Great! He went above and beyond to explain the mechanics of the machine, what had happened, and how to prevent further issues. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations. I would definitely use his services again.

Brad arrived early (called first), and had two appliances repaired in twenty minutes. Gave us options on how he could repair the washer for the least expense. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent experience! We have his magnet on the fridge and wouldn't call anyone else.

My washing machine stopped working in the middle of a cycle. Brad removed a sock that was clogging the inside of the machine and got it working again. But not only that, he went above and beyond, as he also inspected the area and made some minor adjustments to prevent any further issues. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional and courteous, and was quick. He truly knows what he's doing. I would definitely contact this company again.

Available on short notice, punctual, professional, quickly performed his work, explained the issue and resolved the same in less than an hour. All around positive experience. Will definitely use this provider again in the future

They were able to come here earlier than anticipated. They were great. They had it fixed within 20 minutes. They've been here before, and I will continue using them. They are very dependable.

They are honest. I would say that the guy knows what he was doing. He was punctual. I would highly recommend them. I don?t remember exactly what it cost us or what could have cost us but I felt that he was very reasonable when I did the credit check.

Excellent service. Brad serviced our washer a while back and he remembered us. He not only replaced the pump, but also took the time to educate me a bit on keeping my washer in good condition. He also looked up the warranty on the washer to make sure the tub is still under service, and the cost of the service call from Sears should we need to have that service done in the future. All in all just excellent response from Broad Ripple Applicance from the time I placed the call to the time Brad left. I can't imagine using another company!

Everyone we deal with at BR Appliance is professional and pleasant to talk to. Brad (the tech) was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of advice about what to look for in a replacement fridge. He was honest about the repair that would be needed, and the fact that it made more sense to replace the fridge than to repair. Will definitely use them again for other appliance issues.

We noticed our fridge wasn't very cold on New Year's Day and it got progressively worse throughout the day. Fortunately we have a spare in basement so we moved all our food down there and called BR Appliance first thing the next day. Got an appointment first thing the very next day! Brad, the repairman, was awesome! He explained exactly what was going on and luckily it was an easy repair. He told us a bunch about the fridge works and had the repair done in less than one hour. Our fridge is 13 years old but he thought it would run for 20, with maybe just one or two small repairs in future. Will definitely call BR Appliance next time we have any issues.

Very well! My dryer was not drying clothes at all. Just stopped. I was in need of a repair and time was a factor. Realizing my situation Brad came over same day. My dryer has never been better. Many thanks to Broadripple Appliance!

The day before Thanksgiving, our fridge stopped cooling. Thankfully, they were able to come that day and fix it. Luckily, it was an easily replaceable part.

I wanted to have my mother's dryer looked at because it was making an awful squealing noise. So I called Broad Ripple Appliance because I have used them in the past and have had great experiences. When I called them they were very polite and professional! They were able to send a technician out to my mother's house that same day. The technician arrived and was able to identify the problem very quickly. He said the dryer needed a new belt and that he had one on his truck. He was able to change out the belt in a timely manner. My mom is very happy that her dryer is not making that squealing anymore.

We had Brad out to take a look at our dryer - our clothes had stopped drying and we needed to know if it was the dryer as our dryer vents had just been cleaned in July. I thought our dryer was gas - my mistake - and it turns out it was electric. Brad was on time and very courteous! He immediately identified that it was not our dryer and was instead the dryer vent. It looks like the company that cleaned our dryer vents pushed our dryer too far in and compressed the tube for lint to leave the dryer, thus causing our dryer to retain moisture. He reached in and pulled out all the extra gunk, checked the dryer to make sure it was releasing moisture, and let me know how to keep this problem from occurring in the future. We have had Brad out to our house twice now and will definitely use Broad Ripple Appliance in the future!

I called in the morning and they were able to send someone out the same day, which was great. They let me know who the technician would be, and even offered to text me that they were on their way so they didn't wake our 6 week old baby. Brad arrived on time, was very careful not to dirty our floors by wearing booties, and took a great deal of care in explaining our problem in a way that was easy for me to understand. He called on the spot to see if he could procure the necessary part to repair the fridge, and left to get it. Within two hours our fridge was repaired and making ice once again! He even killed a spider for me while I was feeding the baby - I really hate spiders. Will definitely use them again!

This was amazing service. I called in the morning and they were able to schedule a visit that morning. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem. He repaired the issue, checked to insure all of the components were working properly, and performed routine maintenance. This is the best service appointment I have ever had.

My refrigerator stopped cooling over the weekend so I called the company first thing Monday morning and they were able to set up an appointment for that afternoon. Brad was very professional and knowledgeable. I thought my 12 yr old fridge was toast but he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had the part with him. Would definitely call them again!

I was able to get a service call the same day I called for one. The technician arrived on time, removed the doors from my refrigerator, checked out the situation and gave me an estimate for the repair. He installed a couple of parts that he had on his truck. He also adjusted the hinges on the refrigerator until he got the door to close properly and remain closed. He also advised me on what had likely caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. The refrigerator and its door have been working perfectly five days since the repair was done. Thank you, Broad Ripple Appliance.

Smooth. Easy. Fast. I had heard from my neighbor that Broad Ripple Appliance was really good. My neighbor was right, but Broad Ripple Appliance wasn't just good. In my opinion they were great. My dryer is now working perfectly. It's drying clothes in the same amount of time it did when it was brand new. I am relieved that my vents are now functioning correctly, too!

I called Broad Ripple Appliance and got a same-day appointment. Brad was right on time and quickly figured out what my washer needed in order to drain again. He had the part he needed right on his truck. Plus, he took the time to explain what he was doing and also what I should do in the future to cut down on repairs. Everything went great, from booking the appointment to having the work done to paying for the service. I have done quite a few loads of laundry since the repair and the washer is working like new again!

1) Our washer stopped working and was making a weird noise. The washer was about 7 to 8 years old so obviously replacement is likely the better option. However, we were in a bind and after calling BRA and finding they could come out quickly we decided to give them a try. 2) Brad, the repairment thought he could fix it but could not promise anything. He made the extra effort to go out and find the motor for the LG (not a easy part to locate) and then proceeded to perform the repair. He was optimistic after the repair and thought it would last another year or two. 3) Next day - the motor broke again after just 3 washes. 4) We called the BRA home office and they were a little evasive on our options. They offered to send a repairman back out but this would just be another delay - so I went ahead and obtained a new washer. In the meantime, they were also muddy about any compensation for a repair that was not effective. 5) After posting an initial negative review - BRA offered to refund the entire amount and Brad came back out and removed the new motor to return it. Comments - a) We really liked Brad. He seems to know his stuff and was very informative and responsive. I would say he should have been more assertive on the repair in terms of the risks and consequences in terms of the money we paid with respect to the situation. b) Not so thrilled with the BRA home office - it was like we assumed the risk of the repair - and it was not until I posted the initial review that they responded as they should have done the first time. They refunded the entire amount but to be fair, I would have been fine with paying the cost of the home visit less the cost of the part. c) The upshot -- I would maybe use BRA if I could get Brad for the repair. I would not try again to repair any aging appliance however.

There is only one man who works on Subzeros at this company, and he has been working full-time for 38 years on Subzero appliances. He was very thorough, checked everything to make sure he didn't overlook anything, and gave some suggestions on how to maintain the appliance. He even inspected a more than 30 year old GE regrigerator/freezer combo that leaks. He was able to look at it and give me an idea of why, although he only works on Subzero appliances.

It was excellent from start to finish. He managed to get the water that was still in the machine out, then he took the machine apart to try and locate what was causing the problem. He looked under, around and thru the machine until eventually he found a very small piece of LEGO that was causing the drain pump motor to seize up. He went above and beyond by cleaning up the floor behind and under BOTH the washer and dryer. He was very patient while I watched and asked questions and even gave me a lesson on how the washer goes thru all of it's cycles. he was very careful in unhooking the hoses and in moving both appliances. He was extremely warm and personable. Like he said at the end "I hope I never see you again but if you have any problems just call". From now on they will be the ones we call.

Awesome! Brad (technician) was very efficient and professional. Worked quickly and addressed both issues to my satisfaction. Personable, clean, neat and very respectful of our property. Couldn't have asked or expected more.

Great service!! I sent an email to BroadRipple Appliance via Angie's List site, and within 30 minutes got a phone call to set up an appointment for that afternoon! Brad called me on his way, took the dryer apart, replaced the bad part, cleaned out the 7 yrs of lint in those hidden places, put my dryer back together and was gone in 45 minutes!! No Fuss, No Mess...just quick friendly service!

Everything went exceptionally well. Arrived on time and went straight to work. Needed a part and got it quickly. Finished in a couple hours and cleaned our our exhaust for just $10. Great service!
