I HAVE USED CHAPMAN FOR 12 YEARS. THERE WAS NO QUESTION THAT I WOULD USE THEM FOR THIS INSTALLATION. I HAD COMPANY COMING AND I HAD TO GET A NEW AIR CONDITIONER PUT IN BEFORE THEY ARRIVED; AND THEY DID! I REQUEST A CERTAIN PERSON AND I ALWAYS GET HIM. THEY DO VERY WELL SCREENING THEIR EMPLOYEES AND THEY LISTEN TO YOU IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A CERTAIN TECHNICIAN. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME.
