Excellent job. They were very thorough, and spotless.

The initial painting and wall prep of the work was not done well. But, the company has a warranty program. So they came out and completely fixed the work. Overall I would still recommend the company. I think a lot of the quality depends on the crew. Just be sure to get a good crew and it will work out well. I have used them also for 2 prior painting jobs and had no issues.

This company is very professional but their prices are a bit higher than other quotes we got for the same job.

Very well. The estimate was promptly prepared, and communications were effective. The painters were attentive, careful, tidy, and very willing to accommodate any questions or suggestions that I had. My wife and I were very satisfied.

Very responsive. Lots of good information and very professional. The sales person gave me a folder with a printed estimate that even included a photo of my house. The folder had information about the company and products, but also included a copy of their insurance and warrantee information. This company knows how to present. They were definately the lowest estimate I received! I went with a different painter only because I felt more confident when an owner/painter actually gave me an estimate, as opposed to a salesperson who was honest that he did not do painting for the company.

When I called, they responded very quickly. He was professional and looked around. He gave me an estimate. He was very friendly and responded well to my questions. But, I decided not to hire them.

Jose and his staff did an excellent job. They were very professional and respectful.

They were just so professional. They knew I had already selected a color of paint, but they used a different brand. They were very good, however, of matching the color that I had selected. They were extremely professional and courteous.

The painting crew was on-time and efficient. The quality of the painting was very good. Where there were areas of questionable quality/coverage, they responded quickly to correct and then to check my satisfaction.

Brad Loheide (Residential Sales Consultant) answered all my questions and emails after our original meeting. Anthony Parsons (On-site Supervisor) and his crew did a good job with the entire project. Anthony acted as translator to assure workers knew what needed to be done. He also made sure the job was done to our satisfaction and corrected any concerns we had. An error in ceiling painting of the Bathroom resulted in the whole room needing to be painted. Anthony took care of getting the paint and completing the job without further cost to us. Anthony came back and fixed a wall not coated twice after job completed. Anthony did a thorough walk-through and crew cleaned up very well after the project was completed.

Very good customer service department. Initial representative was very professional and responded very timely to questions and concerns. Overall, painting was good, however, some items needed touch ups. They came back very quickly to do that.. Very professional.

THEY SUBCONTRACT THE JOB. THIS MADE IT HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE WORKERS. (THEY DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL).

VERY NICE PEOPLE AND VERY NICE JOB. HAD TO REQUEST A LITTLE EXTRA CLEANUP AROUND THE WINDOW PANES, BUT THEY WERE PROMPT & RESPONSIVE. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THE SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT THE PAINTERS WERE NOT PAINTERS. THEY WERE JUST HIRED HELP. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY DID COME BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO TRY TO CLEAN UP THEIR PAINT SPLATTERS, ETC. WE HAVE WITHHELD $500 UNTIL WE SEE HOW THE PAINT BLENDS IN.

I HAD TO POINT TO THE PLACES THAT NEEDED PAINTING. THEY COULDNT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.

THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT BUT THE PROCESS BY WHICH TO HAVE THE WORK DONE WAS POOR. I RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE IN MAY. THE ESTIMATOR WAS PROFESSIONAL, WELL ORGANIZED WITH GOOD ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I CALLED IN MID JULY TO HAVE THE WORK PERFORMED THE LAST WEEK OF AUGUST WHILE I WAS HOME ON VACATION. THE ESTIMATOR STATED THAT MY JOB WOULD ONLY TAKE A COUPE OF DAYS SINCE MOST OF THE HOUSE IS BRICK/ SIDING. THEY CALLED TWO DAYS PRIOR TO PRESSURE WASHING THE HOUSE. THE PRESSURE WASHING WAS WELL DONE. THE PAINTERS WERE TO CALL THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO PAINT THE HOUSE. THEY CALLED AT 5:00PM ON THE THURSDAY AND WANTED TO START THE NEXT DAY. I INFORMED THEM THAT WE WERE LEAVING ON VACATION THE FOLLOWING DAY AND WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE IF PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS AROSE. I CALLED THE NUMBER THAT I HAD BEEN GIVEN UPON OUR RETURN AND NOONE CALLED BACK. I WAITED SEVERAL DAYS, THEN CALLED BACK. PATICK STATED THAT HECTOR WOULD START ON FRIDAY OR SAT. HE STARTED ON THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY.

THE CERTAPRO CREW DID A FABULOUS JOB ON THE ACTUAL PAINTING: THE EDGES ARE PRECISE, THE CORNERS ARE PERFECT AND I HAVENT FOUND ANY DRIPS OR THIN SPOTS AT ALL. THE PAINTERS ARE TRUE PROFESSIONALS. UNFORTUNATELY, THE SCHEDULING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE AWFUL. THE SALES REP AND FOREMAN COULDNT AGREE ON HOW LONG THE JOB WOULD TAKE AND IT TOOK 4 PHONE CALLS TO FIGURE THAT OUT. IT TOOK 3 WEEKS AND 5 PHONE CALLS TO GET THEM TO COME BACK AND DO TOUCH UPS. THE CREW DISAGREED WITH THE PRICE ESTIMATE SO WE HAD TO RESOLVE THAT, TOO. THEY PAINTED 2 ROOMS WITH THE WRONG COLOR PAINT AND ALTHOUGH THAT WAS AN HONEST MISTAKE, IT JUST ADDED TO THE MESS. THEY GET AN A+ FOR THE PAINTING BUT AN F FOR ORGANIZATION.

THEY RESPONDED TO THE CALL QUICKLY. JOHN WAS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL, BUT IT CAME DOWN TO PRICE AND I WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.

OVERALL PAINT JOB WAS GOOD. JOB TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS LONGER THAN ESTIMATED, BUT THIS WAS NOT A PROBLEM AS THIS WAS NOT A RUSH JOB. CERTA-PRO IS A FRANCHISE AND SUB-CONTRACTORS ACTUALLY DO THE WORK. SOME ISSUES WITH ESTIMATE BUT RESOLVED FAVORABLY WITH THE SUB-CONTRACTOR. TOWARD END OF JOB, PAINTERS SEEM TO HURRY TO MEET A DEADLINE FOR RECEIVING PAYMENT FROM THE FRANCHISE. AS A RESULT, THERE WAS CONSIDERABLE OVERSPRAY OF PAINT ON A ONE STORY SECTION OF THE ROOF. FORTUNATELY IT WAS ON THE BACKSIDE OF RESIDENCE, BUT THIS COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY AVOIDED. GOOD CLEAN UP OF AREA AND PROFESSIONAL TO DEAL WITH. SINCE THERE ARE MULTIPLE CREWS (SUBS), OTHERS WILL LIKELY HAVE DIFFERENT SUBCONTRACTOR. READ ESTIMATE CAREFULLY, PARTICULARLY ABOUT CAULKING AROUND WINDOWS AND DOORS, ESPECIALLY WHERE THERE IS ADJACENT BRICKWORK.

DID AN EXCELLENT JOB - ESTIMATE WAS VERY GOOD, AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT GETTING THE JOB DONE. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AS WELL.

DID A GREAT JOB - FINISHED ENTIRE JOB IN TWO DAYS!! AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. GREAT VALUE AND SERVICE.

ACTUALLY HAD THIS WORK PERFORMED LAST FALL, BUT HAD TO CALL BACK FOR WARRANTY WORK ON THE RAILING PAINT JOB. PRIMER HAD FAILED, CAUSING PAINT TO PEEL SEVERELY OFF OF THE DECK RAILING. MARK ADDRESSED MY CONCERN WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND HAD A CREW OUT TO RE-DO THE JOB WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS. LOOKS GREAT, AND IM PLEASED TO HAVE SELECTED CERTA PRO.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH CERTA PRO WAS QUITE POOR AND I WOULD NEVER USE THEIR COMPANY AGAIN. THE SALESPERSON WAS QUITE CONFIDENT THAT THEY COULD ACCOMMODATE THE JOB REQUESTED, WHICH INCLUDED A LARGE DETAILED CAULK JOB. THEY ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED THE WORK TO BEGIN IN MAY, BUT DID NOT START UNTIL JULY. THE CREW THEY SEND WAS NOT QUALIFIED TO HANDLE THE DETAILED WORK REQUESTED. I HAD A VERY DIFFICULT TIME REACHING THE APPROPRIATE PEOPLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THE JOB TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN NECESSARY. THEY DID DEDUCT THE CHARGE FOR THE CAULKING, SINCE IT WAS NOT TO MY SATISFACTION, HOWEVER THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS FRUSTRATING. I FELT MY JOB WAS TO BABYSIT THE CREW TO BE SURE THEY WERE DOING THE WORK REQUESTED.
