Kelly showed up on time and did an analysis of our issues. She found several additional areas that we were not aware of and treated those as well. After she finished she showed us some trouble spots to watch out for. She did an excellent job!!

Tech was about 45 mins late. The office did call and let me know in advance. My carpet does look very nice and I am happy with the service. For the past 4 years I have used another highly rated company that uses the steam method. I was under the impression that my carpet would be left drier and dry much faster than if steam is used. That was not the case. Please dont take this as I am unhappy. The results were very good. I turned on my ceiling fans to help dry the carpet as I have done in the past. Chem Dry was also about 80 dollars more than what I have paid the other company. So for me about 160 a year more. I will more than likley try them once more. I need to wait and see if my carpets stay clean longer.

The guy showed up on time and explained in detail what he would be doing. It took around two hours and he did a great job. The nice thing with the chemdry is the carpet dries in around an hour, which is great if you have a pet.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the day I wanted. The technician thoroughly explained the different options but exerted no pressure to select more than what I wanted. He worked carefully and when he wasn't satisfied with several difficult areas, he tried something else which worked.

He gave me a 15% senior discount and was here about an hour or so. I was pleased with the results.

They were good and they came on time. They identified some problems in the carpet and cleaned them. The problem resurfaced after they left so they came back the next day and re-did it. There is no problem now.

ChemDry by Kevin Jones confirmed the appointment the day before and the technician showed up on time and ready to get to work. He was neat, clean, very professional and took the time to explain my options and listen to my concerns. It only took a couple of hours to completely clean the beige berber carpet in my basement and on my basement stairs and the white carpet in a bedroom and on the upstairs landing. The price was very reasonable and even through its been 24-hours since the cleaning, I'm still amazed how great it all looks. All of the carpeting looks brand new! I will definitely use this service again. I appreciate the professionalism of the technician and the quality and results of his work.

They are really good and he is here when he says he is going to be here. The crew that works for him is nice, efficient and helpful. The price was right and I would use him again.

They did a really good job with cleaning the pet stain on our carpets. Their price was a little higher. I will use them in the future again if necessary.

I have used this firm multple times and am always satisfied. They called the day before to remind me they were coming and about an hour before to let me know they were on their way. I have had a different person here each time but they are always clean, well groomed, and very nice. They also gave me a quote on a pick up/delivery of an 11x18 wool oriental. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The job was completed and you could see areas where we had spot cleaned were cleaner than the areas they steam cleaned. There were places where the carpet had not been touched by the nozzle so you knew that the area was not cleaned. I have used other companies and they have done a much better job. Very dissapointed with quality of the work and price was no bargain either. Response: After submitting a prior report giving an unfavorable rating, the company contacted me regarding my problem and scheduled a do over. I had not requested the do over as I suspected that it was the process not the workmanship which was to blame. I appreciate their contacting me and the original workman redid the carpet in the family room. I would note that to get it clean, the carpet was as wet as when other vendors and processes were used, however they were able to get the spoting removed and did a good job overall. Just wish I hadn't had to move out all the furniture twice.

Overall the cleaning specialist, Jeremy, did an outstanding job. My husband was there when Jeremy was cleaning the carpets and had the opporunity to interact with him. According to my husband, Jeremy stated that he enjoys his job - this was evident by the time and effort he put into getting the carpets clean. Jeremy cleaned the carpets in my house as well as I would expect him to do in his own house. He did such a wonderful job that I am still not wearing shoes in my bedroom out of respect for the work he did.

I have a five month old puppy. I had a pee stain on my carpet that was fourteen inches in diameter. I had damage done by someone else. They came in and they could not solve it. That didn?t surprise me. There was another company that came and out. They kept trying to do it. I have old carpet which I am sure makes it more difficult. Chem Dry did make it lighter and they did a great job. They were given a very difficult problem. These were pet stains that had been treated five or six times by other companies. When Chem Dry got there, they were probably pretty set in. Kevin Jones came out for this company. I think they did it as well as it could be done. They were very professional. I would definitely call them back for carpet cleaning. The price was reasonable.

He was very courteous and nice. The only reason that I would not use him in the future is that I simply prefer using the wet method for carpet cleaning.

We had an issue where our dog had left several stains while we were out of town for the week and he stayed with a pet sitter. I knew from researching on here that they would be pricey, but do good service. The CSR was able to quickly quote me a price and let me know the charges for the urine treatment, but that the individual would provide a final quote when he arrived. She even provided me with an extra coupon for the urine treatment. The company called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way and the technician arrived on time. He quickly surveyed the room and did a black light inspection. We agreed upon the prices and services and now how a clean and non-smelling room.

They came out on time and did a good job. They picked up everything and put it on furniture coasters. I like the stuff they use. Our floors are dry not too long after they are done. The cleaning has held up nicely through winter. They call and let me know a time-span of when they will arrive, and then they call me when they are on their way.

I called for an estimate after emailing my floor plan with room sizes. Nicole told me on the phone that the cleaning would cost $350, and there would be a charge of $65 per gallon of stain removal solution. The rep and I walked thru the house using a UV light which showed the stains on the carpet. He then wrote up the estimate and the additional cost for the stain removal was $455....total for the job was $965. Way more than what I would have ever guessed it would be. I really didn't think the carpet was as stained as he pointed out with the UV light but I'd never used this type of carpet service before. I was in shock (to say the least) but needed to have the carpets cleaned for my daughter's graduation open house. I wish I had questioned how it could take 7 gallons of solution. I wish I'd asked to see the 7 gallons of cleaning solution that was used and where exactly it was used. While my carpet is noticeably cleaner I wonder if it could have been done by someone else for much less considering there were 2 coffee stains that he couldn't remove. It took him less than an hour to clean just under 1000 square feet, and I had swept with my Dyson before he came. Though there isn't an option to select this, I'm uncertain if I would use ChemDry again.

I found out about Chem Dry by Kevin Jones through an old book that I had with me. The contractor had installed carpets in the living room, the dining room, the stairs, and the upstairs hall. He had charged more than what I had expected as there was dog urine stains on the floor, which was quite a bit of work. He had used extra urine stain and urine odor removers, and there was something stuck on the carpets from some work done by another provider, and he got that off. He was quiet and much better than the previous service provider. He said the products that he uses are au naturel and that they had to drink the cleaning fluid before they joined the company. It is supposed to be that safe. The product that he used smells wonderful, like oranges. He was five minutes late when he was coming over, but had called to let us know. He had done an excellent job overall.

Company representative was pleasant and on time. The price was high compared to traditional carpet cleaning; however, I thought that would translate into a better product. I was dissapointed with the outcome. For the most part the carpet was NOT noticeably cleaner. In the basement, there were scuff marks from tennis shoes, that I didn't notice prior to the cleaning. I have had better results with the carpet cleaner I purchased from best buy, which I will continue to use and bring in a different professional cleaning service twice/yr for the deep cleaning. Overall, nice people, but the results were less than desireable. PS - In my opinion the allergen treatment did nothing and was a waste of money.
