It was a fine experience. He did an excellent job. I had a coupon and neglected to read the fine print, so it was a little pricier than I thought it would be. It was fine. I have used him in the past. I would recommend understanding the coupon because it's not always obvious. Ask questions and things like that. Otherwise, he is fine.

The carpet cleaning was great! Almost all of the stains came out of the carpet. Kent Spillman was the technician and he did an excellent job. I will request him the next time.

We've had him out a number of times over the years. Generally we are very pleased with him and this last time he sent out a relatively inexperienced fellow. He did not do quite as good a job and so he had to come back. He was relatively talkative. We were satisfied with them and we will use them again. They give coupons and discounts like a three room discount. They are not cheap but they do a good job.

They are always punctual and arrive on time. They always do a good job. They put little pads underneath the table to protect the carpet. I always go with Chem-Dry by Kevin Jones.

It was great! The lady, herself, was outstanding and did excellent work. The carpets look beautiful.

Bottom line, we were pleased with the results. The carpet looks nice again and those high traffic places that I was unable to get clean with my own carpet cleaner look good again, too. Concerning the price, there were extra charges that they did not tell me about over the phone. For example a $10 "Truck Charge" and $30 for pretreating (I think). I would have preferred that they told me this over the phone so that there would be no surprises. Also, after a couple of hours, we had buckling of our carpet. I called and they said that happens with some types of carpets and that it would go away when it dried. That had never happened before, so I went online to read about it and I read that this also happens when too much water is used. Which concerned me a little because instead of drying in 2 to 3 hours as they said, it took more than 24 hours to dry. One of the reasons I chose Chem Dry was because their website said they use less water than traditional cleaners. I gave them a good grade because it did turn out fine in the end and the carpet looks good. I would use them again, but I would talk to them about the amount of water use, first and ask about extra charges over the phone when I schedule.

He showed up on time. He explained the cost to me ahead of time. He took the time to educate me on what fabrics/sofas to buy to make it easier to clean. He got to work right away and I am very happy with the results. There were some spots that I was quite happy they were able to remove.

I put the dollar amount as $0 as I am not sure of the total cost - I had water damage from a bad water heater valve, and it was billed directly to insurance. Shane and Kevin both worked at my condo to remove the water; they were very thorough, very polite, followed up with me to make sure everything went well, and were a pleasure to work with. They also discovered mold (from previous water damage), and were very careful to cover the affected areas so that the blowers would not blow mold spores throughout my home (I am very allergic to mold). I prefer steam cleaning, so I am not sure if I am going to go with the dry cleaning, but otherwise, I would highly recommend them to anyone. As far as the price quoted to clean my carpet (separate from insurance), it was a little out of my range (about $1,100), but I have serious pet damage (both cat and dog), so I am sure I would pay a premium anywhere for the pet odor removal (it would have only been around $140 for three areas and stairs without any pet treatment). I am very happy with them overall, however, and feel like I was treated fairly and respectfully throughout our transactions. Thank you very much!!

I don?t remember the amount I spent. I?ve used them for a long time. I?ve used Chemdry for probably twenty years. I started using them because somebody started this chem dry thing where I used to live earlier. They were my church and personal friends. So when I moved here someone gave me the name of their service and that?s what I have used. I?ve been satisfied with their services. The price was more but then probably everybody?s price was more. I have not checked with anyone else regarding the price. I liked their quality of work. They come on time and they come when they say they are going to. They are very professional. I?ve never had any trouble with them. I would have changed to somebody else if I did have any trouble with them. I would use their services again in the future.

They cleaned pretty well. They have got a machine which they had brought it indoor and it had a long TV thing. We had to keep the doors open for it. That machine was amazing. It really cleaned well. It just looked so good when they finished cleaning and it didn't stay wet for long. It was usually just one person who would come out for cleaning. They were excellent. Every time it was a different employee who comes out. They were always very pleasant and trying to give me the best deal. I would usually keep it on and they would try to work that in. They really worked with me. I used them all the time.

We had cleared the room of all furniture, which I mentioned to the person whom I scheduled the appointment. They stated an estimated price over the phone. However, when the technician got to our home, he wanted to charge me for 2 rooms citing that the stated cost was for trafficways, which assumed that the furniture was in the room. I pushed back and he gave me a 5% discount. In the end, he did a good job. However, in the future, I would only use this company if they gave a written quote before providing the service.

I had used them before, but this time I paid for the additional protection on top of the cleaning. Kent, the service tech arrived on time despite heavy snow and was done in a timely manner. I don't like missing work or being late to stay home for things like this, so I was really glad that he got the job done so fast, yet so effective on a Saturday. They do have a $160 minimum for Saturday appointments for those that need Saturday Service. Kent gave me excellent tips and did an excellent job explaining their cleaning service packages. I will use them again for future jobs.

One worker was sent out and was honest about which stains he felt would not be removed. But, he did promise to do the best he could. When I returned home, I felt my carpets didn?t look much better than before they came. I went ahead and paid them. I complained and a supervisor was sent out. I was only offered an additional service for $300. This was obviously not to my satisfaction. Not wanting to have them back in my home, we decided to work with another company to complete the carpet cleaning.

Went very well. The rep showed up on time, explained all of my options, did a great job cleaning the carpets.

Chris arrived promptly, quickly identified problem areas, and offered suggestions and treatment options. He worked efficiently, was very polite and professional, and the carpet looks OUTSTANDING. I've used ChemDry by Kevin Jones before and been pleased with the quality and service, but Chris' work was exceptional!

Excellent service from scheduling, to review of work to be done and ending with care of carpet after cleaning

Carpets looked wonderful. Chris swept all the carpets, pretreated the carpets, than cleaned the carpets. Chris even did a small bedroom that wasn't in the final quote. Chris was to arrive between 10 AM - Noon, but didn't arrive until 12:35 PM. It did take longer than I anticipated as he finished around 3:15 PM. The only negative is Chris got several text messages while he was cleaning the carpets. Overall, a wonderful experience.

The experience was very positive. The young man who cleaned my carpet was expecially careful with some stubborn spots that had been in the carpet awhile. He was very thorough and worked diligently to satisfy me. I have used this company before and though the workmen who come are different, I am always satisfied with the professionalism of the workmen and the results I get from their service. Best of all, I had an coupon from Angie's List which made the job less expensive.

The only thing I did not ,like was I thought the price for Scotchgard the carpet was a little high. Some of their competitor's include in their basic pricing. However, I did select this company based upon knowing this and other prices. Overall, I was satisfied.

He arrived on time, was very professional, and did FAR ABOVE the call of duty on this cleaning. He vacuumed for 2 hours, had to empty his Dyson bucket at least 5 times for our whole house. He added in additional protection for the carpet against stains, and treated all the dog poop stains as well as he could. Even though they couldn't be gotten out (not their fault, we had initially tried a Rug Doctor which bleached the urine and left stains that just can't be fixed) he really did everything he could. He raked the carpets after and even vacuumed what he raked, and vacuumed hair on the hardwood too. I can't say enough about the great work. He only charged us for the three rooms, and didn't charge for the stain protection or sanitation he put down. He understood how hard it is to keep floors clean with animals, but how important it is with a crawling baby around. What a great guy. I gave him a 50 dollar tip for doing all that work for very little money.

The man had come out for the estimate and returned the next day to finish the job. Joe was his name and he cleaned and reported to us periodically as to what he was finding. He wanted to let us know what he was experiencing what he was finding because we have pets. He also informed us that we had stains on our oriental rugs and when I asked if they cleaned those rugs he said that they did and provided great detail how they do the work. He was able to get some pet stains up that had been there for some time. He had cleaned a hallway that was not included in the original total but after further review we realized that he had only figured what the price would have been and in fact had not charged us for the additional work. So the total of 1204 did not include the cleaning of the hallway. We think he did a good job. The price was fair and we are considering them for the other work with our rugs. I would rate the service as an A in every way but the price was a bit high.

He didn't do well. We told them that we had cat urine that needed to be cleaned up. They came out and poured a lot of liquid on it. They didn't tell us it would take serveral days before they could vacuum it up. We had them come out and vacuum it up 3 or 4 times, but there were still stains and it looks worse than before they came out. It now has actual spots on the carpet. I would not use them again.

Went well. Would hire again. Loved Kelly.

Chris, the technician, called when he was on his way and arrived punctually at the appointed time. He explained the process in detail and told me what to expect. He was very professional and helpful in offering several suggestions including a carpet "protector". He not only offered the "upgrade" but explained why it would be a good idea. The work was completed in the stated time frame, with the result being a "like new" carpet. Excellent expererience!
