Broad Ripple Overhead Doors & Openers

It went very well. They did a nice job. They were on time. They did it for the price they quoted. Everything was fine.

My husband thought he did a great job. He explained everything to him and how he could keep his garage doors working well.

Garage door broke mid-afternoon on a Friday. Repairman came right out, found problem was broken spring, went back for part and returned to do repair. He was here past five on Friday. Great response. Previously had a good experience with them installing new door opener about a year and a half ago.

They stated that they would have been cheaper then a competitor, but ended up not being cheaper.

The guy who did the work was excellent. They had done some work for us in the past, which they remembered even though we did not. They were very responsive and reasonable, and I couldn't be happier with the work.

My overhead door was out of alignment so I called them to come out. They came right out my home and repaired the door. When they left they said that I should call them with any issues and that I should look in to replacing the door. They are honest and they had a good price for their services. I would recommend them overall.

We noticed large gaps in our 1988-built condo's garage door and its original weather stripping and bottom door seal. Daylight streamed through the gaps. Broad Ripple Over-head doors and Openers came out the next day after I called and evaluated what I needed to fix this drafty situation. The technician installed the new weather stripping on both sides and the top of the door, the new weather seal on the bottom of the door, and then pointed out to me the frayed metal cable used to raise the door (it was almost frayed in half). He also showed me the wobbling, almost-falling-off metal rollers in the tracks on each side of the door. I instructed him to replace all of those defective or breaking parts. As a bonus, he spent about 15 minutes tightening all nuts and bolts and lubricating all moving parts. We are very pleased with the now-sealed-tight door and its moving parts. The technician was not 'pushy' or anything.... he merely pointed out reality as I watched him do everything from start to finish.

Jim responded the next day to my request for an estimate; once the exterior painting was complete on my house the new doors were installed. Jim kept me posted in terms of scheduling and installation. No problems with the installation, and I am very pleased with the doors. Jim is very personable and applies no pressure in terms of sales - if I could give this company an "A+" I would!

I was very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency.

For now he has solved our issue without a service call (though would have been able to schedule service the afternoon of my call). This company is now at the top of our list when we do need service.

They gave us options of fixing a broken part or replacing our 1980's era opener. We elected to replace it.

The entire replacement process inquiry, door inspection, etc. of the door went very well.

This is a small company and I have used them several times. They do exactly as they say they will. They are punctual and I have always been satisfied with their work.

I received a very thorough explanation of the issues resulting in a very high comfort level with the service rep. The garage door opener is an older unit (14 years) so I was pleased he knew what to do.

He came out the same afternoon that I called and made the repair quickly. He also lubed the rollers and replaced several bolts. I asked him to evaluate my (very) old door opener and, after inspecting it, he said it was in fine shape and did not try to sell me a new one. Great experience!

They gave a fair and very complete estimate and stuck to it. There were no surprises. The estimate was broken-down as far as how much the haul away of the old doors would be, to the amount the labor would be, and the amount the taxes would be. They were very kind, friendly, and courteous. They answered all of my questions. They went out of their way to make sure I knew all the facts before I made my purchase. The installer was on-time, clean, and very professional. He did an excellent job installing the doors and door opener. He cleaned-up after the job. They included free items and helped me out all they could. The doors are high quality, very attractive, and a very reasonable price. They look beautiful. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company.

When a contractor installed the doors a few years ago, they simply screwed the arms into the door, omitting the crucial steel mounting plate. The screws eventually pulled loose out of the door, so we needed repair. Gary came the same day I called, and immediately set upon fixing the doors. Knew his craft. Quick, efficient.

The estimator was late for the scheduled appointment, but exceptionally nice when he arrived. The garage door installer was professional and courteous. All job debris was removed. I noticed a small dent in one of the panels a day after installation. Broad Ripple came out and replaced the dented panel and the one beneath it a few days later. Price was about what I expected to pay, but increased by $30 over estimate due to increase in steel price since original estimate (about 7 weeks).

We have used Broadripple Overhead doors in the past and we have always been very satisfied with their work. They arrived on schedule, installed the new opener and keypad and reset my vehicle sensor to open the garage door.

They responded to us the next day. They were here on time. They had very reasonable prices. They did very high quality work. I would recommend them and use them again.

Our garage door opener stopped functioning. Called Broadripple Overhead Door about 7:45 AM and they had a man out a half hour later. Could have repaired the old opener, which was nine years old, or install a new one. Chose to install a new one. Also, had him move the location of the opener so the garage door went all the way up. He also programmed the universal opener in my car, which I was never able to do. Technician was courteous, competent and cleaned everything up.

this is the second time we have used this company. He responds promptly, his charges are reasonable and he always does that little bit extra service.
