Matt Harrold is the owner. He does a good job. He is good, fast, punctual and cheap. He is a personal referral from a fellow I knew in the construction field. I have been using him for a couple years now. He has done some faucet repair and other minor things. I would use him again in future.

Chris is the one who came out. He is fantastic, always on time, neat, courteous, and always puts on shoe covers. There was no charge for the service because I have a contract with them.

Overall the work was prompt, worker courteous, price good, discounts were given, advice appreciated.

They are the only people we use for the system and it never cost us a cent. The furnace has a change filter warning light on it. When the light goes on I call and they come and change the filters.

They are always polite & professional. Very good about calling if they will arrive later that originally planned. They provide a thorough service and inform us very well of the condition of our systems. We have been very satisfied with the price too.

During a routine maintenance cleaning of our furnace, it was found to have a cracked heat exchanger. After calling 3 other heating/cooling places to get a price on replacing the heat exchanger, Chapman's was the least expensive so we went with them. The office called to let me know that the technician was on his way. He arrived promptly and got to work. He was very thorough and informative throughout the process. He closed everything up when he was finished and tested the furnace to make sure it was heating now, etc. He left his work space as he found it. The technician was friendly and professional. Though I think it took longer than Chapman's had anticipated, I was still charged the price given to me over the telephone.

They were able to make repairs on an old A/C system rather than replace it entirely, which saved a lot of money. The salesman was very responsive, and gave this issue more attention than I expected. He was friendly and helpful. The work done seems to be fine--no problems noticed. The worker cleaned up after himself adequately. I was pleased with the experience.

They have been really good. They are very prompt and very helpful. They are flexible with getting over here and giving us lead time. I am very pleased with them.

I have used his service two other times in the past. He is very personable, he is timely. His prices are very reasonable. He come recommended by the company we were buying our fixtures from.

They bid the best cost, very professional, sent a crew out to remove the hot water heater, very efficient, everything was cleaned up. You could see it was a first rate job out there.

On Saturday night July 12, 2008 our A/C stopped cooling the house. Not wanting to make a Sunday call we pulled out the fans we had and I waited until Monday to call for service. I found a different contractor to come out and determine the problem. It cost me $85.00, for the diagnostic service, and was told that he found "compressor to have bad windings. Either Compressor or AC system will need replaced to repair problem. Quoted $1294.91 total price to replace compressor." He also said it would cost about $3000 to replace the A/C system, although I wasn't sure why I would need a new A/C unit. I was also told it would be Thursday or Friday before they could get the compressor because it would need to be ordered. I was not happy with the wait to get the new compressor from that contractor so I called a few other places to see if they might have the compressor available. I called Chapman provided them the Brand "Bryant 561" Model # and Serial # from the other contractor quote and bill from the diagnostic service. I was told by the Chapman Rep on the phone that this unit had a five year warranty and that based on the SN my unit was only 4 years old he could tell by the Serial # I provided. If they had to replace the unit I would only need to pay for the labor and the part would be covered under the Bryant warrant. Over the phone he said that, that would be about $600 - $700. So I told him that would be great and asked if he could come out and fix it the next day. He said he was on the way home, because it was about 5:30 PM by the time I talked to him. He said my home was not far out of the way to stop that night and he would check to verify that I did need a new compressor. He stopped by a short time later, checked the system and found I only needed a new capacitor. The tech Mitchell said the unit looked like it could use a cleaning and servicing. I asked if he could come back out tomorrow to do the cleaning a servicing since I knew he was on the way home. He said he could do it then if I wanted it done. I asked him to do that and with every thing the total cost was $220.00. I have found the company that I will use for all future Heating and A/C problems. I highly recommend them you use Chapman. Mitchell was prompt, cheerful, and courteous and definitely didn't seem to take advantage of my problem. We had a nice comfortable night of sleep in a cool house. I can call them anytime and they will come to check the unit, I have a three year contract with them. All I ever have o pay for is for a new filter. They are always right on time, call ahead and are so great.

CHRIS AND MIKE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WAS CALLED AND TOLD THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY AND THEY ARRIVED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE FROM CHAPMAN. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEY FINISHED AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THEM WHEN WE CAME HERE AND THEY HAVE LIVED UP TO IT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. MY FURNACE WAS CLEANED AND PREPARED FOR WINTER AND IT DIDN'T COST ME ANYTHING. I THINK THAT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY WAS A WISE AND PRUDENT THING TO DO. WE STILL HAVE THREE MORE VISITS ON THE CONTRACT AND I'M SURE WE WILL HAVE NO PROBLEMS. WHAT I LIKE BEST ABOUT THEM IS THAT I CAN REQUEST THE SERVICE MAN THAT I WANT TO COME. HE HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR SEVEN YEARS (CHRIS) AND HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. TO ME THAT IS A GOOD DEAL.
