Description of Work: DOOR MOTOR WOULD HUM BUT NOT OPEN DOOR. TECHNICIAN JEFF CAME AND IMMEDIATELY DIAGNOSED A SHREDDED DRIVE BELT, JAMMING THE MOTOR. HE REPLACED THE BELT AND CHECKED ADJUSTMENT OF THE BELT AND DOOR.
