Broad Ripple Overhead Doors & Openers

I called up this morning and they asked if this afternoon would be okay, and I said sure. They said between 3:00 and 5:00 and they were out here right at 3:00. Before they came they called to ascertain what size spring I had. They showed up and were very punctual and very easy to talk to. I got the impression that they had done this job a lot and they did it well.

I asked Broad Ripple Overhead Doors and Openers to replace my old garage door of 30 plus years. They sent in a representative the next day to take the measurement. The new door was installed two days later. The job is very nicely done. Their workers are very friendly. The door is not cheap but this company performs quality work. I'd use them again.

We were very pleased with the prompt response to our call and the quality of the work. We got useful information on how to prevent a future problem and got the whole system checked out.

This company defines ''can do''! They were prompt for both the estimate and the job. They were friendly, courteous, and always very positive. My original door broken about a week before the door I ordered came in. I had a job interview that morning, and I couldn't leave the garage open all day. Without hesitation, they raced out to my house and got the door to close, and didn't even charge me! The experience was great, the work was superb, and they've completely spoiled me on any other company.

They sent someone to look at the issue the same morning we discovered the door wasn't working. Their employee diagnosed the problem and helped us get our cars out of the garage. The new door looks nice, and they did a good job and did it quickly.

They came quickly to get us in operation and installed the new opener next day. They didn't try to sell everything new. We have used them for a number of years. We are 100% satisfied.

All aspects of the job were great. The new door is very nice, insulation on the bottom fits fine. New rails put up making the door very quiet. Rotted trim was replaced and cut neatly. He caulked joints. They came recommended by 2 friends and I am as pleased as they were.

Arrived on time. Pricing was exactly as described on Angie's list report. I have used this company before and would again. Repairman was polite and skilled. He discussed the damage and made recommendations that I accepted. I was doubtful about the need for new rollers but very pleased with the result. The door is much quieter with the new rollers.

They were on time, polite, did the work promptly, and the cost was less than the estimate. They also offered to work on the door the same day I called, but I was not available that day. We made the appointment for the following day. They also inspected the opener and indicated it was beginning to show signs of wear, but that it should last for some time and it was not necessary to replace it now. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

Jim was on time for the appointment to estimate replacement and quickly made measurements to ensure the proper sized doors were ordered. Once the work was scheduled, it took most of the day since they ran into several problems with the installation in our older home. They made an extra trip the next day to ensure that the outside opener was working properly. We had used them previously to perform adjustments to our old garage doors and they gave good advice which allowed the doors to last this long.

This company installed our door in 1994. We called them a year ago for a minor repair and were pleased then. We did not hesitate to call them this time. We were fortunate they had a cancellation and came out right away. Since we had to wait on a part, Gary replaced everything he could so we could at least manually use the door until the part came in. Gary made sure I could lift the door manually and showed me how to lock it. When they called to say the part was in, Gary was at our house in less than 15 minutes to install it. We would highly recommend this company.

THE DISPATCHER WORKED WITH MY REQUEST TO ARRANGE A REASONABLE TIME THAT MORNING TO MEET FOR THE REPAIR. THE REPAIRMAN SHOWED UP ON TIME, (ACTUALLY A LITTLE EARLY WHICH WAS GOOD SINCE I WAS WAITING). THE REPAIR WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE OVERALL. RECOMMENDED!

BROAD RIPPLE OVERHEAD DOORS WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND HELPFUL. THEY TRIED TO HELP US FIX THE PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE BEFORE MAKING A SERVICE CALL. THEY ALSO MADE A COSMETIC REPAIR WHICH WAS NOT RELATED TO REPAIRING THE DOOR. I WILL LOOK TO THEM WHEN I NEED TO REPLACE THIS GARAGE DOOR OPENER.

I CALLED IN THE MORNING AND THEY SENT GARY OUT THE SAME DAY TO FIX THE DOOR. HE WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE JOB.

THEY CAME OUT QUICKLY TO REVIEW THE PROJECT, SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE WORK, and DID EXCELLENT WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER.

I WAS PLEASED WITH HIS PROMPTNESS, ATTITUDE, AND WORKMANSHIP.

THESE PEOPLE WERE FANTASTIC. THEY CAME TO LOOK AT THE SITUATION, INDICATED THEY THOUGHT IT COULD BE REPAIRED AND THEY, IN FACT, DID SO THE NEXT DAY. THE DOOR IS STRONGER NOW THAN BEFORE AND THEY FIXED THE BENT PANEL SO THAT I CAN'T TELL IT EVER HAD A PROBLEM.

THEY DELIVERED AS PROMISED AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. PRICE IS WITH A $5 DISCOUNT.
