Description of Work: On the first occasion, he came out to clean 3 bedrooms and a dining room. There were some stains that he said may not come out since they had been set for some time. Nice surprise to have them gone! The second time was the basement, in which our sick cat had missed the litter box several times. Ugh. He explained the possibilities and options up front which helped to contend with the issue. He even left a spotter sprayer to use in case the stains come back after a time. Bottom line we were pleased with the results

Description of Work: Another great job by Bowman's. This was their second visit to my home and I had them clean the carpets in our basement this time. Carpets look great!

Description of Work: Bowmans contacted me that they use a truck based cleaning system with a hose. A fourth floor apt would be too far to extend the hose. They could use a portable unit, but not at the listed price.

Description of Work: Cleaned up chocolate stain on cream carpet. Stain had already set, so they were unable to remove it. The rest of the carpets they cleaned looked very nice.

Description of Work: I tried several times to call this person, both on his cell phone and company line. One of the times, he answered, said eh was driving and he'd call back on the number that was in his caller ID, he never did. I left several messages to no avail. Can I get my money back?

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for $79 and for an additional $40 had Bowman's do a stairway (14 risers) and runner. Was very pleased with the results, especially all the stains removed from dining room carpet. Stairway appearance was also much improved. Will call them again for carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: Carpets in the living room and dining room were cleaned as well as runners in two halls. The day after the cleaning I noted that one area in the dining room did not look clean. I called and they returned in a few days and cleaned the area.
