Their estimate for the siding seemed a little expensive but it seemed like good quality product. They did come down on price for me.

They did a good job with the work for the most part. There were a few issues with the work. They had initially said they were going to replace a stained glass window portion of the door that had a bubble in it, but they never actually replaced it.

They did good job. It cost a little more than I thought it would. But, the service was great. They were very punctual. They came when they said they would. It keeps the cold air out.

The salesman was pretty long-winded and took a lot longer than was necessary on his initial visit. However, the rest of the process was very smooth, and these are very, very good quality windows. We checked Energy Star's ratings, and these were the best. Our son's room used to heat up with the midday sun, but now he can open his blinds and not worry about the sun. We are very happy.

They were the only ones that could build a door that would fit in my home. They installers were very good. It was a complicated installation because of the size of opening and they made sure everything fit right.

They came out and took measurements and in 2 days it was in. One day to pour the slab & the next day to put in the patio room. After all these years it's still great and maintenance free.

They are very professional. They brought a whole crew and were done in a very short time. The salesman followed up on the work afterward. We would recommend them to anyone.

We had used Champion before for siding, which they had done a very good job with, so we really weren't looking for the hard sell, we just wanted the price. Despite that, we had to sit through the 2 hour sales pitch. We went with Champion because of the price (and good prior experience). Our windows are great. Our doors are the problem. We use our sliding glass door like a regular entry door because we park behind our house. These doors are apparently not made for this (despite the assurances of our salesman to the contrary). The lock is so stiff that my key has literally bent 45 degrees from the pressure of trying to open it. It takes 2 hands to turn the keys. My elderly mother, or a child, would not be able to lock or unlock this door. I had a service call to try to adjust it, and they informed me that the doors are not meant to be used this way (to walk in and out of?!?!?) and suggested that I attach a dowel rod or use pliers to turn the key to get more torque on it. I'm not kidding. A month or two later the lock on the screen broke. It's a small metal piece that we could easily replace ourselves, but they wouldn't just mail us one, we had to wait for a service call. This is very problematic for us, as my cat can open the screen if it's not locked, so we had to keep the door shut for the week waiting for the service call. When he came and fixed it, we asked if he could leave us a couple extras of that lock, so we could just replace it ourselves if it happened again, and they would not (it's just a little metal latch, it can't be expensive). Now that latch is broken again. In addition, the handle on the glass door has gotten looser and looser, and now one of the screws has pulled all the way through, causing the handle to be very loose and unsecure. I had service out again. He blamed the broken latch on us, saying we must be pulling on it when locked. It's just my husband and I here, we don't have kids or anything, and we always know it's locked, so the only other possible culprit is the cat, but shouldn't a door latch be able to stand up to a cat? He also blamed the loose handle on us, or suggested maybe someone was trying to break in, but the loose screw is on the inside, and there is no other evidence anyone attempted to break in. He had to order a part for the handle, which we've now waited 2 weeks for, and in the meantime, he didn't even fix the screen latch; I guess he's waiting to do both at once, but why not do it while he was there? Bottom line, the windows are great. The doors are great, except for this whole lock/handle debacle. We feel that the salesman misrepresented the product, if it can't handle heavy traffic, we should have been told that honestly. We were very upfront about how we use it. Champion has fixed everything so far, but we feel it's been ridiculous to have all these problems in the first place. We have 3 more windows to replace, and don't know if we will use them again.

I love my windows. I called others to get estimates and settled on this company. Their price was the lowest quote. They came out and measured and ordered the windows. They are very clean and cleaned everything up each night. They did excellent work. I am happy with the finished product.

This company is excellent! They are trustworthy and reliable. They worked in the alloted time frame and they stayed within the original estimate. We are pleased with our windows and doors and they all look very nice.

The quality of their product is good.

They were excellent. The workmanship was great and the workers were great. Very courteous and decent men. There was no smoking, no foul language or music played. They were gentlemen.

The salesman came out to give us an estimate to replace 17 double-hung windows. He gave us the "hard" sell and bad-mouthed just about every competitor. Our daughter was sick and in obvious need of my wife and I, yet he continued to deliver his "sales pitch" as if nothing was going on. I finally asked him to get to the punch-line and let us know how much it would cost. He continued to give the "sales pitch' and finally, after two hours of pain, we were finally able to get our estimate and get him out of the house. We would definitely not trust Champion. ($11,500)

In January 2006 I spent $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 replacing all the windows in my home through Champion Windows. I was happy with the company until recently when I was washing what appeared to be a dirty window, only to discover that the "dirt" wouldn't come off. I called the company. They said they would send someone out to look at it but it would cost me $53.00 for a trip charge. Regardless of whether the window ended up being a warranty problem for which they would be responsible or not, I was going to have to pay the $53.00 trip charge. I expressed my concern about the charge and was told in an unconcerned manner that that is what it would cost me to have them come out and determine if it was a manufacturer's problem or not. It was, in fact, their (the manufacturers) problem and they are going to replace it at no cost to me - except that pesky trip charge. It may seem reasonable to charge a trip charge if the window turns out to be faulty due to negligence on the part of the homeowner; however, to charge me to come out and tell me that the product you sold me was bad, seems somewhere outside the bounds of reasonableness.

I called Champion and they came to my home and gave me a quote of $1,530. I called another company and they replaced the door for $450. Champions prices were extremely high!

They did a fantastic job. It was a clear day, but a cold one. They did all the windows in the morning, took them about 4 hours. Took around 2 weeks to have the custom windows made. They are very reliable, I felt like I was dealing with someone who can communicate, talk, and get the work done at the same time. They were great. We didn't get cold during the install, either.

They shorted us a window. We paid for it but the men did not deliver it. When I brought it to their attention, the gentleman got very upset and was a smart-aleck. He came out with his boss and counted my windows, as if I was going to cheat them out of a window. They also did that with my shutters. When I looked at the shutters I noticed that they did not install a new set of shutters; we paid for it and they thought they could get away with not installing it. Even the service men told me when they were installing the windows; they said the salesman screwed up every time. Spending that kind of money, there was no excuse to short us a window and shutters. The installers did a great job and were very nice, neat and vary mannerly. That doesn't say anything for the owner or salesman.

Jason came for an estimate and since it would match what we had, we did go ahead and place the order. They thought it may be in by the holidays, but didn't come in until the first week in January. I love Champion. The only thing that was frustrating is I was told they plan 3 - 4 hours for installation and they don''t do late installs. I had to arrange to use 4 hrs vacation time. The two gentlemen who did install arrived early, installed the door, cleaned up and were done in 55 minutes.

We are having a slight problems with the way the door is closing. We feel that it is due to the way it was installed. We will be getting in contact with the company in order to have them repair any problems.

The windows were installed by two teams (4 guys-Jim, Slim, Cory and Brent) on August 15th in one day. They were polite and skilled and cleaned up very well. It was a good experience and we would use them again and would recommend the company and its employees.

They were very quick to come back out to fix any problems.

The guy showed up and only stayed about 5-10 minutes. He gave me a ballpark guesstimate. I never did see an estimate that included what I needed the estimate for and he didn't even bother to show me any of the window selections. As soon as I said I wouldn't be getting the work done until next year, he was done with me. I will not ever do business with this company. I know I'm getting work done next year, but if this company can't even bother to give me an estimate or show me their selection, they don't deserve any business at all.

They are excellent! From the sales people to the installers they are wonderful.

We also spoke with a man in the showroom and arranged for in home appointment. I thought they were highly overpriced. They gave us several options for ways to save money but the price was still outrageous. They were very punctual, professional and knowledgeable.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I WAS PLEASED, AND I WOULD GO TO THEM AGAIN. THEY HAD A GOOD QUALITY OF WORK. I CALLED THEM, AND THEY CAME ON TIME AND DID THE JOB THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.
