Description of Work: Jim did not actually come to my house and do the work. He answered my questions over the phone and helped me to fix the door myself without charge. He was very kind and helpful. I spoke with him three times on the phone. I would call him in a heartbeat to come out and actually work on my door and charge me for it.

Description of Work: Electric overhead door did not work. After calling this company for service they responded and scheduled a technician the next day. Technician explained the prognosis and replaced the shorted circuit board. Also replaced one broken hinge, adjusted the chain tension, and greased the mechanisms. Technician was prompt, competent, and professional.

The door stopped before causing damage to the car, however, it cause one roller to come out of the track. Broad Ripple OH Door came over and adjusted the spring, lubricated the rollers and all parts of the system, reinstalled the roller that had come loose.

Description of Work: Garage door torsion spring broke preventing use of either car. Called company, he walked me through opening procedure with broken spring. I raised door so wife could rush to her visit with 3 nursing home parish woman. In one hour worker came, replaced spring, and suggested also replacing worn out rollers. Worker adjusted door and worked perfectly because top garage sill had warped requiring micro adjustments of electrical control to perfection. Wrote a check and I am very satisfied with the timeliness, courtesy and low cost.
