The guys did a great job. They were prompt, called ahead, arrived on time and worked efficiently. They were very friendly and I will happily use them again.

I needed to schedule service on a Saturday, had to schedule about a month out to get a Saturday date. Robb called on the scheduled day to ask if he could come early, which worked perfectly with my schedule. The service was easy and efficient. Unfortunately, we had some tenants in our property for a while and the tenants completely trashed the carpeting throughout the house. Robb was able to get some of the problems areas clean, but the carpet is just too far gone to be saved I think. (That is not a knock against Dirt Robber - just the reality of the condition of the carpet). Overall, it was a good experience.

Great! Robb and Andrew showed up a few minutes early and got right to work. They were finished within 45 minutes and the carpets looked great!

Robb and his partner were punctual and friendly. It's reassuring to have the owner be involved in a project because you know it will be done right. Robb saw that moving some of my things can involve very time consuming work. We laid out a plan and what we decided to not move and clean he simply added that carpet volume to other rooms for free. It worked out great. They began work immediately and my confidence in them was such that I left the house to them as went and did other errands. When I returned the house was complete and looked great. All the stains were removed and the house was secure. They are a small company but we need more like them.

Andrew did an excellent job, their equipment is top notch. would highly recommend this company.

I telephoned Robb to arrange the initial appointment. He was very professional on the telephone and we arranged the date and time. Robb arrived exactly as planned and surveyed the carpet to be cleaned prior to starting to work. We agreed on the scope of the project and he started cleaning within minutes. I am very happy with the cleaning of the carpets and stairs. I am equally happy with the professionalism of Robb and his Team.

I hired Dirt Robber to clean and re-seal my hardwood floors. Robb and his team arrived on-time and started work immediately. My hardwood floors were cleaned and two coats of a new sealant were put down. The floors look fantastic. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work, and the quality of employee's employed by Dirt Robber, LLC.

They were awesome. He did a great job, explained everything and it was a very good experience.

I have a large area where a hot water heater flooded. Not 900 square feet. They were accommodating by doing the area and some other high traffic areas in the general area. I would use them again.

They called ahead of time to alert me to their approximate arrival time. Arrived on time. Introduced themselves, took a tour of the area to be cleaned, asked for an outside source of water for their work and immediately started their work. When they were finished I was given a pair of shoe protectors and invited to see the results of their cleaning. I was very impressed with the results. It looked better than it has with larger companies doing the work. The men were clean, friendly and professional.

They were great to work with - I could send Robb an email with quick questions and he responded very quickly - much easier than phone-tag. I bought a "deal of the day" and set up a date. They confirmed in the morning, and showed up right on time. The tech, Andrew, was very friendly and did a terrific job. We have 2 cats and a dog - and a light colored carpet. Bad combination. The cleaning solutions did a great job, and it dried very quickly (meaning that they did a good job "suctioning" the moisture out). The carpet looks terrific. There was no chemical odor.

He was prompt. He was pretty efficient in doing the work. He finished the work in pretty reasonable period of time. He was professional in what he did. He did what he said. I would definitely recommend him. He was right here on time. I ended up using him for one extra room, so I paid extra $40. I would use his service in the future too.

Two men came and they were both very professional and clean. Their truck was clean and nice too. I would definitely hire them again. Altho they are located on the north side of Indy, and I live on the South side of Indy, there was no extra "fuel surcharge". The owner simply told me they would schedule the entire day on the south side, and they were glad to come to my home. The owner of the company came himself, and he is a Butler graduate! We are fond of Butler, and find it a pleasure to do business with Butler grads in general.

Dirt Robber did a very good job and they even removed some stubborn stains that were not removed in the past by other carpet cleaning companys. The only crtitique was their price. My usual carpet cleaner (also an Angie's List company) charges $236 for same job plus one extra room. So Dirt Robber is not the best deal money-wise. I plan to use them again because the job was very well done and the technician was friendly and professional. The only difference will be next time I will make sure to negotiate a better price. I felt they would have been willing to work with me on a price but I was very busy during the last service visit.

Rob showed up ontime and performed the requested services. They did not move all the heavier bedroom furniture so those parts of the carpet were not cleaned.

I had a special coupon that I got on the internet from Angie?s list, so I used that for the carpet cleaning. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them. This guy Rob has a helper named Andrew and they were both really friendly. They were very fast and very efficient. They did a hot steam treatment to clean the carpet and it was an amazing job. The carpets were fantastic. My carpets are ten years old. They are very light cream colored carpets. They are just beautiful. I had some really bad stains in the family room. They got rid of everything and it was phenomenal. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

He?s great. He?s a great guy and he did a great job. He worked really hard. The guy who came out was really nice. I had a coupon from Angie?s list and so I used it for this service. They were very thorough and very conscientious. They tried really hard to work on the difficult places and I appreciated that they did that. They were great and other people should try using them. I have already recommended them to a couple of people. There were a couple of things they didn?t get out but I don?t think they could have got them out. I would use their services again in the future.

I got a special offer from the website and they came and they did a good job. They came out fully equipped. They did not ask for anything ones they got here. They were willing to remove the remaining pieces of furniture in the room so that they could do the entire carpeting. They did not use products that would cause me any respiratory problem as I do have respiratory issues. He very willingly took a wool area rug to a cleaner who cleaned for me so I would not have to deal with that; which he said he would bring back today or tomorrow. The sales man was very pleasant, came in personally with an assistant and they did a very thorough job. The carpet look great and it dried quickly. The quality of the job was excellent. It was better than any carpet-cleaning job I have ever had or seen only because they were willingly to move the furniture and get all of it. They were on time. They called me 10 minutes before they to got here and let me know that they were on time. He seems to get a handle of it. He is just a start up I guess. He has not been in business that long. But he seems to be very professional. I would definitely use him in the future.

They did a great job. They were able to get all the stains out and left the carpet looking fabulous.

They did an awesome job. I had lots of pets stains due to an ill dog and they got it all up. The carpet looked better than it did when it was new. I would highly recommend them. Very professional. I will recommend them to my clients and friends.

Robb called me to ask if it was ok if he could come over early for my appointment. He and his partner were very careful and professional. They made my 15 year old cream colored carpet look like new. I thought I would need to replace it in the next year for sure, but I might just keep having Robb come back instead!!

service was scheduled at 1pm and Robb kept me informed via phone as to when they would arrive, they were on time. Robb checked all areas to be cleaned for stains, pretreated them, noted wear or walk areas treated those areas and then proceeded to clean the carpets, Bob and helper were very neat and careful using corner guards at doorways so hoses did not rub. The carpets look brand new and the stains were GONE. I would use Dirt Robber again and highly recommend them to friends and family should they need their carpets cleaned. Robb keep up the good work that you do and you will be in business a long time, very pleased with your services.

We took advantage of one of the Angie's List specials, so the price above is not the typical charge. We had not had our carpets professionally cleaned in a long time - the last time we did, we used a big name service, and we were very disappointed. What a different experience this time! Robb and his employee were very professional and easy to work with. My carpets look wonderful, especially the stairs which take a lot of abuse. I highly recommend this service.

This was a great experience. They were right on time and I was called 20 minutes prior to arrival to verify that I would be home. They were completely professional. They checked with me for special instructions before beginning work and beautifully cleaned all the carpeting. They told me how long it would be before the carpet was completely dry and they were correct even though it was rainy outside. The carpets still look so clean and they are very soft. I can not recommend them highly enough!
