Arrived on time. Able to get appointment in one day. Carpet looked a lot better than last cleaning by Stanley Steemer.

The gentleman who cleaned my parents' carpets was very professional and was punctual. The carpets looked great when he was through and he went the extra mile for them and didn't charge for a small office area. They were having a special the week they had their carpets cleaned and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

They were scheduled to be here between 8-8:30. Received a phone call, after getting up at 7 to be ready, that the person had to make another trip first, he got here about 9. I had a stain on the stair coming into the house from he garage, which did not come up which was disappointing. They charge a 10 travel fee which I don't understand why this isn't part of the price and there were other items which could have been purchased, I just wanted the carpets cleaned - not extras to be added on.

It went great! Technician arrived on time and I saved a lot of money by using their $165 offer. I would recommend them to anyone.

Carpet pots and marks that were there before are now gone. it definitely made a difference at our house! Thanks for the great service. We will look into using them again.

I was pleased with the service. They advertise that they don't move furniture and they don't move heavy furniture. I had moved side tables and lamps and chairs from around the dining room table. The technician would have been willing to move some of those things. I liked that they use steam extraction and a cloth rotor machine afterwards. The said that the carpet would dry in 3 to 4 hours and in most places it was. They warned me that some spots might reappear and it has been my experience that the chocolate soy milk stain does reappear, and it did lightly. If I don't replace my carpet I will use them again. I have referred them to a friend.

It went fairly well. I think the tech who was sent out her though; he had not being doing this very long and he even admitted that. It seemed to take him long and my carpets were a lot wetter than they should have been. He ended up having his manager come out and kind of help figure out what he was doing wrong but they solved all the problems and I’m guessing that the tech who was here probably wasn’t employed after another week or so. I have had them a couple of years before and I have been impressed with what they did. I liked their product that I can buy for spot removal and stuff to keep here so I’d like that. In terms of my overall experience I would say I that I would rate them highly because I used them and I used them once at one of my rental properties and I think my last experience was just that a guy was very inexperienced with using the stuff because it was a lot wetter than I have ever had the rug that would been as before.

Two rooms that needed moderate pet stain treatment. I purchased an Angie's List deal for pet treatment for $65. They were very prompt in scheduling the appointment, and showed up on time. However, they presented an estimate of over $600 to clean two rooms of carpet IN ADDITION to the $65 that I had already pre-purchased. I was able to get the price down to $300, but only by eliminating the deodorizing and the stain prevention, and cuttin ghte pet odor down to 1/2 in one room. I was disappointed to spend $365 on two rooms, and not get a full service cleaning. The pet stains were removed. The carpet stayed wet for two days.

The overall customer experience was excellent I received a timely price quote. The cleaner arrived at my home at the promised time and was very professional. We were very pleased with the carpet cleaning.

Joe arrived within the half hour time window that I was given. We talked a little bit about the company, its philosophy, and its management. Together we looked over all the carpet areas I wanted cleaned, asked if I had any coupons, offered the sanitizing and stain retardant services (I bought the latter) and he calculated the cost, advising me of the special they had for Angie's List members. I agreed to the cost and signed the approval. He began to run his sweeper and I let him know I had done so the evening before. He advised me his doing so was standard operating procedure for the company. I went on out on the deck letting him know where to find me if necessary,Within 45 minutes, he called out to me that he was done. We looked again at the carpet areas he cleaned and he talked about some particular areas and that drying time was not long. I paid the bill, and he was on his way. I did turn on my ceiling fans to help with the drying and left the house for about 3 hours. When I returned the carpet felt dry to the touch. I was completely satisfied with this experience and will use ChemDry again.

The cleaning was superb, and I think they did an excellent job with that. The spot I needed removed was an oil stain. They tried up to 3 times to remove the spot, at no additional charge. However they were unsuccessful in removing the spot. The delivery company that actually caused the stain eventually paid to have the carpet replaced.

They did an excellent job. They were on time. I had a great experience and I would recommend them.

The fans were there for three days over a weekend, and he came out each day to check on everything. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

We had a special situation that needed to be taken care of quickly and also ended up being after-hours. Contacted Chem-dry, they were on-site in under two hours. Many other companies that I called first (only b/c I used the phonebook and was new to the area) told me it was too cold and they would not be able to help us. I don't recall who came out after-hours, but they were helpful and knowledgeable. This service was performed quite awhile ago, but the results of their work were great! I recently joined angieslist and it just made sense to post a review for them as they were quite excellent. We'll definitely use them in the future and would recommend to our friends/family.

He did a great job as always. Joe Getts is the person who did the work. I have been using him for about 10 years and am always satisfied. They do what they say they will do.

They are franchised so they have different owners and the one that we used last was Kevin Jones. I thought they did an excellent job. They were very courteous and respectful. They put little covers over their shoes and did an excellent job. We've used them several times. There was another ChemDry association that I used and they were cheaper. They did even a better job but the problem was that they beat up my wood work with their machine pretty bad so I didn't use them again. I haven't had any issues at all with Kevin Jones. I would have liked their price to be lower since the other ChemDry franchise is cheaper. They were really good.

I found them on Angie’s list. I went with them because of the reviews they had on Angie’s list. I have already recommended them to someone else. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I asked for a quote online and was sent an email confirmation that someone would be contacting me soon. They did not. When I called the office, I left a message with a phone number where I could be reached. Again, no one contacted me. The day before I had selected for them to clean, I again called the office to confirm. We were not on the schedule but they did have two appointment times available. I opted to take a chance because my daughter had highly recommended this company although my experience with them to this point was not a positive one. Two technicians performed a walkthrough of our home and took notes. Afterwards they discussed their findings and gave an estimate. Tech was very honest in telling us our carpets were not that dirty with the exception of the basement that had several pet stains.Quote given for pet stain removal was too high so we opted to have eleven areas of our home cleaned and to replace the basement carpet. We were told it would take 3-4 hours to dry but it was more like 5-6. The techs were very professional and did a great job. We were pleased with the final result although we felt it was a little pricey for just doing the traffic areas.

Great customer service - submitted a request for quote on-line and got a phone call the next day as follow up. Gave clear estimate of pricing, and got us scheduled for the next week. Technician arrived on time and was very professional; measured the areas, showed me how he arrived at the price, offered certain additional products such as stain cleaning and a stain protectant. I declined and there was no hard sell, he went right to work. Only issue was that the carpet was not completely dry after 3hrs, as I was told it would be. Turned up the heat, and dried no problems.Will definitely use again.

iHe got all the spots out and the carpet looks fine. I was disappointed that he did not clean the small carpet pads that we keep in front of our chairs. I did not tell him to clean them because I assumed he would, and didn't notice that they were not cleaned until after he had left. I also thought the price was a little high for the amount of work done. Next time I will get a couple of estimates.

He was punctual and obviously took pride in his work. We were satisfied with the job.

Everything went well. I used them as a result of their offer to do three rooms for $105.00 However, the total bill ended up being twice what I thought it was going to be. I realize stairs are additional but there was some other add on's that added to the bill. I had no objection to the additional charges but I would recommend you get all the info upfront.
