Brad from Broad Ripple Appliance came out and determined that the washer was broken beyond repair. He was very helpful in giving suggestions of what to look for in a new washer and which ones he might recommend. Always a pleasure to do business with Broad Ripple Appliance.

The serviceman, Brad, called ahead and arrived early in the window of time estimated. He quickly assessed our malfunctioning dishwasher and advised me that a certified factory technician would be needed to do the repair. He was forthright, honest and quick. In addition, he refused to require the trip charge stating, "I don't ask people to pay for my ignorance." He gave me a plan of action and tips for addressing issues in the future. It was a fabulous example of good customer service that we don't often see. Thank you, Brad and Broad Ripple Appliance Repair!

Washer would not power on. Advised that (1) the drum was broke and (2) the circuit board was out of order. I was advised that a new washer was highly advised and a model, but not a dealer, was recommended for best service based on their experience. They do not sell appliances, just service them. Very pleased.

Very well. Brad was quick to come out. He diagnosed the problem, and explained to me exactly what was going on. He took care of the problem, and did extra things that are above and beyond what I've come to expect in service. Would use again, and recommend highly!

I called this company at 9 a.m.because my usual provider couldn't come out until Monday. I described the problem and was able to get an appointment for the next day. To my surprise, we got a call about noon from the technician. Because I had described the problem in detail when I called the office, he knew that the problem was the door switch -- a simple fix so he fit me in between other appointments. By 2 p.m. I again had a working dryer. The cost of the service call was high, but the total cost was quite reasonable.

Brad did a great job fixing our refrigerator. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the issue. The defrost heater was replaced and it was back working in about 1.5 hours. I will use them again.

Brad was very efficient, knowledgable and polite. He checked our washer for us as well; as we have a 15-18 year old set. We did pay approximately $150....the part was 32; the labor was 40 and the service call was 69.95. A bit high for a service call, but worth every penny!

The technician was very professional and helpful. Not only did he replace sprayer, but he gave us instructions as to how to optimize our dishwashing. And I have passed these hints on to my daughters.

Fantastic! He explained what was wrong, (worn out plastic fan piece) showed me the worn out part and had a replacement in the truck. Nice experience!

They exceeded my expectation. They came on time, they were very efficient. Got the washer fixed right away.

Friendly, responsive call center. I was able to get same day service. Brad diagnosed more than our basic knowledge of the problem. He thoroughly inspected all of the critical mechanical parts, offered his recommendation after showing me the cracked & worn belt and a pulley that also was significantly worn and did not push for extra work, but allowed a thorough understanding of how the machine worked. He ran the numbers for just the heater replacement and the inclusion of the belt/pulley. Professional and a seasoned repairman. Service cost and labor is reasonable for the expertise given. Cleaned up the area when he was done. Left the old parts.

Super nice guy - he looked at my washer and gave me the hard truth: repairs were going to cost way more that buying a new machine. He even gave me recommendations on where I should go for a replacement. Thank you!!!

Technician ran diagnostics to pinpoint problems. Dryer had loose wire connection. Gave me tips on washer loads to help with too wet issue. Everything works fine now.

Arrived on time, had replacement parts and completed the work in a short time.

Brand new Samsung dishwasher was installed, but it never turned on (later found out the problem was on the outlet). They were nice to offer me to come back if I get new dishwasher for free.

I called on Monday evening and they were able to make it out by Wednesday afternoon. I left work to meet the serviceman and wasn't even gone for a whole hour. Brad helped me diagnose and fix my washing machine. He was the best! He let me watch him work and gave me explanations, advice and tips the whole time. He was extremely friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. He assured me I had a great model of washer and dryer and that routine maintenance was the way to go over purchasing a newer model. I was charged fairly for the service call and a couple replacement parts. I will definitely use Broad Ripple Appliance for any future needs!

Brad was awesome. Showed up on time in a monsoon and quickly went to work. We had lint build up that was preventing airflow and a wonky piping system that he cleaned and then removed the duct tape that was wrapped around it, which was the longest part of the job. Apparently that's not the correct remedy for whatever need we had with the venting system. He fixed it up with metal tape instead, which will make any future need for this task quicker and easier. I tend to think the duct tape was my husband's work but it could have been another company... Brad also showed me how to trouble shoot a bigger problem, which I didn't have, thank goodness, but will know to look for next time. Great guy. Great service. I'm happy.

He was friendly helpful and repaired both the washer leak and the dryer panel in less than half an hour.

Brad is the Indianapolis "appliance whisperer." He knew exactly what was wrong when he walked through the front door, and he walked us through exactly what to do to make the white film go away. We followed his instructions and the problem went away after the first wash. He even gave us an Angie's List discount. We have used Brad at Broad Ripple Appliance before; they are our first choice for appliance repair.
