to come back out to re-clean them, after seeing what a terrible job he did, I decided not to. It was such a big deal because we had to move all the furniture ourselves to save to save the extra charge. I never did get around to having cleaned again.

The representative was very nice and make sure that I was satisfied with the service. I was in my family room and some spots reappeared and called them and they came out the next morning and were able to get the spots out with no charge. Also explained to me why the spots reappeared.

I've used them in the past and was very pleased. In the past, they vacuumed the carpets completely before cleaning them. This time the gentleman did not. Since we have animals, it was very noticeable when it was dry. We had to vacuum to remove the hair. Otherwise, he was on time and very polite.

OK, would be fine if cleaned in all corners. Carpet wasn't very dirty so it wasn't obvious to me at first. But I don't think I paid for a more through job either.

I had all six living areas cleaned. The process went very well. The carpet looks better than it has in years. The technician did a good job getting some of the stains out of the carpet that I'd been unable to remove.

They did a good job. They were real conscientious.

I was very satisfied with their work. Derek was very professional and courteous. He made sure I was satisfied with the job before he finished up.

I was very pleased with Chris as he explained step by step what he was going to do. He measured both rooms and then using an ultra violet light marked all the areas needing the pet solution. We discussed how much the pet solution was, how much was needed and what kind of cleaning services I wanted. He thoroughly applied the pet solution to all of the areas marked including using extra where needed. Beautiful weather allowed us to have our the windows open which was important as the odor intensified as the solution was working. We scheduled a time two days later to clean the carpets and Chris called me that day to let me know when I could expect him. Once the carpets were cleaned they looked and, most importantly, smelled one hundred percent better. One of the things I like the most about ChemDry is that the products they use are not harmful to our pets. They cost more but are definitely worth it.

James arrived on time and I pointed out the areas to be cleaned and areas of concern. He explained he would have a hose connected from his truck and that the door would have to remain ajar. He was very polite as explained what he would be doing and asked where he should connect for power. James worked hard and completed the 3 rooms in about an hour. He had me inspect the rooms and explained that one room would take longer to dry - 3 or 4 hours. I looked at the carpet and there were some discolored areas and thought it was because the carpet was wet. When the carpet was fully dry, the "grayed" areas remained. I called ChemDry the next morning and explained the situation. Asked if a technician could come back to correct the problem before end of day Friday as we had company coming for the weekend. They arranged for James to come at 7:15 Friday morning. He used a different machine and some different chemicals. He was very thorough & thanked me for calling since I wasn't happy.

I thought the stairs weren't done well, so when they called to ask what I thought of their service, I told them I was happy except for the stairs, and they came out and redid it free of charge.

Overall B plus this time, but A last time.
